Now you can exercise your upper and lower abs, waist, chest, back, shoulders, triceps, and biceps all at the same time - all in one move - in just 5 minutes a day with Torso Tiger!
The Torso Tiger works your abdominal muscles while they are loaded. For example, twisting done with a broomstick or other equipment will raise your heartrate, but will do nothing to build stronger abdominal muscles. The Torso Tiger uses your own body weight to create resistance and build your abdominal muscles while increasing heartrate. This combination helps burn body fat, develop muscle, and strengthen your cardiovascular system.

I used the Torso Tiger religiously everyday for 3 months. It was very easy to use because I was able to establish a smooth rhythm immediately. I hate doing stomach excercises and I used my Torso Tiger till the elastisiy of the cords failed then I would doctor it up to used it again. I loved using it.

I haven't been using my torso tiger for long, but when i do, my wrists and neck start to hurt very bad. I do feel like i'm getting a workout in my ab's, but i have a feeling the burn will go away after a week of use; And, i think i better order new rubber cables, because i'm sure mine are due to break any day.

I bought the Torso Tiger after seeing the infomercial through the 800 number also. The knee pads are not real comfortable, it is difficult to adjust the cables for those of us who are shorter to get consistent resistance and the bands break within a couple of weeks if you use it daily. Think you're better off getting an ab workout tape or DVD (i.e. the Firm, etc.) and doing exercises without any equipment.

This product works to a degree. I could definitely feel a difference for the first couple weeks, but then the resistance just wasn't enough to continue my progress. Even when I tried shorting the bands to increase the resistance, the only thing I felt was the pain in my knees from the poorly constructed knee pads & the pain in my wrists & arms from holding on to the handles.

Both pluses & minuses. Pluses: If you keep at it, it does work. It tightens your abs and builds your shoulder and neck muscles. And it helps you return each time with the rubber attachments. Minuses: Don't over-do it right away or your neck will hurt. A lot. Keep an upright posture and you'll be OK.

This product sucks. It did work at first. But, the "rubber bands" broke after about a month of use. I called and customer service said "oh yeah, we've had a lot of calls about the bands breaking. We'll send you a replacement." It was about 3 months before the replacement band arrived. I used that replacement band barely a month when it broke. So I threw the darn thing away and have told people not to bother. Oh yes, both times when the bands broke my body lurched forward in the direction of the break, causing undue pain and injury.

The torso tiger is a very good machine. This machine does tighten your abs, but the only thing is it hurts your neck.

I bought this early last year. At first I could feel it working, but after a week or so it started hurting my back. The knee pads are extremely uncomfortable, and my knees always slide off. I have to re-adjust my knees constantly. Very annoying. I got so annoyed that I never use it anymore. I suppose if you keep up with it then it will work, but I'd rather just do the crunches and sit ups. Hope this helps.

I bought this about a year ago. Used it fairly regularly and saw no improvement in my abs at all. It did help strengthen my shoulders and arms. It hurt my wrists and knees. I would not recommend this product.

I liked my Torso Tiger and saw good results. Unfortunately, the rubber cables break easily after a month or two of use. Give me better unbreakable cables and I'll buy this product again. I give a grade of 6 1/2 out of 10.
