I am a 19 year old college student and when I first started to use the firm I was 262lbs. After only 4 months I have droped down to 212lbs. I have a long way to go, but the firm has really changed my life. I love the videos!!! I thought something was wrong because I was having fun while i was workingout. I would suggest that anyone who wants to change their life purchase this system. The videos are long, but once you get started you won't wan't to stop.

The Firm Exercise Videos are in my opinion the best on the market. They are easy to stick with and show results as they say -- within 10 workouts! For me a few less than 10. I have tried numerous other vidoes and finally I am able to see with my own eyes some muscle definition coming about and feel a definite firmness in my legs and abs and arms! They are great!

I have been using the Firm for about 10 years on and off having first rented it. I have to say I love the high energy but the time required for the full body workouts is difficult to manage unless you are a stay-at-home Mom as I was. Now I don't have the time to manage them but if I forced myself I could manage the 'parts' videos, which like the original full-body videos are fun and challenging. I would not recommend the program to very overweight individuals as it is a very strenuous workout. It is hard to slow down and pace yourself because you want to keep up. Additionally, I never lost any weight though I did the program faithfully at one time EVERYDAY for 8 months. I built lots of muscle under already existing fat and looked like a tightly stuffed sausage because the strenuous muscle workout makes you hungry unlike straight aerobics which suppress the appetite. But it's a great-feeling workout (after you get over the low-blood-sugar headache that is.)

I have been using the Firm Classic Videos and their newer videos for over 10 years. I have gone from a size 16 to a size 12. I have lost over 50 inches. They do a complete body workout, using mostly low impact moves, cardiovascular techniques, and weights. It gets you in shape faster, more thorough, and safer than any tapes that I have ever done. They also have enough options so that over all these years, I have never gotten bored.

I began using The Firm workout videos after having my first child. I used to be an aerobics instructor so I know what a good workout is! I got my old figure back immediately and have used it since, after having 5 MORE children! I am so incredibly impressed with The Firm. The tapes have been like an old friend who always faithfully helps me when I need it. My husband says I look as good now at 39 years old, as I did at 24 years old (before having children).I do the tapes 5 days a week, and eat a low-carb diet.I simply get up an hour earlier in the morning to easily fit it into whatever my schedule may be for the day. That way there are no excuses! It really works, but YOU HAVE to be willing to WORK HARD! A nice looking, well shaped, cardio fit body will NEVER come easy! But it is so very much worth it!

I just turned 40 years of age. My mother, 19 years ago died of an annursym because of our family history. She was not overweight but I am and that is a big problem with people like me who have a family history of high blood pressure. Although I do not have high blood pressure at this time, I am going to try and avoid the disease by utilizing The Firm. I have been working out with The Firm for about 30 days now. I am extremely motivated with the whole process of using the muscles to burn fat not concentrating on a diet per say but focusing on the muscles because like you ladies say muscles burning is burning fat!
