Well this product is not very satisfying to me, it doesn't have a very high resistance level, and I don't feel I am getting a very good work out, and it seems very cheaply made too.  It was a waste of $20 if you ask me.

I recently purchased the Denise Austin "Thigh Tek XL." It has 8 tension modes that really aren't 'modes'.  From day one I have been on #8 for my legs & arms.  It's not as much tension as I would like but I just add another set (to get the 'good' burn)!  I do have to admit the product itself (especially the tension part) is a little cheaply made, but it still gets the job done.   I find the 'ab' exercise part a bit ackward.  It is very easy to change from inner thigh setting to the outter thigh setting so it doesn't interrupt your workout long.   For people like me that hate going to the gym to workout - it gets the job done @ home.  I only paid $15 for it and I think it was worth it.
