I am a vegetarian and a fitness buff. I decided to try taking trim spa to take off about 5% of my body fat, while I was training. The first time I took the product I felt very strange, and this is odd because I have taken just about every supplement but perscriptions. The second time I took the pill I got an intense migrane. I stopped taking the pill and was fine after. I would not recommend this product for anyone who is prone to headaches but I would recommend a product called tropic-trim which you can find at your local [] store. It is a wonderful product and does not cause such severe reactions.

I usually do not use diet pills because the fear that the weight will return as soon as I'm off...but, saw the TRIMSPA at [] and decided to give it a try. I have used Trimspa for about a month, and combined it with a Weight Watchers principal (since I am a lifetime member...it works but I don't have the time to count points now)...and just plain good eating...5 fruits/vegetable daily...in the form of the JAMBA JUICE enlightened smoothies. I any breakfast I want (usually coffee/creamer with a poptart, Jamba Juice smoothie for 4 fruit servings, then a regular dinner and fruit. I have definitely lost weight. Trim spa helps me to stick to this meal plan...I think!

I have been using Trim Spa for approximate two week and noticed my breast are getting fuller. I am not sure why but they are fuller. I am loving it. This saves me from getting a breast lift. After I had my kids I had that flabbiness that wer all hate. They are now plump like I am about three months pregnant. I am not pregnant and I t is not time for my cycle. The trim Spa and working out is all that is changed.

I started today 6 April 05. I to have gone to the bathroom at least twice right after taking pills but that makes me happy. My appetite has somewhat supsided but way to early to tell. I am not overweight but having trouble losing the last 10lbs. I choose TS because of an write up in a magazine compairing diet pills & TS got rave reviews as far as ingredients being natural & not harmaful. I will keep you informed with a very honest review

I immediately noticed a reduction in appetite. Trim Spa allows you to eat less and keeps you from snacking between meals. I still bring a small snack to work, but I can last from breakfast to lunch without hitting the vending machines. And I'm not starving when I eat, so I get full faster. I have not weighed myself but anything that can curb your appetite will create weight loss over time. My energy level has also increased. I will give it 3 months. But so far, it's better than Zantrex, Xenadrine and Hydroxycut. All those did were make me hyper from caffeine with no appetite suppression at all!!

Since I began taking TrimSpaX32 at the beginning of January 2005 I have lost a total of 24 pounds (in combination with a low calorie diet, drinking at least a gallow of water per day and getting at least 30 minutes of exercise per day). Before starting TrimSpaX32, I struggled to lose one pound a week. Now I'm up to 2-3 pounds a week. The product didn't work immediately and as the product description itself states continuous use for between 6-8 weeks is necessary to achieve maximum results. SO BE PATIENT. I have had no side effects. I am on my third bottle and don't see myself stopping anytime soon. This is the first diet pill I've ever tried that I am satisfied with!!

I started Trimspa X32 one week ago and have lost nine pounds so far. I am not extremely overweight, so this is a major accomplishment. I'm not so sure that the pill suppresses my appetite, but I do feel full much faster. I have been tracking my calories to make sure that I'm getting enough! My cravings for junk food are less than before (my major vice). I recommend only taking one pill at a time. When I took two, I felt jittery and kind of loopy. I've also been very thirsty, which makes me drink more water (good). I'll write back in a week to let you know if I have had any more progress.

I have been taking Trimspa for two weeks and this is the first diet pill that has had absolutely no effect on my appetite or energy. I am dissapointed and do not plan on making another purchase of this product. Anna Nicole Smith is obviously using something other than Trimspa!

I started taking TrimSpa 11 days. The first day I followed the dosage and was so sick I had to leave work early. The 2nd day I skipped and the 3rd day I did 2 and gradually worked up to where I am now 4 pills a day. Before starting Trimspa I began a regular exercise program and stuck to a strict 1200-1300 calorie a day diet with SlimFast products. On that I lost 15lbs and then started Trimspa. The only thing i've really noticed is that my appetite is just about gone. Unless I SEE the food i don't want it. sometimes i either forget to eat or have to force myself to eat. My roommate swears she sees a change and is going to purchase some...

I just started using the product about a week ago and I can say I feel different and I have people tell me I look like I have lost a little weight. I guess the trimspa with the combination of eating plenty of fruit, vegetables & yogurt drinking lots of word helps.

