I'm an avid Tae Bo user, as I have about 15 tapes. I was excited to see that Billy came out with the 2004 series, and I ordered the tapes. I must say that I was not as pleased with this series as I have been with others. The workouts did not keep my heart rate up, and there is way too much downtime between excercises. IMO, the best tapes I've used are the Get Ripped Advanced tapes. Tape 1 still kicks my butt!
