I've recently purchased the firm. I've losted 30 pounds using the firm tapes without the fannie lifter because it did'nt come with the tapes that I brought from a store local in Tennessee. I only have one complainet the price of the 3 tapes were almost $30.00 they could have included the fannie lifter. Oh! I losted the weight becasue of diet and excerise.

I am very disappointed with this product. I ordered it in August, and after some false starts, even though I have been working out with this system 3-4 times a week I have not lost even one pound. I am 31 yrs. old and wanting to lose some weight as well as get back into shape. I have seen no results at all with this product. Their statement that you will see and feel results within 10 days is bogus. My clothes are still not fitting well and I do not feel any stronger or better. Although I do not follow their diet (I cannot afford to buy that food and try to eat it by myself before it goes bad)I eat very well-always have and am very careful about my caloric, sugar, fat and carb intake. So this is an all pain no gain product. I do not recommend this to any one.

After a friend raved about The Firm, I decided to go out and buy the videos for myself. As luck would have it, I bought the set of tapes that comes with the kit for $7 out of half price books, and I bought a 10" stool from [] in place of the Fanny Lifter. I have used the tapes 2 times and love them. I can feel a difference. I am not overweight, but I need to tone, especially in my midsection, and my butt. I did the Cardio Sculpt tape last night, and my butt is on fire! It feels great! I can't wait to go home and do it again. I am sure I will get results quickly. I'm excited!

I bought this product on November 26,2004 at my local []. The workouts are a little too fast paced for my taste. So within a few days I am returning it to [] for a refund. Would it have helped me lose weight? It would would have helped me alot more than some of the diet pills out there. But I just can't keep up with the pace in some of these workouts. I think I'm gonna buy that Exercise Bike from my Supervisor at work.

I bought the firm, dazzled by the infomercial and how great everyone looked. It was very hard for a beginner not used to using weights and dance routines (I am mostly a runner) and at 5'4" that fanny lifter is a big step! I enjoyed the workouts, the music is fine, the production quality is great and the instructor's are encouraging and not annoying or anything. The problem is my knees hurt sooooo bad. I got results and lost weight and toned, but it was not worth the daily aching screaming pain I feel in my knees (and yes I payed careful attention to not extend my knees over my toes). I am sad because I think it is a good system all things considered, my orthopedic medical bills are overshadowing the benefit. Use at your own risk and perhaps get some personal training to learn proper technique with weights before you hurt yourself.

I have been using the firm body sculpting system with fanny lifter for 3 weeks now and already can tell a difference. My body looks more toned and I have dropped about 3 pounds. This is a tough workout but the results are good. I definitely recommend eating healthy and drinking plenty of water along with these workouts. Overall I really enjoy this system and don't bother with the gym anymore!!!!

I bought the firm june 2003, but didn't actually use it until 8/1/2003. They guarantee results in 10 days or less and for me, that was true. I saw result within 3 days and by 9/1/2003 I went from a sz 36 to a 32 and lost 15 lbs. I have now lost a total of 25 lbs and still going! This is a wonderful program with great instructors, great motivation, and moves that are very easy to follow and do. The fanny lifter is a wonderful piece of equipment and I suggest this program to anyone who wants to lose weight and feel great about themselves!

I LOVE THE FIRM!!! I am a total Firm Believer! This program has helped me feel so much better about myself and everything else in my life. These workouts are fun and have great variety. You don't get bored. That was something alot of other tapes I've tried were. I love the sculpting stick. The Fanny Lifter does EXACTLY what it says it does. I purchased the Firm Fanny Lifter and 3 videos and have found them to be excellent. They are the hardest workouts I have ever done I and I have purchased more videos because I am so happy with the results I have seen thus far. The only complaint I have is with The Firm's marketing company, Good Times Video. Their service is terrible. It took over 2 months to receive my order. I ordered more tapes from them and ended up canceling when I some of the the older tapes in retail stores. The Fanny Lifter is a great addition to any workout and I would recommend this workout regiment to anyone who wants a tough workout with great results. I would just not recommend getting the newest set from the marketing company who sells them. A 14 inch stool can be bought at any sports outlet, and although not as convenient, still can provide the same results as the Fanny Lifter. Hopefully the newest tapes will be available through retail outlets soon. They are by far the best ones yet.

