this series is great! i purchased the firm transfirmer system a couple of weeks ago, and have been following the workout calendar and eating plan. concerning the eating plan, it is pretty sound, and the menus/recipes are actually pretty tasty. concerning the workouts, excellent. i have been working out for years, and feared that the firm workouts may not be challenging enough. needless to say i was wrong. it is easy to follow the workouts, just watch them first on the off days of the calendar so you know what to expect. after a couple of weeks i am already seeing a difference in my body shape, but best of all, i feel strong and have more energy. great work!

I've only used my TransFIRMer twice but I have to say I love it!! I can really feel the difference the incline makes in lunges and dips. My buns and thighs are pleasantly sore. LOL But if you're new to The Firm you are going to have to it a little slow at first. You're not going to get all the moves down the first time so don't get too frustrated. I've used Firm workouts for years and I have to take it slow with the new TransFIRMer workouts. Also, you are going to have to WORK. These workouts will leave you sweaty and sore. And that's a good thing. That means it works. So if you want an exercise program that delivers what it promises you can't go wrong with The Firm!

I have always loved the firm and this product is no different.  The workouts are nice and challenging and I always feel like they have been effective.  My only complaint is that the steps can be hard to follow, but I loved it so much I gave one to my friend as a present.

I have used only 3 of the dvd's so far.  I'm finding the steps difficult to follow.  I will keep trying though.  You need quite a bit of space for the transfirmer.  Overall, I  think it can  produce results if you are consistant.

Hi, I have been using the Firms new series with the transfirmer, and it is truly a fun way to lose inches and get a really good sweat. Normally I am a jogger and a cardio junky , but this has brought something new to the table for me and I love it I cant say I have lost pnds from it yet , it has been about a month but I have gained mucho muscles..lol...but I must also say it has brought some soreness to my knees and I keep readjusting the way I do the leg press...I think that might be it...But I wont stop I love it ..good luck to all

I have been using this product for 2 months now. Please note that I am a trim person with some jiggle. I have noticed that my butt is firming up but I my troubled ares such as waist, hips and thighs are not responding yet. I do not follow their diet plan as I do not need to lose pounds, just tone and tighten. I will keep at it and hopfully see if my body responds as I want it too. Also, with regards to the workouts, they are quite sound, its works each area, the cadio is a little tough for me and also the step moves as I am not very co-ordinated. Overall, its a very decent system

I was not planning to purchase this series, because I have the BSS3 with the Firm Box.  I did not like the box at all, and ended up choosing other workouts in favor of the hassle.  I saw the informercial for BSS4 a couple of times before I really took a look at the Transfirmer and saw that it was a much better piece of equipment.  I received this week and needless to say, the Firm box is going away - never to return!  For the first time, I'm excited about The Firm and look forward to the other BSS4 workouts as well as using the Transfirmer in my BSS3 workouts. This is worth it for the Transfirmer alone.

I started working out a year before buying the Firm TransFirmer.  I lost the weight but nothing I tried really toned me up.  I bought the Firm, it took two weeks and I already seen dramtic results.  I loved it.   I especially loved Jiggle Free Abs.  I have never had a flat tummy.  It's challenging, which is what I really needed.  I would recommend this to anybody.   I LOVE IT!

I love these videos!  The are better than BSS3!  I have done about 12 workouts now and AM seeing results.  Clothes are getting looser, my body is looking firmer.  The moves are generally easy once you do the video once or twice.  I highly recommend purchasing these videos!

This is a fabulous piece of equipment--a big improvement on the Fanny Lifter and the Firm Box in terms of stability and ease of re-assembly during the workout.  Both long and shorter workouts come with this series, which makes the workout adaptable to any schedule. Don't be fooled by the shorter workouts--they are intense! Some of the footwork is a little tricky at first, but easy to pick up after several viewings. Another solid product from The FIRM. The celebrity-centered infomercial does not do this product or the very competent instructors justice.

With this new set, the FIRM goes back to what works:   Good, solid equipment, concise cueing, and a spartan set with real lighting that makes the instructors look like real women instead of scary Amazons.  The early-adopter club member package comes with three videos:  1)  Ultimate Calorie Blaster, which is similar to the old Calorie Killer video, uses too much Tall Box Climb for my taste, but has easy-to follow steps (even the ghastly "turn step" isn't too bad.)  Aerobic Body Shaping, led by Allie Del Rio, continues the too-heavy (IMHO) emphasis on boxing-type moves and is harder to follow. A sculpting video with Pam Meriwether has a nice mix of upper and lower body moves.  The "Jiggle Free" series promises more than it can deliver, especially with talk of "whittling your waist", when everyone knows it's impossible to spot-reduce, but the exercises are solid strength-builders.  The music this time out is less intrusive than in BSS3 and has more of a world music influence (less disco).  One new instructor, Annie Lee, is obviously a body builder and looks bored to death in each of these videos.  Overall, a good, solid, challenging, nonthreatening workout series.  If you skipped BSS3, give this one a try.

I hate this and I love this. I hate the fact that they smile throughout the entire workout; who can be that happy working out.  But I love the way I feel and look.  After I hit 236 pounds, my doctor gave me a choice between WW and SBD or diabetes, I chose SBD.  After the first week, I added excercise and The Firm.   I've had BSS1 & 2 for awhile, didn't get BSS3 cause of the bad things I've heard about the box.  This new box is perfect, I can do all my old workouts using it without fear of falling off, it's big and stable.  If you hated Allie over Cardio Sculpt, you'll hate her here too with the Jiggle Free Abs and Aerboic Cardio Sculpt.   Since March 7, I'm 21 pounds down with 60 more to go, my goal is to be another 20 down by May and the rest down and more by October, I know the Firm, I can do it.

This piece of equipment is fabulous, it is what the BSS-3 box should have been and the workouts that come with this are innovative, fresh and fun! They really got it right this time!
