Even thought I am considered the "ideal" weight for my height, I have never been one of those people with a flat stomach. After a couple weeks of using the Supreme Pilates machine 3 to 4 times a week, I am finally getting that flat stomach I have always wanted. Like other reviewers noted, the machine did not come with enough clips so I picked up a couple more at a hardware store. When assembling the machine, it is easier to pop in the 25 minute DVD which includes a segment on how to assemble the machine. It is pretty easy, but the written instructions are not very good. I also highly recommend the extra DVD's. I purchased all of them and they are all wonderful.

I was very skeptical about this machine. I had a reformer and sold it but I did like the leg workouts and ordered this machine for that reason. I am so pleased. It is so much fun and I want to workout. In 3 weeks time I am actually getting in great shape again and for a 50+ year old female with bad knees I thought it was a lost cause. The video workouts are great. I have 2 extras but now wish I had all 4. If you get them later they cost double. Thank you Ellen Croft for this great fitness machine.

I probably have over 50 sessions over the years in a private pilates studio and thought the workouts were great. With the supreme pilates workout, I feel like Ive gotten better results with less effort in less time. Ive had it for about one month. So Im saving about $40 per workout. Very happy with the purchase.

This machine is wonderful! I ordered the machine and all the extra dvds such as the Ab dvds, buns and legs dvds, and Supreme Challenge....all were worth it! Within a week, I noticed a huge difference- its fun, its easy and it works!

I was very excited to recieve my Supreme Pilates product today. I watched the DVDs first and then went at it! So far I think the resistance springs are good for the arms and upper body. I did not order the extra DVDs which claim to target ABS, GLUTS, etc. I may have to rethink because I felt as if those areas are not included with the basic dvds. The one thing that does bother me is you only get 6 clips to change out the springs. Which means you have to stop between sets and switch out the different springs, handles and the bar. They should of included 10 clips to make it more of a streamlined workout. Also the covers for the springs fall off without the clips on them. I realize these things sound petty but for what the product cost I expected a little more. I will give it a few more weeks and send a update.

I have been an exercise addict for over half of my 41 years - and this machine has blown me away. I cannot say enough about it. In five days, I ABSOLUTELY was leaner, and my stomach more toned. In just two weeks, people have asked me "what I have done." I have not so much lost weight (I do not need to), but I have toned up like I didn't think I could. I look like I've been swimming again. The machine is fun too! I enjoy the videos and look forward to them each morning. Ellen Croft is a wonderful instructor. Mari Windsor does a great job on one of the videos as well. I imagine that down the road I will see even more results (yeah!) This is not a hum-drum workout. It's fun, challenging, and dynamic. Simply put, Supreme Pilates is FANTASTIC. I am thrilled with it, and recommend it in the highest possible way.

I am very skeptical about most of the home exercise equipment on the market, but I have to say this product is exceptional! After using it daily for only 1 week, I have notice my body feels stronger, more flexible, and my balance has improved tremendously (really noticeable on my first ski day of the season). Funny enough, my knees don't feel as sensitive as well. I can't say enough about this product, when used consistently. A good quality machine, video instruction is easy to follow. Fitness infomercials thrill me, what can I say, I have tried most of the products and have really not liked most of them. However, having said that, I bought a Supreme Pilates machine and the extra dvd's and I love this machine. It does not get boring, you are always finding new exercises. The gluteal (butt) workout is amazing! If you love pilates, if you like working out in comfort, ( the mat is so thick and supportive)if you like strength training and toning than Supreme Pilates is for you. The dvd's are also well done. It arrived quick in like 5 days, and was well packed. The cons... the instructions on assembly could have been slightly better. But since all you had to do was attach two screws and 3 resistance springs well I am not complaining at all. Enjoy! Thanks Guthy Renker

The other night I was up watching midnight TV because i could not sleep. Being an exercise person, I'm drawn to exercise infomercial's, but none have really excited me until I saw the Supreme Pilates machine. It comes with a 30 day money back guarantee so I decided, what do i have to loose. I have used the machine 6 times so far and I love it. It says I'm suppose the share the pros and cons, the only con I can think of is it did not come with enough hook things to hang all the part on it at one time, so I had to go to a hardware store and purchase more. The possibilities seem endless. Each time I use it I'm more excited then before. I'm also impressed with the video that came with it. I'm 52 and at this time in my life it's the perfect machine for my resistance training. For me it was money very well spent.

I purchased the Supreme Pilates machine a few weeks ago and never have I been so impressed with a fitness product. I had been doing the Winsor Pilates routine for a couple of years and was generally happy with the results, but I felt I needed to add resistance to the workout to maximize the benefits. I should mention that I also have a Gyrotonic machine, which cost almost 5 times as much, and which I like but found difficult to store and not always comfortable to use. The Supreme Pilates machine is giving me remarkable results in the shortest possible time, and is easy to store and use. This machine is the most effective, enjoyable, strength building and sculpturing piece of exercise equipment I have ever experienced. I lost over 14 inches in just 12 weeks. I purchased the Supreme Pilates apparatus a month ago and am thrilled with it. It is surprisingly sturdy and a great workout. The springs are large and powerful, so I would not let children have unattented access to it for fear they may injurt themselves.
