I bought Relacore, needing to lose stubborn belly fat and love handles. I used it for a week. I had terrible headaches, heart palpitations and I gained 6lbs in a week. I drank plenty of water and am now very fed up at being so heavy. This product did everything opposite to it's claims. Don't waste your hard earned cash.

I started Relacore & Relacore PM pn the same day about 1 1/2 mths ago. I think I will stick with TrimSpa X32. After Relacore, I have gained weight, not lost weight. I am getting my period every 2 weeks. My period has never been out of whack in 18 yrs. Even after 3 kids. Sex drive is gone... always GREAT before. My husband even noticed the difference. No hair loss, but I can say after taking the day version of Relacore per the bottles instructions, I do get sleepy. The PM version does seem to help me calm down at night and de-stress, but I wake up even more tired than when I went to bed. I am going back to TrimSpa!!!

I have tried all kinds off diet pills out there. Some were good and some bad. I am used to caffeine and rarely had any kind of side effects while using any diet product. However with Relacore I would get severe stomach pain that would last for hours. It was the worst pain I ever felt in my life (and I gave birth to 2 kids) At first I though it was a bug but the next day, after taking another doze, it was back. I had to stop taking them all together. I am very disappointed by this product.

I have been using relacore for a couple of months, at first I experienced headaches,and dizziness, but decided to give it a try. I immediately noticed the calming effect of the medicine if for nothing else this would be one reason I continued with relacore. I have lost a lot of belly fat with relacore and a healthier diet. I don't exercise as much as I should, but I'm working on that, all I want to say is that relacore has worked for me, it has given me hope that I will succeed in losing weight. I have told every one I know of the product and they are already in awe. I look in the mirror and there always seems to be some small change in my figure. I have been using Relacore as directed for six months -- but failed to pay enough attention to the side effects listed on the bottle until this week. During that same period, I began experiencing significant hair loss and, in the last three months, cystic acne that extends down to my neck. I couldn't figure out what was going on! UPDATE: I am a 29 years old male. I had been using Relacore PM for a month to help lose weight and to sleep better. I didn't see any result of weight lost. As directed 2 capsules 1 hours before bed, the pills made me experienced difficulty falling asleep. I would say it took me average of 2 hours before I can actually fell asleep. I understood this an anti-anxiety medication but it also made me depressed. I had problem concentrating at work and focusing on conversations. I am not sure if this medication is helping others like I have seen on TV but it sure did't help me. I think Relacore is a somewhat miss leading the public.

I have made no other changes in the past few weeks and can only conclude that Relacore is the cause of this. I am going to stop using this product immediately.

I have used this product before and returned to it when recent stress in my life has completely hampered by weight loss progress. I eat a healthy, balanced diet paying close attention to portions. I exercise 5x a week for at least 30 minutes. I have not experienced any of the side effects listed, but I only take a portion of the recommended dosage (1 pill twice daily). I have read that an overdose of DHEA (one of the ingredients) will cause all of the side effects listed, so I plan on staying right at my current dosage and not increasing. I guess like any med or supplement, dosage has to be altered depending on actual weight, and recommended dosage just seemed like too much for me at 180 lbs. My suggestion would be starting out at lower dosages, and if still no results, and no side effects after about a month, up it by 1 pill. Seems safe if taken with this approach.

I tried the relacore, the first few weeks I was impressed. I was able to sleep well and felt calm and relaxed. However, I started to notice hair loss. I have stopped taking it. I am now working to try to grow my hair back. I guess I should have read the side effects more carefully. I should have also researched the product before taking it. I have learned my lesson. I guess you have to choose from the lesser of two evils being overweight or bald. : )

Let's face it. There is no such thing and one miracle pill for everyone. What works for one person may not work for another and ALL medications, whether natural or man-made have side effects. I've had success with Relacore so far. I've been taking it for 2 weeks and have already lost weight and I feel less anxious in general. I got headaches when I didn't drink enough water as directed. And then I took aspirin like I would with any headache. I also adjusted the dosage based on what worked best for me and my body. I think if you just take a pill without exercising or eating better then anything will be a disappointment. Relacore has helped motivate me to take better care of myself. Good luck to all you dieters out there.

I have been taking this product for 1 month, I only take 2 caps a day in the morning and with lunch. However I have noticed an increase in drinking water and other non-caffinated beverages. (Which is good) I have already lost a few inches around my tummy and hips. I understand this doesn't work for everyone, it does work for me, it calms me and generates the peaceful feeling of just waking up from a good nap. Reducting flab is good, but feeling good enough to go for a walk is better. For those of you who were not so lucky, good luck with the next product. My husband and I both are using Relacore. He started a week earlier since I wanted to wait until the weekend in case of any side effects (I have a very sensitive sysmte). Initial glance at 'no side effects' from various web sites allowed me to experiment with this 'solution'. However after second review, I realized those sites were selling the product. I've had fatigue, blurry vision, mood swings (include loss of sex drive, which was strong prior to taking product) and actually am growing in waist size after just two weeks. Diet, water consumption and exercise are in appropriate levels, but I'm heading the wrong way, gaining weight. And now, I am having bright red blood in my stool, which will be sending me to the doctor today. I am not taking any other medications, vitamins, or additional products so it is a combination of drugs causing the problem, nor has my life changed to increase my stress levels (producing more cortisol). I am 40yr old active male in avg to good shape with belly fat that want to go away. Problem, not solution.

This is a total waste of money. I followed the instructions exactly and nothing happened at all. I actually may have gained a few pounds. I am not fat - 5'10" 179 pounds - but I wanted to lose the love handles. I eat a modest breakfast and lunch and usually have chicken for dinner with rice, salad and croutons. I do snack but it is usually fat free biscotti. I am not a cake, chocolate kinda guy. I also do not scoff down ice cream, etc. Save your money and pass on this

this is the second dose 2nd day of takeing this product . The second day woke early ... took pills in about 2 hours... noticed increased energy and was in a great mood laughing . happy ! I almost giggled ....seemed as if many cobwebs waz cleared out of from my brain and eyes.. hubsand reported similar events . only one side effect from wife .I feal light headed as if im gettin a nose bleed or is this fealing more oxygen going to my blood stream? have monitored our my b/p and sugar levels .they seem slightly improved,

I bought Relacore and Zantrex3 thinking that it would help me loose the weight faster from reading it in a magasine. However the second day of taking not even the recommanded dosage, I ended up in the hospital. I thought that this was it for me, the end of my days on hearth. My vision was blurry my whole body was tinggly and my heart palpitation was out of this world. I am also taking Effexor XR for depression, so I thought that taking all this together was a BIG problem. Right now I am only taking Zantrex once a day (1 pill a day at lunch but first I take my Effexor in the morning. If anyone has or had the same side effects please let me know.
