I believe Somersize is a wonderful program. I wake up in the morning with energy. I don't feel sluggish, I feel refreshed. Plus, I don't have gas, I can bend over and touch my toes!  I've tried Mary Lou Henner's program with Proper Food Combining and found it very hard to do. I sure do miss potatoes, but it is definitely worth it. I also have psoriasis on my stomach, legs, arms and scalp. Somersize has helped tremendously. It is actually shrinking away. This program has worked for my overall health and I love it!! Thank you.

I just love somersize, I have also tried alot of diets and somersize is the easiest and you really do lose weight and you have a lot of energy and you never feel bloated. I recommend this program for anyone who wants to lose weight and feel better.

I love this diet!!!  I've tried Atkins and had inital sucess, but when I found it too restrictive and went off a few weeks later, and gained a couple extra pounds.  Then I tried SomerSizing because Suzanne allows you to eat some whole-grain carbohydrates and eat FRUIT!!!  (Which I LOVE!)  I just started my diet on Sunday night and this morning (Thursday...not EVEN 4 days later...and I was 4 pounds lighter)  Plus the recipes in her Book are REALLY great!!!  Even if you're not on the diet and you're just looking for something new and exciting to eat...BUY A BOOK....you will feel like a gourmet chef!  GOOD LUCK!!!

My sister-n-law had started this way of eating and I was very skeptical having had  tried numerous other ways to loose my weight. Well after two weeks I had lost 9 lbs!! Sure I did have to alter my way of eating but I had started this in April and by June 24th I had lost 26 pounds and reached my first goal. Then I set a new goal and by August I was down to 109 from 147 pounds. I have been able to still go out once in awhile and maintain my weight. ( So basically I had lost two pounds a week but I do know it varies from person to person ) Also in the first few weeks I didn't exercise either but when I started to make it a routine to exercise too I did notice it come off quicker but regardless it still kind of melted away. Anyway, I just wanted to post to let you know it did work for me as long as you really stick to it and don't give up and if you mess up you can get right back on track.  The nice thing is most people wont notice you are trying to lose weight because you are eating things everyone else would like meat, cheese, vegetables, and fruits. I am just amazed at the good stuff I can eat and still loose the weight :)

I have been Somersizing for 11 weeks now, and I have lost 18 lbs!!  I have been on lots of different diets in the past, including Weight Watchers.   This diet is by far the easiest, and it is something I will continue for life...it is a way of eating.  Interestingly, not only have I lost weight, but my body shape has changed.  I am no longer horribly pear shaped -- my hips, abs, and thighs have slimmed considerably, and I am fitting into clothes two sizes smaller than before (I went from a 14 to a 10!!)  I feel great all the time, I have lots more energy than before, and I just feel healthier.  I am finally LIVING again!
