I tried the relacore, the first few weeks I was impressed. I was able to sleep well and felt calm and relaxed. However, I started to notice hair loss. I have stopped taking it. I am now working to try to grow my hair back. I guess I should have read the side effects more carefully. I should have also researched the product before taking it. I have learned my lesson. I guess you have to choose from the lesser of two evils being overweight or bald. : )

Let's face it. There is no such thing and one miracle pill for everyone. What works for one person may not work for another and ALL medications, whether natural or man-made have side effects. I've had success with Relacore so far. I've been taking it for 2 weeks and have already lost weight and I feel less anxious in general. I got headaches when I didn't drink enough water as directed. And then I took aspirin like I would with any headache. I also adjusted the dosage based on what worked best for me and my body. I think if you just take a pill without exercising or eating better then anything will be a disappointment. Relacore has helped motivate me to take better care of myself. Good luck to all you dieters out there.

I have been taking this product for 1 month, I only take 2 caps a day in the morning and with lunch. However I have noticed an increase in drinking water and other non-caffinated beverages. (Which is good) I have already lost a few inches around my tummy and hips. I understand this doesn't work for everyone, it does work for me, it calms me and generates the peaceful feeling of just waking up from a good nap. Reducting flab is good, but feeling good enough to go for a walk is better. For those of you who were not so lucky, good luck with the next product. But please consult with your doctor before mixing chemical cocktails in your body.

My husband and I both are using Relacore. He started a week earlier since I wanted to wait until the weekend in case of any side effects (I have a very sensitive sysmte). I can't believe the weight he's lost! His belly has gone DOWN! So I started it and have already started losing weight also. We both have increased energy, better moods and less anxiety - much calmer. Of course, we only take 1-2 pills per day. So maybe ya'll should try taking less. We are both very pleased and will continue to take it.

Initial glance at 'no side effects' from various web sites allowed me to experiment with this 'solution'. However after second review, I realized those sites were selling the product. I've had fatigue, blurry vision, mood swings (include loss of sex drive, which was strong prior to taking product) and actually am growing in waist size after just two weeks. Diet, water consumption and exercise are in appropriate levels, but I'm heading the wrong way, gaining weight. And now, I am having bright red blood in my stool, which will be sending me to the doctor today. I am not taking any other medications, vitamins, or additional products so it is a combination of drugs causing the problem, nor has my life changed to increase my stress levels (producing more cortisol). I am 40yr old active male in avg to good shape with belly fat that want to go away. Problem, not solution.

This is a total waste of money. I followed the instructions exactly and nothing happened at all. I actually may have gained a few pounds. I am not fat - 5'10" 179 pounds - but I wanted to lose the love handles. I eat a modest breakfast and lunch and usually have chicken for dinner with rice, salad and croutons. I do snack but it is usually fat free biscotti. I am not a cake, chocolate kinda guy. I also do not scoff down ice cream, etc. Save your money and pass on this

I bought Relacore and Zantrex3 thinking that it would help me loose the weight faster from reading it in a magasine. However the second day of taking not even the recommanded dosage, I ended up in the hospital. I thought that this was it for me, the end of my days on hearth. My vision was blurry my whole body was tinggly and my heart palpitation was out of this world. I am also taking Effexor XR for depression, so I thought that taking all this together was a BIG problem. Right now I am only taking Zantrex once a day (1 pill a day at lunch but first I take my Effexor in the morning. If anyone has or had the same side effects please let me know.

I'm not sure if anyone else feels like this but I thought what a wonderful product. However, I've been taking it for over a week and I notice that after I take each dose I become really sleepy, and I feel really tired. I can now go to bed early...lol but I wake up more tired than if I was going to bed at 1 am. I don't see any other difference as it has only been a week such as weight or inch loss. But all I can say is this pill is not for me because every time i take it i feel worse than before. I still feel very stressed and the "feel good" pill is not the feel good pill for me. I do think that everyone can have a different experience so people should see if it works for them first.

