I want to shed some light on the headaches, dizziness and lethargy. Magnolia bark in excessive doses is as effective as Valium and will cause lethargy (tiredness). Also, product needs to be taken with Large Quantities of water..not doing so leads to dehydration and headsaches or migraines. Dizziness is due to lowered blood pressure - you probably took too many pills. As with any drug just like with foods..people can break out in hives due to an allergic reaction.I have used it feel that it is calming probably due to the Magnolia Bark more than anything. I like the B vitamins that helps with energy levels. I feel that I can not take more than 4 pills a day since then I have the reverse effect and start to get tired. I also will get a dry mouth and sinus will bother me etc - if I don't drink enough water which drinking more water helps with weight loss.

I recently started taking RELACORE. The first day I took it I had a terrible headache, but never thought it was caused by relacore.Second day I had headache and started feeling congested.I thought I was getting sick.By day three I was exhausted and thought I had a wicked flu.Day four my husband came home from work and asked me what the heck had happened to my face.My cheeks were swollen and aching. My skin was pale.My eyes looked sunken and dark underneath. I stopped taking relacore. Nearly a day and 1/2 later the swelling is down some and the headache is almostgone.I still am exhausted feeling and my face aches and I get dizzy off and on. This product is horrible and should be pulled from the market.

Every time I stake Relacore, I start getting headaches. I reduced the number of capsuls taken from the recommended six per day to one a day, and that makes the headache usually managable and sometimes non-existent. I thought that if I continued at that level my body might adjust and not get the headaches, but that doesn't seem to be the case. So far, it is undclear whether taking only one a day does any good for belly-fat reduction.

I bought Relacore yesterday. I chose it because of the claims of helping with stress and anxiety. Immediately I noticed feeling tired and lethargic. I assummed it was because I was getting sick. However, by the second day after taking only 6 pills total I found myself going to the doctor because a sore throat had not made me feel so sick in my life. I came home to fight off sleep, and each time I stood up, the room was spinning. thinking this does not make sense that a sore throat could be making me this sick, I began to wonder about the Relacore (usually takes months for supplements to work) I got on the internet ..Much to my surprise, I found this site Like so many people, I too am having a continual headache, nausea, dizziness, and extreme fatigue. I will not take one more pill, I will return this product to [] for a full refund!

I tried this product for about two weeks and all I got were headaches and dizziness. I didn't lose weight or lose inches in my waist. I felt sick most of the time and it seemed to be getting worse so I quit taking it. It also didn't help with stress it just added more because i was worried I was getting sick. I do not recommend this product. It is a rip off. If you want headaches in more ways than one, then buy it.

I tried Relacore for 2 months. I did notice my mood was alot better, no weight loss and I noticed on second bottle significant hair loss. If you value your hair buyers beware!!!

Relacore is the best stress reducer I have ever tried, in fact nothing comes close. I don't buy it to lose weight because I don't seem to see results, but I was able to maintain incredibly long working hours. The problem is that I sweated like a maniac and was dehydrated. Still, I can only recommend this highly for stress!

I have been using this product for about 3 months now and have lost almost 20 lbs.I have not noticed an energy increase but it has definately kept me calmer and able to deal with everyday stress plus the added stress of a marriage upheaval. The only side effect I have noticed is diarreah almost immediately when I awake and after every meal no matter how small. No cramping ,no hair loss and no headache's.This product is keeping me from having a nervous breakdown .I have recommended it to many of my co-workers who also express the same satisfaction with it.We are all over40 if that has any relevence. I don't know how I would have done it so far without Relacore.I probably would have ended up on a prescription or addictive drug ordered by my Dr. in order to maintain my mental stability and not had a breakdown of some sort.

The only thing i got out of taking Relacore was hives and welps, and my face seemed to get a washed out and red look to it. Please read all reviews before you buy!!!!!!!

My sister 36 years old, took Relacore for 3 weeks and ended up in the hospital with a stroke. Now as we are working on her rehabilitaion, she is also borderline diabetic. Docters can not explain what caused this. What is so interesting 1 week prior she got a clean bill of health from her primary care giver. She experienced headaches, drowsiness, tingling in arms and legs. We are now investigating this drug.

I bought this product and tried it for a few weeks. I began to get dizzy spells and after discontinuing it they went away. Relacore advertises no known side effects but when reading the back of the bottle it states that you could experience dizziness from this product. Why in their advertising do they not mention that this could be a possible side effect?

My hair started falling out and there is no doubt in my mind that this prodcut is to blame. I used it for a month and it did help with anxiety, but I did not notice any weight loss. I am only 25 and now I have a bald spot on my head that is actually visible from the back. I am seriously glad I read about the possible hair loss side effect on this site or else i might not have noticed it. Trust me I have no vested interests in seeing this product succeed or fail on the market. Thus, believe me when I tell you that the possibility of your hair falling out is real, because it happened to me and I hope that no else has to learn this the hard way.

I recently had to go to a dermatologist for alopecia areata. He was concerned that it seemed to happen over night. After thinking about my symptoms i realized that this must have been from taking Relacore. Every time that I had more hair loss, i stressed and took more Relacore, causing more hair loss. It did help my stress and is now helping my doctor pay for his next vacation. Please be cautious of this product and read the fine print. I didn't read it until it was too late and now i have bald patches all over my head. Very stressful for a female! What might be good for some, might not be good for all.

I have been using Relacore for about a week now and have had no adverse side effects. I feel fuller faster and am not having inbetween meal cravings. I'm not sure about weight loss yet because my scale is broken but I am noticing that my stomach is not as bloated before I began.

I have been taking Relacore for just under 2 weeks. I noticed last night that I am completely broke out in a rash. It covers my back, upper and lower arms. Basically everywhere. I have even noticed some spots on the palms of my hands. I have also noticed that I am not using the bathroom despite drinking water, and I am swelling. I think it also caused my period to be a whole week late, as I am usually a perfect 28 day cycle.

I purchased this product with the hope that it may relax me, and reduce belly fat at the same time. I have experienced terrible headaches since taking this product. I feel distant, and medicated. It's only been two full days, but I will not wait it out to see if my body needs to adjust. It simply does not feel right to have such an aching head! Never again. This or any other product for that matter.

I've been taking Relacore for 2 weeks without side effects. I'm 38, 5'3", 158LB. I do find that it makes me thirsty, and if I don't drink the advised FULL glass of water with each dose, I will get a headache. I believe this is a result of dehydration though. There are a LOT of vitamins per dose, and your body works hard to process all of them, so drinking lots of water is essential. I'm thinking most of it gets excreted as urine anyway (which BTW is the color of antifreeze). I absolutely get a burst of energy with each dose, and haven't had to drink my 3pm pick-me-up coffee for 2 weeks now. Most of the ingredients in the daily 6 tablets are WAY over the RDA (Vitamin C 1665%; Thiamin 1002%; Riboflavin 882%; V-B6 2550%; V-B12 165%). The concern I have is this excessive amount of vitamins and possible long-term side effects.
