I bought this yesterday and took it last night. I only took half of the suggested dose (1 capsule vs 2). I I slept for 12 hours! This product actually caused me anxiety, due to abnormal dreaming. The last 4 hours I kept waking up, but could not get out of bed. I have an awful headache and am having a very hard time functioning as I normally would. I looked online for any similar side effects and found nothing helpful until I saw these reviews. I would not suggest this product to anyone. I'm returning it!!!

I started the Relacore PM three weeks ago. This week I finally noticed a difference in my abdomen. I was taking it to sleep as well, however, sleep apnea is an issue for many overweight people and therefore, they don't sleep well anyhow, which was the case with me.(When you have sleep apnea, you wake up several times while you are sleeping because you are not breathing.)Relacore will definately not help with this if this is your underlying cause of insomnia. I did notice that I experienced more headaches than I usually have when I first started Relacore PM, but these were definately worse than a usual migraine. I'd recommend it if you don't have sleep apnea, are actively exercising and don't get the headaches that I did. That being said, I think I will purchase another month's supply because the headaches have diminished.

I just bought Relacore PM yesterday. I took my first dose last night and I finally slept the whole night through. I am a MAJOR insomniac and even prescription sleeping pills haven't helped. I'm on my stationary bike everyday so hopefully the belly will go away just like my insomnia. Hope it works for you!

I recently bought Relacore PM to reduce my belly fat and hopefully get a better nites sleep...I definately did sleep a lot better, but I would end up being tired all day with a horrible headache...My belly did go down a bit...I noticed changes within a week. I'm naturally a calm person, so the pill did not relax me more than I already am but it actually had me feeling a bit depressed and slow...I say it works but it definately had some side effects on me.

I am overweight, and I am also having trouble sleeping, so I thought this might be worth a try. I took it for several nights and found that it did not help me with sleeping, which was the main reason I purchased it. Since all of us have different body chemistry you might have better results, so be aware of the 50-50 chance of working when you purchase it.

ive been taking relacore pm for about 2 weeks,my belly is flatter,i sleep better im not even hungry when i wake up it has done wonders for my mood im more calm,ive lost 8 ibs so far without any side effects i think its worth a try!
