I have been using Slim in 6 for a week and a half now and have found it quite difficult.  I am seeing results though in the reduction of cellulite in my thighs.  After just one week it was almost all gone.  I am also taking the pyruvate slimming supplements and have not lost any weight yet...in fact I have gained 2.5 pounds.  The workouts are long and hard on your knees/thighs and I find myself very tired and weak when I'm done but i really think if you can stick with it the results will out-weigh the effort you have to put forth to finish the workouts!

OK Slin In 6 is a great program for people who have already trained or are use to working out. I can see this program being hard for people know have done little or no exercise/traning. also if you have a problem with commitment then this is not the program for you it takes decation and commitment 6 week every day. and eating right i have been doing it for 4 days with dieting and i see results( I feel better and starting to trim up) already... yes this program will leave you sore.  but no pain no gain really. if you dont feel pain it wouldnt be working,. honestly i went to this trainer he was the best in the state so they say, and he is!!! he use to work me out so hard. the pain was un explainable but i looked great. every day pain pain pain ...but i look perfect. no pain nothing gained.. I have done exercise since i was in high school and now 20 and about6 months ago i had a body to kill for but i have let me self go. I was 5.6 135 6 pack nice firm round butt  legs like tina turner cut back and arms (honest to god) 7/8 or 5/6 (lose or tight) now iam 5.6 166 still no stomach but iam not happy. i dont look big but that number is scary. my over all review ...! great but difficult for non exerciser and people trying to start exercising

I tried the product for the first time last night.  I must admit, the first workout was hard, but I have so much energy today.  More energy than I've had in a long time.  I can't wait to see how things work out after the six weeks.

I love this program. I was sore for the first 3 days and now I love to wake up and do the workouts. It is a big commitment to do it for 6 days a week, but .....nothing that is easy has worked for me before. I could feel the results after 3 workouts. I have been doing it for 2 weeks now and I can really feel a difference. I am losing inches and cellulite :).It is just like the infomercial says DECIDE. COMMIT. SUCEED. If you stick with it you will see results. You have to just say to yourself "I will workout today" and soon you will see results. I ordered the DVD set and they gave me a free set of 3 resistance bands (normally 29.95 on website) and a warranty to replace the DVD's if they are damaged (19.95 value) and 5.00 off of the shipping/handling. With all these "free" things with my order I wasn't sure I would get them all ao I called customer service the day after my order to make sure exactly what I was getting. I was told I had been shipped out one resitance band not 3 like I was told(always good to check). They sent me out 3 resitance bands in a seperate order and they came together in about 5 days in two boxes. Then when I put in my first DVD it had a small scratch in it so it would replay the ab routine my husband and I did the ab routine 4 times before we realized it was doing that. I called customer service and the said they would send me out a replacement right away. Three days later I received my new DVD and when I opened it they had sent me an entire new slim in 6 program. I have found customer service to be nothing but helpful. When I was ooking into which program to get this or The Firm I chose slim in 6 because beach body is willing to go the extra mile to help you get results. They do not add extra charges for there internet support package and the give you great unadvertised discounts on additional work out tapes/DVD's.

I have just finished my third week.  I did start it up for 6 times.  Then ramp it up for 8 times.  I am now on burn it up and have not lost any inches but I lost two pounds and feel I am firming up. I feel that the first routine is easy but you need to start on a Friday and take a couple days off to heal your muscles.  They recommend starting on a Monday.  The second routine is harder but seems like the instructor is making it up as she goes along.  The last routine is hard but I can do it with a modified version of some of the advanced moves. This is a big committment time wise.  You will work your way up to an hour a day.  I can't see anyone getting through it unless they are somewhat physically fit.  I'll have to keep pressing play for three more weeks before I know what is the final result.  There is a strong emphasis on buying the supplements but I bought my version of what was recommended and saved alot of money.

I have tried this product and I MAN it is a tough workout.   When you do Ramp it up it is really intense but not as intense as Burn it up.   I really like this product becuase..I guess I its really a hard work and I love hard work outs.  But I bought this product so I can have my thighs, hips, and butt firmed up and slim too.  But Debbie does the squats (I hope I spelled that right) that hurt my back and my knees.  And to get faster and for slimming results you have to buy this formula thing that cost about 50.00 dollars.  I don't like to pay that much!  I am going to try to do bun and thigh roller and I hope it gives me results that I want! :)  but overall SLim in 6 is a really good workout!

I am also an average weight person who bought slim in 6 in hopes of losing a few extra pounds.  I'm 5 weeks into the program and have not seen good results.  Despite eating healthy meals, I've actually gained five pounds, and I've only lost (maybe) 1/2 an inch in the waist.  My fiance is doing the program with me -- he also exercised prior to slim in 6 -- and has not gotten results either.  I think the videos would be fun enough if they were working, but they get really old when they're not.

I  have been doing SI6 for about 2 weeks now and have definaltey noticed a change in my abs and back. It's hard to keep up with and I am in very good shape, it does give a great burn! Also, it's a bit hard on my knees, but I am not going to give up  because I do notice a change already! Debbie is a bit corny but has her good points as well. I like the work out and can't wait to challenge myself to the Burn it up dvd next week!

I've been using Slim in 6 for 2 weeks now. I've lost 2 inches in my waist and and inch in my hips. While I do find the routine to be difficult, the results I've experienced so far have really been encouraging. Even when I don't feel like exercising, it takes only minutes of Debbie's upbeat attitude and encouragement to get me going! I highly recommend the product. Also, I have a lot of knee troubles and thought that might be a problem with this routine. I've found that as long as I make sure that I'm doing the exercises correctly, I don't have any trouble with my knees (there are friendly reminders that pop up on the screen to "check your form"). My knees are actually stronger and I'm having less trouble with them already. Overall, this is the best exercise video I've ever done.