Okay, I feel a little weird reviewing a product I hardly know. But I'll jump on the Bandwagon. I started TrimSpa last Thursday March 24th, weight 228 lbs. Becausee I am Diabetic, I first asked my Doctor. He looked at the chemicals and said there is nothing that should harm me as long as I follow the directions. It is now five days later March 28th. I stopped eating all sugars since last Thursday. I cut down on all portion sizes. No snacking. I am not a coffee drinker, so no problem there. I do not feel hyped up like on other diet pills, however, I do feel more productive. I am still desiring my treats and more, but I am GOING TO MAKE THIS WORK so I am avoiding high fat items. I a actually reading labels that I should have read years ago. Easter Sunday was simply a baked chicken breast as opposed to Ham. My blood sugar level yesterday dropped to 99, where it should be. That't the lowest in 2 years. I don't attribute that to TrimSpa, but instead to reduced intake. I am unable to walk for exercise due to a torn tendon in my ankle, but tonight I will begin aerobic exercising from a chair to add to the caloric burn. I cannot yet say that TrimSpa is the answer. But I can say that having paid the spendy price, I am going to make this work or else. This morning's weight - 220. Goal is 190. I have also begun a daily journal for myself to reach my goal. I'll keep you informed. Tom of Oregon

I have been using trip spa (effera free) for 3 days now. I am 5'8 and have lost almost 2 pounds as of this morning. I am not overweight, (now I'm 142) and I hope to get to about 130-135 (what I was naturally about two years ago before I was preggers). I have lost my appetite, and have a ton more energy. I also have been feeling happier than normal, although I am a generally happy person regardless. I have been taking 2 in the am (about 20-30 min before breakfast) 1 20 mins before lunch and one at about 5 pm. Around 10 pm I start to get tired, and also hungary, so I just get ready for bed. I have significantly decreased my food intake, so the weight loss is probably a direct result, however, I can only eat so much less because of the decreased appetite, which i attribute to the trim spa. I have not had a chance to exercise in the last few days, normally I exercise 2-4x a week

I started using this product in March of 2004. By May I lost 20 pounds, (two months) taking two pills per day and following a low cal diet but allowing myself some "special" treats once-twice a week. I continued to take trimpsa through May and did not lose anymore but stayed the same. In February I started again to lose ten more pounds, even though I have maintained my lost weight from last year. I have lost five more pounds and not restricting my cal intake as I did before but I am eating sensible. Only side effects a bit of constipation- drink a lot of water as trimspa says too (and even more) and it helps that a lot. Good Luck.

I started taking trimspa X32 on March 10, 6 days ago. Almost immediatly I noticed an increase in energy. I used to drink 2-3 bottles of mountain Dew a day simply for the caffine boost. I haven't had any since I started taking trimspa. I look forward to working out as well. I have noticed a decrease in appetite too. I feel full really fast. I'm too scared to check the scale to see if there is any difference, I will in a couple of weeks. I say, try it!

I started taking trimspa about 2 months ago. At first, it suppressed my appetite and made me drink a lot of water. I was very excited. After I finished my first package of it, I started getting really bad headaches that wouldn't go away until I took more pills. I was taking the maximum amount of pills per day and still having headaches and dizziness. Finally I had to stop cold turkey, because I felt like a walking zombie and couldn't function. My roommate had the same problems from taking this product. It is obviously not good for your body and I do not recommend wasting your money. I have found the only healthy way to lose weight is diet and exercise, this product is not worth it.

I have just started on Trim Spa, and so far, I am not impressed. About an hour after taking my first pill, I felt funny. I felt like I had been drinking and I felt very loopy. I honestly didn't even want to drive my car! As for energy, it didn't do a thing for me. Appetite is not lessened at all. I just took a pill about an hour ago and I am very hungry. I agree that it is a waste of money and frankly, I am a little disappointed. However, I will finish the bottle before I make my final conclusion.

I just started taking TrimSpa three days ago. I have never tried a diet pill before but I figured I'd give it a shot. After having my son (almost FOUR years ago) I gained quite a bit of weight (I was approx 125 before and weighed 187 when I started TrimSpa - and i'm 5'7) and had a heck of a time getting the weight off. So far I have lost 4 lbs!!! I almost couldnt believe it when I got on the scale. The only thing I have noticed - side effect wise - is that i'm constantly having to go to the bathroom. I dont know if its just all the water I'm drinking or the pills but i've noticed a few other ppl have also said they are using the restroom more often. Either way, as of right now I am very happy with TrimSpa!! And I will continue taking it in hopes to get to my goal weight - 130. (personally, I cut the pills in half bc they are too large for me to swallow hole. maybe just a word of advice for anyone that has a hard time swallowing large pills)
