I used Sea Vegg for a month. During that month I've never felt so lathargic in my life! My body felt tired, I had no motivation. I just wanted to sleep to forget how bad I felt. I've flushed the rest down the toilet maybe it will do some good in my septic system. I've switched back to a Multivitamin and Omega 3's and am back to my self again. I DO NOT recommend Sea Vegg.
