I purchased this exerciser machine and have not seen any results. I am using it 5 days a week with well balance diet and nothing.It has been 4 weeks. Its not a easy return if not satisfied once you read the contract they send, its actually a huge hassle! Then come to find out you can purchase it for half the price they are charging at other online stores. I purchased this in good faith and fell like I got ripped off. One very disappointed customer!

I have tried out (and own) a lot of fitness machines and for me this is the only one that has come through when it comes to my abs. I have had it for about 10 days and have already lost an inch on my waist and hips. You can feel the burn in both your upper and lower abs as well as the thighs when doing it right and following a well balanced diet. To me it's well worth the money spent.

I received my Red Exerciser a few days ago. It was extremely easy to put together. It is easy to break down for storage also. I have to put the top of this (or anything padded) up away from my cats. I did the basic workout, and then I did most of the advanced workout three times since I received it. I love it! You can do any moves that you would do on the floor, but I can do them sitting and they don't hurt my neck and back. I love this machine, I also love my AbLounge, and I will be selling my Ab-Doer. I advise anyone buying this to also purchase the advanced workout they offer, it is not expensive, and it is the Bomb!

I purchased Red because I wanted killer abs. I hoped to have a nice AB workout while watching TV. NOT!! I hardly felt the burn in my abs at all. I mostly felt the burn in my thighs. I find that doing crunches on the floor is more effective and challenging than this machine. Save your money, if you want to work your thighs, then buy this machine. If you are looking for something that targets the abdominals, look elsewhere. By the way, I'm an out of shape exercise novice, not someone who works out frequently. I am returning this immediately.