This is a great series. I've done it for two months, and have not become bored with them. On the contrary, I am stronger and slimmer. I've gone down 2 sizes already. There are modifications for beginners. Beware of the customer service department. They will send you things you do not order, they will promise refunds without issuing them, and they're rude on the telephone. I would buy the videos and fanny lifter through a different company if you can.

This is my second week of using the Firm Body Sculpting System. I really like all 3 videos and the instructors are great. The fanny lifter is TOUGH - wow! I am already feeling stronger and firmer and have lost 10 pounds. The only complaint I have is that the Customer Service was TERRIBLE!! It took two months to get my order (3-5 weeks HA) and every time I called no one could tell me anything. I recommend buying this through another company, not directly through the number on the Infomercial.

This is the best $90 I have ever spent. I weigh 200 pounds and have started doing this workout. I love it. It is changing my life. I am seeing results with out changing my eating at all. I can't wait to see what happens when I start eating better. This workout is motivating and challenging. I strongly encourage everyone to try this. The 55 minute workouts go by so fast... you can't believe you have been exercising that long.

I purchased the firm at the end of June. Since I received it on July 2nd my whole attitude has changed. I actually look forward to working out. The videos are challenging - you are a sweaty mess when you are done, especially with the Cardio Sculpt video. I like that if you are new to working out you can use light weights or no weights until you are comfortable with your form. I also like that the videos focus on the instructor for beginners whenever there is a modification. I bought my FIRM set through an outside company, so I have no complaints with customer service or the time it took to receive my product.

The firm is a great workout. I have lost 20 pounds in less than a month with working out every other day. My only complaint is that the step is extremely high for someone of 5'3. 10 inches would have been sufficient instead of 14 inches for the step. My knees are sore from reaching that high. I have to use the 8 inch step to be comfortable. Other than the company sending me stuff and charging me for it I do get my money back right away. Funny I end up getting the stuff in the mail anyway with a credit. The pills are ok and the people in the videos at first seem to run through the exercises quick get lost a little. But overall ok product. But they do need to make different steps for certain people. Ranging from 8 to 14 inches depending on height of person purchasing product.

I got my FIRM Body sculpt system with the fanny lifter around the end of May or June. It is a great workout! I have noticed muscle definition in my arms and legs, I saw the difference in 10 workouts and that keeps me motivated. The fanny lifter is a killer but definitely works! Like everyone else, I had problems with getting my order, it took nearly 2 months to receive it. So, do order from some place else if possible. I too received merchandise I hadn't ordered...but I will keep on doing this workout. I can't get into the ab one although I need too! I had a baby last year, and since I am hitting 40, its harder to get rid of.....

I started using the firm with fanny lifter, July 1, I immediatly started seeing results,and have been able to wear my arms out for the first time in 10 years. I lost control of my diet for a couple of weeks. However,the weight continued to fall right on off. I am so impressed with this workout, every time I see something or read something on how to loss weight, they always say WEIGHT TRAINGING! WEIGHT TRAINING! CARDIO! and instead of trying to figure how to do all of that I have it in my on home, rain or shine with instruction. Your knee's will hurt for a couple of weeks, however you will become stronger, confident, and more flexible.

I am a Firm Believer! I was very overweight and out of shape when I started (287 lbs). I purchased the tapes from a cable shopping network and received a lower price and the order within a week - so I would also recommend ordering through an alternate source. The tapes are great. I have seen radical changes in my body shape. I went from a 24W to a 20W in about 6 weeks! I didn't see the major lbs. loss I had hoped for, but I now need new clothes! I didn't make any radical diet changes either. My knees ached for a few weeks from the Fanny Lifter, but I adjusted down to the 8" step for awhile until the soreness went away. I sweat more with these videos than anything I've ever tried - so I had to come up with a flexible hairdo. Small price to pay for the results. This is a great workout for heavy people, but you have to take your time and adjust for your fitness level which is easy to do.

This is a great system. I have been using the tapes for about 3 weeks and already am seeing definition where I never had any before. The tapes change quickly so you never get bored. Also, you can up the challenge of the tapes by increasing your dumbbell size. It really is like having a personal trainer in your home. It works every muscle group. Definitely worth the money.
