This is a great all around product that I used for the last three years. You'll feel the muscles burn. Hint - the slower you move the total tiger, the more the muscles will work. You'll break a sweat and get the results.

I bought this product two years ago and I loved it. The only thing I didn't like is when the wheels kept squeaking. I didn't buy this online or on TV. I bought this from a store called Modell's. It helped me a lot when the manual and video guided me what to do.

This equipment is a piece of garbage. The company states that this piece of equipment will last a lifetime. I would have to disagree emphatically. I have returned mine because it is so under designed. The wheels are just all plastic and I cannot see the padding staying together because of its low quality. BEWARE of the infomercial because it is a classic case of bait and switch. The infomecial mainly shows a different Total Tiger than the one that will be sent to you. Notice the wheels, they almost look like they are polyurethane on the demo model. Only in a few screen shots do you see the actual item being shipped to you. If you elect to buy the pull bands, they to are different. The infomercial shows metal connecters attaching the bands to the grips. The items that will get shipped to you will have plastic connectors. I am very disappointed in this product because of its disceptive advertising. I would not be surprised if there was legal action taken in the future. We as consumers demand better. So in conclusion, don't waste your money.

The Total Tiger System is a scam. Do not buy it. The Total Tiger system is worthless garbage, and it breaks very easily. It is a scam, don't waste your money. It broke within 5 minutes of using it. It's made out of very low quality materials. Now you may be thinking I'm just some fat guy who tried it and that I'm simply too fat for it, but I'm actually pretty skinny and was hoping to use it for a full body workout. I repeat, don't waste your money. You could probably use rollerskates and a skateboard to achieve the effect that the Total Tiger System is supposed to have. All the previous reviews are probably from people who sell the product. On a scale of 0 - 10 with 10 being the best and 0 being the worst this is a definite 0.

I've had my Total Tiger for about 3 weeks now and I'm really enjoying it! The first time I used it, I found it put a lot of pressure on my knees. That problem was resolved by twisting 2 hand towels into donut shapes which I placed under my knees. This took the pressure off of my kneecaps which rest peacefully inside the "donut holes". I use my Total Tiger for less than 10 minutes a day and already feel and see a difference! It's very easy to use and I enjoy it.

This is a fun exercise. You can really feel it in your arms/abs and the back of your thighs (depending on the muscles you use for movement). I purchased this for my legs because they do advertise that it is for a total body workout--but it is more for the upper body.

The Total Tiger is actually better than I expected. I've been using it in my workouts and have started noticing a difference.

In Great Britain the Total Tiger costs about the same as it does in the US. I would have to say that the rollers on the tiger are a load of cheap rubbish! After I enquired what it would take to get new rollers I found that I would have to send the tiger back complete! They would not replace the rollers through the post. I found that after I purchased new rollers from a local store, that the Tiger is actually very good. The new rollers are a lot stronger than the one's supplied! It was cheaper for me to do this than send the tiger back! In GB it's harder to get the postage back from a company when you return goods. I'm using the Tiger every other day and it's very effective. It's helping an old back injury of mine. It's just a shame I had to pay more to get the tiger up to a better standard and I think it should really be supplied with the rollers they advertise. The rollers actually broke when they were first used!!!!!!

Although I think the Total Tiger needs rollers that grip better and more padding for the knees, believe me, you feel the workout. The only reason I haven't been using it much is due to lack of space to do so. When you start doing the side to side exercises it really does require a lot of space. I would recommend it, if you are willing to buy new rollers for it and have the space to use it. It is fun to use and it doesn't get boring.
