I recently purchased smart abs with really high hopes of a good stomach muscle workout. That has not been the case. I do not feel anything while using it even with the tension band on a higher level, and cannot feel or see any difference. I am not looking to lose weight - just firm up. I still have hopes for the product and will continue to use it on a daily basis for another week or so - maybe it just takes a little more time to get results???

I am a short person and this product is so hard to use, it keeps on rolling off my leg, my upper thighs just not long enough to hold the machine. On top of that the only thing I'm getting is shoulder pain.

I have been using the Smart Abs system for about 1 month. I have had some subtle results. I do feel the resistance when I turn it over and use it for my lower abs, but your body begans to become immune to the resistance and you feel like your not really working out. Suggestion: Spend about 5-7 minutes a day on it. You can get results!

This product does work, you just have to be sure you are doing the exercises correctly. At first I didn't feel anything in my abs, either. So I kept at it and discovered how to do it right. You have to use your stomach muscles and concentrate on them during the workout, otherwise your shoulders and back will take over and get sore. I have had very good results with smart abs. Yes, it is bulky and big. That is a downfall, but it does give me a good ab workout. I do it about 10 minutes a day.
