Working out at the gym can become monotonous and predictable. Slam Man can challenge you and break the monotony of the stair climber or the treadmill. Slam Man can be your very own 21st century punching bag!

Working out with the Slam Man will help you tone and strengthen every major muscle group while giving you a great fat-burning workout at the same time. The best thing about the Slam Man is that he tells you where and when to hit him and he'll never hit you back! How's that for a stress reliever?

Slam Man lights up wherever he wants you to hit him. The challenge for you is to hit him before the next target lights up! This will help improve your hand-eye coordination, allowing you to also improve your tennis or golf game.

There are 15 different programs in the Slam Man's computer including beginner, intermediate, and an advanced program. You can choose which one is best for you and graduate from level to level as you feel yourself improving. Each program was developed by a professional boxer and is based on actual boxing techniques.

A very good workout

27 Sep 2007 - Tony of Virginia, USA writes:

I have had a Slam Man for several years and have found it to produce a very good workout. When I combine lower body motions (bobbing, weaving) with punching it leaves me exhausted after just a couple of 2-3 minute rounds. Note that this is for speed work, NOT for full strength punches. Also, you need to set it against a wall, or in a corner, otherwise it will wander all over the floor as you hit it.

Really good on stressful days

27 Jun 2006 - MaryLou of Virginia, USA writes:

I got the Slam Man as a present for one of my birthdays. I didn't have any problem with the lights, although the counter was a little odd. While I don't use it every week, it is my favorite exercise equipment when I am having a stressful day.

Good stress reliever at first but after the 2nd computer broke it caused more stress. In all fairness I bought it at eBay, not from the infomercial, but it was new in the box. I never got a replacement for the 2nd computer but since the first 2 only lasted about 10 workouts each they spent more time in the mail than in the actual Slam Man. Too bad, it really is a fun workout, but a flimsy product (and now I'm stuck with a 250lb plastic man in my room.
