I have tried other yoga dvds and have attended Hot yoga classes. Yoga Live is a great way to enhance your home practice and improve your technique. They have great instructors. They explain names of the asanas and I have learned alot. I would recommend this to anyone who is seeking to learn more about Yoga and themselves. I also think it is very reasonably priced (you get 4 dvds, vitamins, and meal plan for 39.99)!!!!
