Ineffective

26 Mar 2008 - Richard of California, USA writes:

I purchased this product thinking it would be similar to other ski machines only smaller and lighter. It does not give you any positive result you could not get from just walking around your house. It has no resistance, although there is an adjustment for it. It is not durable enough to allow you to go fast enough for a good aerobic exercise. Could be dangerous because of its weak frame.

Waste of money, but gives your butt a lift

9 Dec 2007 - sporty chick of New York, USA writes:

I bought this thinking it would be the answer to my dreams. A slim exercise machine I could fit in my small apartment, work out anytime with, and lose weight. The machine started breaking down after 8 weeks of daily use. I called the company and they asked me to ship at my own expense back to them to replace it. No way was I doing that, the shipping cost was almost as high as the cost of the machine. So I added some WD-40 to it to make the creaking noises go away (yes, it started creaking) and then used a plier to remove the useless "timer" in the middle. Continued to use if for 20 minutes everyday, without the dumb DVDs, just doing the basic cross country style lunges motion, and I saw no change in my weight, but I did see that my butt was more shaped and lifted. That's because what you're doing on this machine is a walking lunge the entire time. I have to say, the walking lunge on this machine was good, I had previously inured myself trying to do it on my own, this machine supports you as you do the lunges, but other than that it's useless for cardio. totally useless.. They should just call this the Lunge Machine, because that's all you can do on it, but at $170 it's a damn overpriced, cheaply made Lunge Machine. Save your money and go to your local [] or [] instead, they have lots of gym quality machines you can buy for better value.

Not recommended

In my opinion it is awkward to use and of lesser quality than it appears on the infomercial. I sent it back and it costs over $100 to send UPS.

Waste

2 Feb 2007 - Erika of Maryland, USA writes:

I tried this product in my home and it is a waste of money and time. The advertisement lies; it's easy to put together, but doesn't work. It states it's easy on joints, but after several minutes of use my knees were hurting. I notice no change in my body and I used it beyond the advertised 10-30 minutes a day. I used this product for 45 minutes everday (6 days on 1 off) for 30 days and saw no change. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT, WASTE!!!!
