Don't use this product!!

16 Jul 2008 - Rebecca of Ontario, Canada writes:

I tried TrimSpa for 3 months and within the first month I experience a heavier than normal period....and as if that weren't enough, it didn't stop. I had a period the entire time I was on this product and when I finally went off of TrimSpa, my period finally stopped.

Anticipation

16 Jun 2008 - Becca of nj, us writes:

I cant wait to try this product. I have been researching diet pills, but everything else to be a scam....currently i am 5'10 weighing in at a constant 188lbs. I just had a servere weight gaining experience of 30lbs in one year. I guess the weight was a direct result of my eating habbits in college. I am hoping to lose 30-35 pounds and be back in my normal 150 range again. I liked it there...lol. I mean if i was 188 and felt good about my appearance and health, then i wouldnt loose the weight.....but the funny thing is, that i dont feel good. When i work out im more tired than normal....and when i shop im depressed. I mean, i went from a size 8 to a size 12!!! how embarassing. Anyway, my question to those who have already experienced weight loss by using this product is....once one has reached there goal weight and is comfortable with the weight loss, how do you know when to stop and try to keep the weight off on your own?

I'm Liking It!

5 Jul 2007 - Stephanie of Colorado, USA writes:

I started Trimspa about a week ago. The first day I was hungrier feeling than normal. I had some headaches the next few days which have now gone away. It has slowed my bowels down, something I've never had a problems with. I must not be drinking enough water. DO drink lots of water. I didn't think that it was going to wrok at first, because I was eating nearly as much. I think I've only cut cravings where snacks are concerned. But that's enough for most people to lose weight! If you can cut snacks and sugary drinks, you'll lose weight! So I weighed myself today, thinking there is NO WAY I've lost weight. I was totally a skeptic from the get-go. But, low and behold, I lost 3 pounds in one week. That's a fantastic rate of loss and I'm so pleased. I'm going to keep giving this a try...

Interesting update

9 Apr 2007 - Christy of Kentucky, USA writes:

UPDATE: Well, as I mentioned in my previous review, I'd purchased more Trimspa X32 because I was so impressed with the trial I'd used. I won 3 bottles of Trimspa X32 [], one a bottle with expiration date 11/07, and two others from a different batch with expiration date 01/08. I started the bottle with the earliest expiration, 11/07, and found it just wasn't having the effects that I had with my 30 count trial. It wasn't effecting my appetite and cravings. So I opened a bottle with 01/08 expiration and that one IS seeming to work, with the results I had with my trial Trimspa X32, a definite difference, don't know why. I wanted to add that on here. Don't know if there are differences in batches made or when made, but I did notice that the bottle with 11/07 expiration did not do anything, whereas the other bottle does definitely curb my appetite and hunger.

Works so far for me

30 Mar 2007 - Christy of Kentucky, USA writes:

UPDATE: I forgot to add, I seem to be getting the best results and drastic curbing of appetite when I take 2 in the morning, 2 at lunch, and 2 before dinner of the Trimpsa X32. This is just what works for me, don't know about others, like I said I think it depends on a person's body chemistry how well the product works for them and quantity to take. For me, there has been a drastic curbing of appetite when I take them as I described above, which surely will produce some weight loss (I am 5'7", hope to lose about 10 to 15 lbs).

Works for far for me

29 Mar 2007 - Christy of Kentucky, USA writes:

Because of Anna Nicole my attention was turned to Trimspa. I got a 30 count trial of Trimpsa X32 to try out. I've been taking it for almost a week and can say its really working so far. I don't have much of an appetite now. It's really helped me cut back on snacking too, and I have always been a snacker. I do exercise. I personally think it depends on a person's body chemistry whether the product works well for them or not, because for some it seems to work while for others it doesn't. I personally have had a definite loss of appetite and hunger. I've been so impressed with the results I've already purchased more to have on hand when this runs out. I haven't weighed myself yet, I don't have a scale at my house, I just know my appetite has been greatly reduced.

Helped a lot

19 Aug 2006 - Sid of Toronto, Canada writes:

I am on my second bottle of Trimspa, usually I take 2 pills in the morning nad one in the afternoon, if i am having a difficult time with cravings I will take another one around 6pm. I work out regularly and am quite fit, but needed help with my eating habits. The Trimspa has definately helped, I have lost close to 20lbs now and just take the Trimspa when I am having issues with cravings or need energy. There is a lot of caffeine in this product though, and at first it took some time to get used to it as I am sensitive to stimulants. I have tried Xantrex-3 as well, and by far I prefer the Trimspa, and will continue to use it so long as they make it.

Don't waste your money, try working out instead!

26 May 2006 - Angela of Ohio, USA writes:

I bought a bottle of Trim Spa hoping to have the same results as Anna Nicole and all the "others" who say how great this product is. I can say that it did supress my appetite at times, but after 30 days of taking the pills as directed I lost only 1 pound. I also developed severe acne on my forehead and cheeks within the first ten days of using it. At first, I thought it was due to stress, but since I have stopped taking it for 3 weeks the acne has totally cleared up. Not sure what caused this?? Has anyone else experience this kind of side effect? In the end, I feel that this was a waste of money. I am experiencing much better results with a workout CD I saw on an informercial.

