To me the only way to get the result you want you would have to do it 3x a day. It is very important to squeeze really hard you should feel exhausted afterwards. So far I lost 5inches in my waist, and 2inches in my thighs this is the first week. Very important to watch what you eat because if you are eating junk food and doing the program expect not a drop of progress. You have to lay off the goodies or cut down. To me it still cost too much.

I finally found an exercise program I can do and get nearly instant results. Living with the benefit of two knee replacements limits my mobility some days, but this works around that! Perfect!

I have to admit, I was skeptical when I ordered the product, but the claims were so amazing, I just had to give it a try. I am not a person who has a lot of weight to lose, maybe 5-10 pounds at the most. I was really interested in toning and losing inches. When I received the DVD, I was disappointed to fine out the workout is only a total of 4 exercises: 2 for the arms, 1 for the lower body, and 1 for the face. I decided to keep an open mind and try it for 2 weeks. I did lose 1/2 and inch off my arms, but I lost nothing off my waist, hips or thighs. I wouldn't waist your money on this one.

I think a lot of it has to do with your body type.I've been doing this for almost 4 weeks and have gone down 2 dress sizes and 3 inches all around.I also have a hypothyroid- so to me losing anything is amazing! I just oredered the advanced b/c im ready for more of a challenge- but with my 9 month old i have to keep it to 7 min workout. I also only keep my calories to no more than 1600 a day. I think the results will vary- mine will always be on the slow side b/c of my thyroid- but 2 dress sizes!! YAY

I just received this product a couple of days ago. I tried it and I can say that I feel the burn, but it doesn't cover all areas of the body and some parts of it do not make a lot of sense to me, like the face exercise? I'm trying to figure out how that is going to help me with my problem areas such as my inner thighs, stomach and abs? I was very disappointed with the product as I feel it was very overpriced for what you get. I think that if I could stick to my 20 minute pilates routine I would probably get much better results as I can fell that in all areas. So far I'm a bit disappointed by it. I guess i was expecting some EXCEPTIONAL secret to being thin and I don't think this is it. I will review again in a few days to be fair.

I didn't believe the hype but this does work. I follow weight watchers but needed toning this works. I have lost about 4 1/2 inches in 9 days will continue until I reach my desired measurments and continue this to keep fit.

I have been using 7 Shapely Secrets for five full weeks. I have lost close to 10 pounds and dropped 11 inches. I don't follow her diet plan and I have been doing the workout twice a day for six days a week. I have not seen the results that are on the infomercial but I am pleased with the progress I have made. I have lost the most in the hips, butt and thigh areas. I will continue to do the workout because it takes so little of my time and can be done almost anywhere. Overall I would recommend it- but don't expect dramatic results quickly.

I bought the 7 shapely secrets DVD about two months ago and have lost 12 lbs and about 5-1/2 inches all around. I follow the dietary portion as well as the DVD. The priciples and motions are simple and work-if you do them. I did not need to lose much weight, and am in pretty good overall condition, but I still have seen decent results tone-wise. It's kind of fun, and really only takes the 7 minutes. Plus, you can do them just about anywhere even without the video. The dietary principles are just as simple and perhaps common knowledge, but the combination seems to work.

After using the system for a month I won't claim miracles. I lost a few pound, firmed up a bit in the legs and abs. But it has worked wonders on my arms. They have quite a bit of definition and it was worth using just for that. Not bad for 7 minutes.

UPDATE: Ok,been doing this one for awhile. I HAVE seen results but they were NOT as fast as Greer's other program Bodyflex. I am now using 7 Shapely Secrets Abdonda series. My weight wasnt going down at all with the reg Shaply Secrets but I WAS seeing results inch loss wise. I am asking that fitnessinformercialreviews post this as it is on the informercial site. I have lost FOURTEEN pounds in only TWO weeks doing the Abdonda series. It is the same isometrics but with the breathing added in. The breathing is easier for me then the reg Bodyflex breathing and I continue to be stunned by the results.I honestly have NO clue HOW the breathing part makes such a huge difference but for me I am wowed and am sleeping much better to boot.

UPDATE: This is Jeannie again. I have now used this product for a little over a week. Please note I am using it 2 to 3 times per day. I have lost 3 inches in my waist and 1 in my hips. My arms are still the same as is my upper thighs and calves. I know my results are NOT as good as the women in the informercial but am still VERY pleased with the results. One other thing I did NOT measure my ribcage but my bra's feel looser on my back. This is kinda rough on the shoulder's as the review stated below. I soak in epsom salts at night before bed and as I have gotten used to this the pain is subsiding. My weight has stayed the same but hey my waist is smaller.

Well, sorry to say but I ordered this product a few months ago and it had been just sitting on a shelf till today. I did this workout twice today. If you do it correctly you will feel the burn.As I type this I can STILL feel the burn. I will post updates in a couple weeks. This IS harder then it look's IF you do it CORRECTLY.

I got sucked into this by the claims of only "7 minutes a day with amazing results". Sure, it is only 7 minutes a day and I am sure it is helping tone certain areas (especially arms) but there is no way this video will take inches off your abs and midsection. I have been doing this for several weeks and have some minor results in my arms but nothing at waist level or below. I really believe that the results people were discussing in their claims were mostly from the diet portion of this "exercise video" as there is NO exercise involved in this. Don't waste your money!

I followed the program and I lost 6 2/3 inches all over in 11 days and I lost 3 pounds, and I don't lose easily. I did however hurt my shoulder doing it so if you have shoulder issues...be careful. I'll continue to do it because it's only a few minutes a day and I did see results all over. If you don't see results you're not squeezing hard enough as Greer says too.

I received this program about ten days ago. I felt like the biggest idiot in the world when I read the booklet and learned what the workout was. The "secrets" are things you can read in any diet article in any woman's magazine (e.g., drink lots of water). The 'motionless' exercises are isometrics, and for me, not effective at all. I took my measurements when I started, and ten days later they haven't changed one bit, nor have I noticed any muscle defintion developing. I will admit I was a little sore in my arms after the second day but that passed with no discernible toning. Plus I have never seen a DVD with such a poor picture quality, very fuzzy. Save your money, and even though it's just 7 minutes, save your time as well.

I have to say, I must own every diet book ever written, and quite a few machines. The problem is, there is no motivation and much of what is out there is too complicated. Day three I could really feel things working in my hindsight. Wow, there are actually muscles back there? Best of all, this is just so simple to do and anyone can find seven minutes. Yes, it really only takes seven minutes, I absolutely love it. Oh, and the bulk eating...you can fill up without over doing in the calorie department. That is cool!
