I used this product for about a year and went from 57KGs down to 52KGs, without changing my diet, I was very impressed with it. It did well with mantaining my weight as well. It retailed for R80.00 here in South Africa. Although it was recently removed from the Chemist shelves and only available from behind the counter. I'm not sure if this was as a result of teen girls abusing the product or something... But now it is no longer available at all !! My main concern is why was it recalled?

I've tried this product and it's really good. I disagree about what I've read here, and I'd like to know where to buy it, because I can't find out the same I've tried. Now, they have a different one. I'm looking for the same I've seen in that picture. I think this is a great product, but of course, if you eat a lot and want to lose weight, there's no miracle for that.

They claim to return your money and boy they better return mine. What a rip off. The infomercial featured Joan VanArc. I have lost total respect for her as a person and actress.

This product sucks!!! It claims that one pill can block up to 20 grams of fat or the equivalent of 16 chitosan pills--whatever--I also had trouble getting my refund, basically hounding them over the phone a couple of times...finally after 2 months they gave back the full amount to my credit card.

It's too bad I didn't find this website before being caught at a vulnerable moment. I purchased the Slim Down Solution last week and have been taking it faithfully for five days. I have not increased my calories but have gained 2 lbs. It could be water weight, but based on their claim I should be down 2.5 lbs by day seven (arriving at that by their guarantee that you'll lose 10 lbs your first month or your money back). I searched for information on the active ingredient d-glucosamine on the internet only to find information about it helping conditions like osteoarthritis, joint, tissue and disc injury. Poly d-glucosamine is used as a dietary fiber. Maybe that's what the active ingredient is...whatever it is, I feel like I have been misled.

I tried Slim Down Solution for at least a week. It was totally useless and I sent it back. But what also bothered me was that they charged $9.95 for shipping and handling. I thought that meant it would be sent by UPS. No, they mailed it to me by regular US Mail in a small envelope and it must have cost them no more than the price of two first class stamps to send it. So, they are making more than a $9 profit just on their shipping charge alone for this this product. How do they get away with this?

I purchased slim down solution and took it continuously for 2 weeks. It made me jittery but I continued to take it to see if I could lose the weight that the product had promised. One tablet can help eliminate as much as 20 grams of Fat! That can reduce the amount of fat in a fast food cheeseburger with everything on it to less fat than a plain turkey sandwich." I gave this product as mentioned two weeks and IT DID NOT WORK. The Slim Down also says that if not 100% satisfied with their product they would give a full refund. I have tried to reach them by phone with no avail so I'm now trying to reach them through email. I'm very disappointed in this product!

I tried the slim down solution also and it SUCKED! It didn't work at all. They kept trying to charge my credit card even though I opted not to be in their auto shipping club. They never answered the phone when I tried to call to complain or return the product. I ended up having to cancel my credit card and get a new one because they kept charging the amount to my card. Its a total scam and more trouble than its worth. Wish I had known about this site BEFORE I ordered it.

At first I was I thought I should return it before even trying it thinking it might have been a waste of money. Then I looked in the mirror and said, "whuuu, on second thought nothing could hurt more than looking at myself a second time and seeing the same thing." FOR REAL! I just gained 65+ lbs. from my pregnancy. Even though my son was six weeks premature, it didn't look like it saved me from gaining any more weight. Honestly, I think that was why he was born premature. I took extremely good care of him and myself. I actually thought that I had to eat double throughout my pregnancy and force feed myself to compensate for my morning sickness. If I had only known that I didn't have to do that I probably wouldn't have weighed 180 at the end of those 34 weeks and would've enjoyed my pregnancy even more. Right now I weigh between 114 and 118. Depending on what time of the month it is, if ya know what I mean. Anyway, I took slim down about 8 months ago, (the 3 bottle deal), and all I need now is to find something that gets rid of cellulite. I haven't excercised since then so it would be nice if that deal or something better would come around.

i was shocked to read the negative reviews on this product, as i absolutely love it. i am an exercise addict. i do about 2 to 3 hours five to six times a week. i gained to over 200lbs with both my three year old and my fifteen month old. i lost back down to the high 130's both times, but my desired weight is 130lb. okay, i don't know why, but i refuse to stay out of the cookies and pizza. so, no matter how much muscle i obtain and how much exercise i do, i am having a lot of difficulty getting those last eight or nine pounds off. i have used the product as i felt i needed it. that is depending on what i ate. i am coming off of a two week--no exercise at all because i have a terrible sinus infection. i have not decreased my eating habits at all. matter of fact, i think i have cheated a lot more, as i've been a little down by not being able to exercise. i have not gained one ounce. this is not the norm. i fight sinus infections throughout the year and always gain during my down-time. also, i ate at a pizza buffet the other night but took the pill before i ate and in the morning, i felt very hungry. i could tell there was no stored 'pizza' in my system. don't kid yourself, i can eat 'a lot' of pizza--regardless of my size. i have never taken any form of diet pills and believe one should physically work there way towards a healthy body. however, being this product has no caffeine and is one hundred percent natural, i wanted to try it. it does not curb your appetite in any way. that is not its' purpose. i have found the most success when taking the pill right before i eat or within the first few bites. when i wait until after i eat, or in the middle of the dinner,it appears to not be as effective. i am questioning if i will buy the new slim down which contains ingredients to increase energy. i will need to research those. if i am satisfied with the additional ingredients, i will definitely purchase another months worth. my ultimate goal is to get off of the junk food; so, i can reap the benefits of the hours of exercise. however, until then, i will use the slim down pill.

i have been taking this product for about 6 months and i find it great!!! i have problems going to the bathroom and after i eat i always feel terrible so if i take one or two tablets before i eat it helps me get all the "bad" out of my system. i am not a very big person to begin with but this pill does help me keep off all and any of the extra weight!!! i think this is a great product and i will continue to use it!!

My experience with this product was a joke. It DID NOT work. It caused me physical problems (I will spare you the disgusting details). I returned the product, they refused to refund me. I thought that would cancel the auto shipment, but it did not. I returned the 2nd shipment unopened and received a letter that they would not refund the charge to my credit card because the 30-day money back guarantee only applied to the first shipment. I contacted them numerous times with no help from them. I finally contacted my credit card company and filed a complaint with them against Slim Down Solution. I received a partial credit. I would recommend others with the same problem contacting your credit card company or the California Better Business Bureau.