If you need some quick energy

9 May 2006 - Sarah of New York, USA writes:

I started using Trim Spa to lose weight but after finding it actually had no impact on my weight or what I was eating, but rather made me feel high and have a ton of energy I started taking it when I had to stay up all night to write a paper, or when I just wanted to have some fun with my friends and needed a lot of energy. I would recommend Trim Spa if you have some extra cash and need a quick pick me up for something like going clubbing. I would warn that sometimes it makes me really spacey and retarded and during recent tests I had done it was found that I had too many blood platelets, hemoglobin, and red blood cells which I'm not sure has any relation to Trim Spa but the Doctors could not explain it

Not good to lose a few pounds

2 May 2006 - Anna of Ontario, Canada writes:

I am 5'2 and 115q and wanted to lose 10 pounds.I took Trimspa for a week and i am disapointed. At first the apetite was gone and although i had jitters and insomnia i was willing to overlook it thinking that in that rythm i should lose my 15 in no time.2 days later the apetite was still gone, so were the jitters and insomnia,I had energy and was feeling great. Lately however the pills are no longer having any effect. I take the same amount at the same times but my apetite is back, the energy is gone and i feel nothing at all. Also, i lose weight very fast but this past week i only lost 3q. I don't understand how that is possible.I still reccomend Trimspa,if nothing else it will help you regulate your meal hours and shrink your stomach, but for people wanting to lose 15 or less it's not the right product.

Big Dissapointment

27 Apr 2006 - Jenny of West Virginia, USA writes:

Ok I was so excited to try this product. I really thought it would work for me. However it was a big dissapointment. I did not lose nothing. I took the whole bottle exactly as directed. I understand that every body is different and this product could work for you , but it did not work for me at all.

Works for me!

23 Mar 2006 - Kate of England, UK writes:

I have been using this product (without ephedrine) for 10 days. I've lost approx. 8 pounds in this time, without dieting or exercise. I have more energy, feel alert and my appetite is definitely much smaller. I attribute my weight loss to my reduced food intake and reduced water retention. I take 2 tablets in the morning, 1 at lunch and 1 at 6 p.m. People actually notice that I have lost weight and I get comments that I look great. I have never to date tried any diet pills but I really like this product.

Not as good

16 Mar 2006 - Raquel of Florida, USA writes:

The first time I tried it, it worked by increasing my enery and after that it worked mostly as a diuretic. I lost 6 pounds in two weeks, which was probably water weight. I took it for two and a half months and did not see good resutlt, I lost a total of 6 water weight pounds at first, got into a plateu for the next 2 weeks and lost 3 more pounds making it a total of 9 pounds. I decided to stop taking it after almost three months and as soon as I did, I gained all the weight back and more. I do not recommend this product unless you would like to take the pills before going to a buffet or before eating a large meal so that it can work as a diuretic for you.

So far so good

5 Feb 2006 - Anne of Pennsylvania, USA writes:

I am 5'3" and started off weighing 140 pounds a month ago. I started off not using TrimSpa. I only lost a little under two pounds in three weeks. Three days ago I started to use TrimSpa and I've already lost over a pound! I've always had trouble swollowing pills but I haven't had any trouble swollowing these pills as long as you use enough water. I'll keep you posted on how the rest of my time on TrimSpa goes.

Does Not Work!!!

5 Feb 2006 - Andrea of Illinois, USA writes:

I tried two bottles of the Trim Spa and lost about 5lbs. I ate sensibly, but did not excercise. When I stopped taking the pills I gained the weight back with a few extra pounds. The pills make you go to the bathroom alot. There is no way Anna Nicole lost weight on these pills.

Please read the ingredients

1 Feb 2006 - Jessica of Colorado, USA writes:

I've used TRIMSPA before for a couple months and exercised. I didn't lose much weight. However, you must read the ingredients! Guarana is caffeine! You are better off buying a bottle of caffeine pills (100 mg each pill) for no more than $4! Its the guarana in TRIMSPA that makes many people feel "energy" and possibly the need to use the restroom a lot. Other ingredients are just herbs and vitamins. Big deal. Because I don't drink coffee or caffeinated sodas, I now pop a couple caffeine pills before my work-outs. In the last 3 months - I've lost 15 pounds! And I only spent maybe $3 on caffeine/guarana pills you can find in any discount store.

Anticipation

28 Jan 2006 - Allison of Maine, USA writes:

I just purchased TrimSpa yesterday and began taking the pills yesterday. They are fairly difficult to swallow and since I have a small bladder all of the water that I have been consuming has made me have to go to the bathroom a lot! But I have already noticed a decrease in appetite and have been eating less which is great since my main problem was overeating. I have always had a problem with my weight- in the 6th grade I wore a size 14 pant, and now I currently weigh 210 and am 5'8. I have big bones so I know that I will never be able to be really tiny, but I hope to loose 35 pounds, and hopefully look good enough for my prom and graduation at the end of May. I shall keep you posted on the results!