I have been on Relacore for 3 weeks and have not felt well for 3 weeks. Thought I would check on line for side effects. I've had achy muscles, headaches, congestion, fatigue. Thought it was the common cold but symptoms have not let up. Have noticed some hair loss. I don't have trouble sleeping, infact, all I want to do is lay in bed. Stopped taking these pills yesterday.

Let me just say, I try lots of these types of products as well as exercise equiptment. This one not only didn't work for me, but also made me "appear" to gain weight around the mid section because I kept retaining water when I would take it. I didn't feel sick like others have reported-I didn't feel anything but FATTER!

I took one weeks worth of pills and started having severe cramping. I start my menastrual period two weeks early and have not stop. This is a dangerous pill. I wish I would have seen this site before I bought it. It is a waste of money!! I threw the rest of the pills away.

I am writing to tell you that these people are right. Do not use this product. I have only been on it for 3dys and already I have a tightness in my chest and I am not sleeping. But when I am awake I am tired all the time. I should know better than to think a drug would help but I wanted to try. No known side effects my butt. After reading all your reviews I would think that side effects are the norm not the exception. If you are not having side effects then you are one of the lucky ones.

I began using Relacore one week ago. I am an RN and very skeptical of what I put into my body and believed it to be safe. I noticed increased energy, mellow moods, increased need to urinate, and decreased appetite THE FIRST FEW DAYS. Then the past two nights, I have heart palpitations, irregular heart rhythm, feeling anxious, and hardly any sleep. I almost went to the ER. Now, I have done more research today - I will not take one more pill EVER. Plain vitamins and food in moderation will work for me!

I used this product for about a month and not only did i not lose any weight, I had alot of annoying minor side effects. In my case, this product was completely worthless.

I first noticed increased energy, lower stress levels and my moods were mellow After a few days my energy levels decreased, I experienced higher stress levels, lots of anxiety, I couldn't sleep more than 2 or 3 hours a nite, my chest hurt, and vision was blurred. I stopped taking the product about 5 days ago and finally slept all night for the 1st time in a month. My moods are very up and down and my chest still hurts. I'm hoping that I have escaped any permanent damage and that these side effects will soon wear off.

The people who make this should be arrested for fraud! I not only got sick, dizzy and the likes, I was also more irritable and stressed out than ever before. This is on the minimal dosage by the way. And yes, I am over 40 and have stubborn belly fat but am otherwise in good health. This did absolutely NOTHING but make matters worse. In the garbage it went, I gave it a fair shot, and if I could sue I would. And, of course, it did nothing for the belly fat. It's all a big lie, don't waste your money.

I thought I had some strange flu or virus and after reading these reviews I will stop this product right away! It just went in the garabge as I write! I've had serious headaches, Numbness in my head, nausea, dizziness, and fatigue for the past 2 weeks. I did not mention this product to my DR cause I really did not think this could be the cause. Scary stuff. Hopefully I'll start to feel better soon and I've not caused serious damage.

I tried this product for a month and a half. The comercial say it will reduce belly fat. NOT! For some reason I now have that lower belly pouch, and my back side has gotten plump too. So all it did for me was add what it said it was going to reduce. Man I'm pissed. I never had a pouch until I tried this product, now it's the hardest thing to loose.

I want to shed some light on the headaches, dizziness and lethargy. Magnolia bark in excessive doses is as effective as Valium and will cause lethargy (tiredness). Also, product needs to be taken with Large Quantities of water..not doing so leads to dehydration and headsaches or migraines. Dizziness is due to lowered blood pressure - you probably took too many pills. As with any drug just like with foods..people can break out in hives due to an allergic reaction.I have used it feel that it is calming probably due to the Magnolia Bark more than anything. I like the B vitamins that helps with energy levels. I feel that I can not take more than 4 pills a day since then I have the reverse effect and start to get tired. I also will get a dry mouth and sinus will bother me etc - if I don't drink enough water which drinking more water helps with weight loss.
