Torso Track Works Like Magic

6 Feb 2008 - Daphne of California, USA writes:

I've been using the Torso Track for over 2 years and I look fantastic. I've toned and trimmed my abs, shoulders, back, and triceps. I get compliments about my physique from men and women alike all the time. My kids say that I'm "ripped". I use it before I go to the gym because it gets me pumped and ready to go! I love the Torso Track!!

Works for me

18 May 2007 - Roy of Texas, USA writes:

I used the machine diligently and probably more than recommended. At first, definitely had problems with the wrists, but have passed that point. A little pain in the back developed when I did it the "lazy" way. Now at the point where I can work out every day for 30 minutes total. It does help reduce excess around the stomach . . so it works. Biggest drawback may be the boredom. Currently looking to buy another as one of the ropes is busted. Roy . . Houston, Tx

If you have weak wrists, do not use!  When I saw this informercial and heard people claim it works, I thought I would give it a try.  It was indeed easy to put together.  It was flat enough to fit under a tall bedframe or against the back wall of a closet - where mine eventually went for a year before I gave it to the Salvation Army. My problem with it was being totally unable to support my weight from my wrists with carpal tunnel syndrome.  It was torture trying to do one round let alone a whole routine.

I have only been using the Torso Track for about 2 weeks now and I am already seeing results! The very first time I tried it, I could feel my abs already getting an outstanding workout, a workout I could never have from tireless hours of crunches! I do admit the price was a bit hefty, to say the least, but I have yet to be disappointed. I am definitely getting my money's worth and that's what matters to me. This is definitely an effective machine!

I've been using the Torso Track for about a month. For the first two or three days of using it, I  started to feel the burning sensation in my abs. I also felt the same on my upper arms. I find my muscles more toned now. But if you don't follow the instructions carefully you can really hurt your back. I did it 3 times a week for the first 2 weeks, and then increased it to every other day for 15 minutes. It really works for me!!:-)

I'm so glad that I found this site. I've been wanting to warn people about this product because it looks like it would work well, but it is expensive. I was so happy when mine came, however after using it, you quickly discover the toll it can take on your back. When you use it properly and extend to use your abs, it puts all the pressure on your back, which over a short amount of time, can really cause damage and pain.