I started using slim in six about 6 weeks ago, and have definetly had results.  I have lost 25 pounds with dieting.  The program is fun and Debbie is awesome.  She keeps encouraging you throughout the entire set of videos.  The routine is hard at first and it does hurt but it works!  If you want to see results as most of us do than stick with this program.  When i finished the six weeks i stopped doing the workout and have NOT regained any of my weight.  I have begun to do the routine again to keep my self fit.  I definetly suggest this program!!!

I started slim in 6 about 7 weeks ago, I am 14 5,3 120 pounds. Before slim in 6 I was lifting weights, and getting about 115 minutes of arobic exercise each day. I have gotten great results from slim in 6, and I continue to do it. I find it is hard to work in a time to do the program, and I am only 14.It is a pretty intense program, but the supplements really give you alot of energy, I follow Atkins, and I continued to do so while doing slim in 6. I lost about 5 percent body fat so far.... I love it! Just make sure your motivated, and ready to work. The program can fly by, just don't mope about it, or it might go pretty slow. Each time you are a little more fitter, thinner, and closer to your goal.

I was on the south beach diet for 1 month and had lost 17 pounds. I was watching T.V and came upon the slim in 6 informercial. I watched it over and over again. I browsed through the website and really liked what I saw. I called in and ordered slim in 6 and very excited waited for it. I received it 2 weeks alter and read everything. I started it and this is my 18 day on it. I must say I LOVE THIS WORKOUT! The first two days I was sore after that I have been fine. I cant belive all the energy you get and stamina. I have lost 4 pounds and my abs are geeting really nice definiton. I cant wait to see my results on March 30. I have ordered the P90 to start a week after finishing slim in 6. You must be very motivated and you have to want to do the workout because if you dont you will fail. You have to visualize yourself stepping on the scale and seeing what you want to see. You have to see yourself in those sexy clothe you want to wear. Your mind always plays a big role in reaching your goal. Eat right, give it all you got, positive mind and there is no way you will fail with this program. If you feel you did not get results return the video for a refund. Well, Goodluck to everyone and I hope you get excellent results!!

DVD's are wonderful, love that each segment is timed and instructor was good.  I've been doing fitness videos at home for several years and these are terrific.  The other products they sell are a waste of money and customer service was terrible.  I ordered three extra sets of handles with my tension bands in addition to the free set you get when you purchase a full set and only one set was shipped, it took several phone calls before the issue was addressed. The DVD's are great, the other equipment is overpriced and you may not even receive what you have paid for.

I started the slim in 6 program on 1/26 and I love it.   I think that it is the hardest workout Ive ever done and I can feel myself getting stronger.  I really like the ab routine and the ramp it up video. I started slim in 6 because I put on weight since Ive started college and so far Ive lost 5 pounds and I dont feel my butt or my stomach move when I walk anymore.  I think if your really focused and determined and you commit to it it will work.

This is my 6th day doing the Slim In 6 workout. I have already noticed a big difference in the amount of energy I have and I can even see some of my abs starting to show! I have not been following the diet part very well, I just try to cut back on the amount I eat and also eat more fruits and veggies. Hopefully the results will be great!

I used the tapes for approximately 8 weeks about two years ago. I have previously been a runner and gym person but with less time to spare I had become heavier. I found that I did NOT become sore except in the abdominals but I also felt it was difficult to progress to the higher level tapes as rapidly as was suggested. In addition, I did become toned but I didn't feel a lot stronger as I have when I do my Firm tapes. I also wished the advanced tapes had more different moves. I would recommend these as an every other day workout to be alternated with a cardio day. The timer was helpful in terms of splitting the workout if I didn't have a full hour at one time. Some of the Yoga moves were very hard on my wrists!

I've been doing Si6 for over a week now.  So far I can feel my body is much stronger and my psyche is much improved as well.  Today I came to the realization that regardless of weight loss- I need to workout just because it makes me feel better.  Mentally & Physically.  There is a timer to count down the time, and the workout is divided into reasonable chunks.  That really helps me get through it... "Ok- just 3 minutes for this section.  I can do that."   The one thing that bugs me is the music.  It was added as a track later so the moves are not always in time to the music.  I used to dance when I was younger so the lack of rythem is a bit disappointing.  Good music can be such a motivator.   Other than that- so far I'm satisfied with the product.

I did this routine 6 days a week for six weeks. It really works. It is hard at first if you are just starting to exercise again, but the tapes are extremely effective and fun. Everything is done in progression and you really can build your strength and stamina. Each tape offers a little change and is a little bit harder. It slimmed me quite a bit it took me from a size 6/7 to a 2. Also the abs tape and the stretch tape are great. I also purchased the keep it up tape with the set for week 7 and beyond, and it continues to give me great results. All in under an hour a day. And that is important when you are a busy person. I really started to notice results during the burn it up tape. But if you are committed, 6 weeks an hour a day really isn't too much to give if you want to see changes in your body. It is a little hard on your knees, but they give alternate moves on the videos to help you still achieve great results. Overall, this has been a fun and effective workout.

Slim in 6 does provide good results. I lost a total of 8 inches and 5 pounds. However, the program is based on overtraining. If you aren't fit to begin with, the program will primarily be an exercise in frustration AND you will risk injuring yourself (this program was particularly hard on my knees and I had to take some time off to let some strained muscles heal). Personally, I find their diet advice to be quite poor as they never tell you that you shouldn't cut down too much on your caloric intake. The program creators and a fitness advisor will even help out on many occasions. In conclusion, I did see good results on this program--especially in inches lost. I also gained cardiovascular endurance and muscle strength. But I don't think the potential benefits outweigh the risks of injury and malnutrition.
