I just purchased Propolene at a local store because I didn't want to one deal with the auto shipping and two have to wait for shipping (I am kind impatient like that) I have taken it for 2 days now and been following a low carb diet and have not worked out AT ALL! I have lost 5 pounds. I have not experienced any of the 'runs' that other people have complained about, but I do have some terrible gas, but I have to say I have terrible gas to begin with. Other than that, it seems to be working great and I would recommend it to anyone, but as a lot of people have said, we are all different and not everything is going to work the same for everyone.

I have been taking this for 5 days and I have lost 5lbs. That is pretty good considering I am not overweight and to be honest I am now considered 2 lbs. underweight according to "standard". My opinion is this product does work for some people. Obviously not everyone is going to get the same effect out of all diet pills. I have taken more brands of diet pills than I could possibly count. Some worked, some didn't and then some that worked at one time did not work months later when I tried them again. If you did not have good luck do not let this product keep you from finding something that does. Personally I had good luck with Hydroxycut which is about half the price of propolene. But let's be honest do you really think we will every find a "miracle pill"? I don't think so.

I tried this product and it did not work for me. I ALREADY work out 2 hours per day 5 days a week. This product, in spite of the claims made in the commercial did NOT deliver. All it did was add fiber to my diet, as I do not suffer from comstipation, this product only loosened my bowels a bit and made my stomach feel distended. I DID NOT lose one ounce of weight. I'm embarrassed to admit I fell for the sales pitch. From now on, no "magic" potions or pills, just exercise, water and reduced caloric intake.

i bought propolene at a local drug store for 29.99. it has worked great for me. although food does run right through me! other than that no other side effects. it is a natural product and could just not cause heart problems and such.if you look at the label and see the main ingreidient,you can buy that at the health food store at half the cost,which is what i do now with the same effects. i have lost 10 pounds in 6 weeks. not too bad.

I have not had the runs like everyone else how ever I am forever burping and passing gas. I have not felt any side effects either. I tried these pills for 2 days and on the first day i had some minor stomach cramps. On the 2nd day, i woke up in the middle of the night with the worse pains i've ever felt in my life. I had just had a baby and this hurt more than labor! I don't know exactly what was wrong, but i know when i quit taking the pills i was fine. That was over a year ago and i lost over a hundred pounds without any pills. Diet and exercise is the safest and healthiest way to lose those extra pounds.

I kept wondering what was wrong with ME, after all the people in the commercial had so much more weight to lose and Succeeded, but here I can't even lose 5 lbs on this stuff and I still watched what I ate. I feel that I am going to stop the supplement chasing and just go with a weight program without ANY pills. In the past I have lost 10lbs with cutting out sugar and carbs, it was hard and strict but it worked, I was hoping propolene would let me have some of the sugary and heavy carb items I love,but in the end I just gained weight.

In my opinion, if you're looking for something to curb your appetite or a magic pill to dramatically shed pounds, Propolene is not it...BUT...it is a wonderful product in that it helps tremendously with elimination. The healthier I eat, the better I see the benefits Propolene can add. It is a tool to help you make better choices - it will not do the work for you.

I just started Propolene. I have to say, it does make me feel fuller faster and it does not give me any side effects or jitters. Some people are saying these things about them, but if you buy Propolene from a drugstore, and realise that not everything works on everyone the same, you might want to give it a try. I tried Zantrax 3 and it did not work for ME. I really like the fact that I do not get jitters!!!!

I was supposed to get free s/h and 2 bottles. What I got was 4 bottles and $149 charge on my credit card. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company. So, it works if you don't mind feeling sick and paying more than you thought.

I feel energized and not hungry all the time. Already my clothes are fitting more losely. I bought the product from a local store as well as over the phone. People keep complaining about all the extra charges and such, but you should always ask about autoship programs and extra fees when you order over the phone. I'm 16 and I've tried other diet products, Relacore and Metabolife haven't seemed to work. I'm not over weight, I just want to be able to lose a few pounds. **Propolene works!!! I've been on it for 3 days and have already lost 3 pounds, and guess what ! I've been eating not so healthy foods and I'm still losing weight. The online side effect I've had is a headache, and being tired. But other than that, I'm great!!
