I used this product for 3 sets of 15 reps. I did not lose weight or inches. After a few weeks I noticed lower back pain. I ended up having to go to physical therapy for my back. Though I can't prove it, I think the back injury was caused by using the Torso Track II.

I am a martial arts instructor and abs are the key part of the sport. The Torso Track 2 has benefit my classes and myself. You will feel it working immediately. This is a quality product that everyone can use. It will only take about 5 minutes a day to use, but you will not see results for about six weeks. Also combine with a good diet regimen.

I have had Torso Track2 for about 3 and a half years now. I used it 5 times a week for a year and thought it was fantastic, only having to put in 5 minutes of time to get my tummy muscles toned up. I still use Torso Track from time to time, but every time I start using it again and find I cannot do it on the hard workout, and how much pain my muscles find themselves in just to do the easy/medium workouts-I swear to myself I will not stop doing Torso Track again!! Even nearly 4 years on I think Torso Track2 is a truly brilliant piece of equiptment. THANKYOU!

I have had this Torso Track 2 for over a year now. I have been using it on and off. Reason I didn't use it regularly partly because I was lazy and also because I would feel some back pain. So, I was research more one which other would enable me to exercise by abs better, and not so much stress on my back. I am looking at the Ab Lounge 2 now. But before I am willing to spend another $100 or so to buy it, I am doing more research to see if my existing equipment is good for the job. So far I am reading that it can do the job OK. A few people have similar stress on their back like me. But it could be that I don't use it properly. Next I'll find the manual to know how to use it properly, and I hope by using it properly, it might help my back a little. The equpiment seems to work. I do feel my stomach muscle getting firmer. However, I have not used it consistently and long period enough to really see the result. I am committing to give it another 2 month to use it more regularly and more consistently. I hope it will give me some result I ave been long waiting for. so, I don't have to buy another Ab equipment exercise machine. I'll update my fing in 2 months from today (6/1/05).

A fantastic machine! If you stick with it watch your diet and use it regularly you will see results. Before buying fitness products I always do a lot of research into it to make sure all my needs are being met. The Torso Track 2 is gym quality equipment, which is very important when working out. 10 out of 10.

Having tried an ab roller and not seen any noticeable results, I moved on to EMS system of the pre-belt era. I felt my abs got stronger but now a few years later, I know enough to know my abs are hidden beneath my flab. I went back to my EMS machine a few weeks ago but found it very difficult to get a decent contraction regardless of quantity of gel, positioning of pads, or strength of contraction. So I started watching TV and the various ab products. The torso track stood out for a number of reasons, I felt its design would help me maintain form, it was only possible to go forward so far each time so I thought that would eliminate guessing. Secondly I thought, it would eliminate carpet wear, something which other machines do not. Thirdly I felt a machine like this would also help me do more press ups better. But what sealed it was I saw more things that could go wrong with products like the total tiger, which I think looks fragile and poor quality, to coin a phrase all that shines is not a good machine. I got my torso track 2 yesterday, and today I know I've bought a great machine, I think its targeting my core not just my outer abs, which can only be for the better. I've started to watch my food intake for a few weeks prior to my order but now its here I'm going all out. I hope that the torso track doesn't wear out because I'm going to hammer it. I'll submit another review in a month or too. if its any good ill recommend it.
