I have been taking Trimspa (Original Formula) for three days now and really don't feel the appetite suppressant effect that the makers of this product claim it has. Just yesterday evening, I couldn't seem to stop eating sugar cookies and chips. Prior to taking this product, I usually ate healthy and lite during the day. But when I got home, my appetite seemed to be a problem, which is why I tried Trimspa (to curb my appetite). I take the product as suggested, 2 in the morning, 1 around lunch time and 1 before I eat dinner. Currently, I am experiencing gas and slight bloating. Hopefully, I'll notice the benefits of this product in about a month.

I have just started this new product 3 days ago. I hate dieting and this seemed to be the only solution. I'm always around children, and children are always around sweets. As fate would go, I'm no Anna Nicole, but soon that'll change. The first day on this product was difficult. I noticed my appetite was almost immed. gone and now I'm in control of when I eat, not the junk food demons. Though the first night on it I had the worst heart burn ever, it is slowly getting lesser of a problem as my body gets use to it. Just give it time and stick in there, it does work! This isn't a phoney supplement like the others. Its not as immediate as you'd want it, but it helps YOU to get it off by what you eat. (And being that you won't crave a lot on this, that shouldn't be too hard.) I would always nibble on everything in sight, but now I only feel hungrey for good healthy things. Good luck to you all. I have lost 4 lbs in 3 days, and look forward to seeing more results. Hang in there!

I started Trimspa today, and I must say it made me feel as high as a kite! No joke! I felt like I was floating, it was a very weirdddd feeling. Other than that, I there hasnt been any problems with the product, although I have just started it. It did take away the munchies, and I havent had much to eat today which isnt really a great thing. In anycase, I will keep you posted on how this all pulls together in the next couple of weeks.

I have been using trim Spa for three days now. I take two pills in the morning, one at noon and one before dinner. I am 5'11" and weigh about 195 lbs. I just want to loose about 10 to 15 lbs and have lost weight on my own in the past. I don't get the gitters, but have experienced a bit of gas and stomach cramping. The odd this is that I seem to be even hungrier than before. A couple of hours agfter taking the pill and eating a reasonable meal, I am so hungry! My stomage starts grumbling and I really need to eat. I have eaten dinner about 30 to 45 minutes after taking a pill and I eat just as much as always, not feeling full earlier at all. A bit later, I feel a bit uncomfortable for a while, then it passes. I also have plenty of urges for snacks. I'll keep trying it for a while since I have only been on it for 3 days, but so far, not so great.

I have been taking Trimspa for a week. I have to admit it really does curb my appetite. I noticed that I feel full after eating a small amount. I drink plenty of water and now I have to input some exercise, maybe light walking. I've noticed that I have lost 1 1/2 pounds. I really like the product and will continue to use. I will report back after 1 full month of taking the product.

Trim Spa has worked wonders for me! Within 4 weeks of using the product I lost 17 lbs. It was great and it didn't make me feel jittery. It was very helpful in suppressing my appetite. The only complaint I could possibly offer is that the pills are slightly large which may cause problems when it comes to swollowing them. In the end i'd rate this product a 9 out of 10.

I have only been taking this product for a week, but so far I really like it. It really curbs my appetite. I haven't weighed myself yet, but the other day I saw my mom and she said it looked like I had lost weight. That is always nice to hear and she doesn't even know that I have been taking any pills. I hope to be able to report a large amount of weight loss within the next year.

I tried Trim Spa almost two years ago, at the recommended dosage. Initially, I lost approximately 20 pounds in about 2-3 weeks...it was amazing (and I'm not extremely overweight or anything like that)! It did, however, give me the jitters, but I had no problems sleeping and because I had lost so much weight so quickly it didn't matter much. Also, I ate MUCH less and MUCH healthier. However, when I stopped taking them I gained the weight back and then some really quickly and my eating habits went back to normal. I would not recommend this product unless you are planning and willing to take it for the long-run.

Trim Spa really worked for me. After having my 2nd child the pounds didn't leave, so I turned to Trim Spa. I said if Anna Nicole could lose all of that weight, so could I. It's been alomst 3 months and I have lost over 30 pounds. I feel great. Trim Spa works well if you drink plenty of water.I never over eat now. I went from a size 14 to a size 7. I have told all of my friends about this wonderful product.

Started taking Trimspa before lunch yesterday (one before meals, three times a day) and seem to have lost 2 1/2 pounds over night... After taking the first pill, I felt like I was high! A little dizziness, slight feeling of euphoria and a bit of confusion but basically nothing major. Have since taken one before dinner last night and one before b'fast this morning. So far the strange high feeling has not happened again. Am guessing initial reaction was due to the caffeine in the pills (gave up caffeine 6 months ago so may be a little sensitive to it now). Took a litle while to go to sleep last night but not really a problem. Feeling very good at the moment and hoping to see the scales tip downwards tomorrow and the day after, etc...

I've been taking TrimSpa EF free for 2 months. The weight loss is gradual (about 12 pounds) but that's the way you want to lose it. It curbs my appetite, allowing me to portion my food, I eat less and have stopped the cravings. I started an exercise program (simple walking) last week and have lost 3 more pounds since exercising. The bottom line: there is no miracle pill!! You have to eat well, portion and exercise! This is a good supplement to use. I've tried many others. One note about "working into the plan": start taking as few pills as possible. I went gung ho the first couple of days and did 6 pills a day....had dizziness and heart palpatations. Be careful and start with one pill before every meal.

I started TrimSpa four weeks ago. I workout every morning for an hour (weights and cardio) usually 5 or 6 days a week. Initially the TrimSpa helped me feel full and I didn't eat as much, but that feeling wore off after two weeks. I only lost 3 pounds, and I ended up gaining 5 back almost immediately. I don't think this product works for people who are within 15 pounds of their ideal weight. It worked for Anna Nicole because she had a lot of weight to lose. If you exercise and eat right already but need to lose some pounds, then this is not the product for you. It doesn't work.

I started taking Trim Spa on Saturday and today is Thursday. So far I have lost 6 pounds and I only take 1 pill before my 3 meals. I've been trying to follow a low-carb diet and this has definately made it easier for me. Just a bit of advice for anyone having problems with Trim Spa, you don't want to skip meals, even if you're not hungry, you should still have something in your stomach. Also, you need to drink alot of water to help the product work properly some of the ingredients have fiber and you need water to keep your digestive system working properly when you increase your fiber intake, otherwise you'll become constipated which will cause cramps and bloating. So far this has been the best, better than Dexatrim, Xenadrine, Diet Fuel, you name it! I'll keep going with it until it stops working, I reach my goal, or if I start experiencing adverse side effects.

When I was pregnant I had to be on bedrest so I gained a ton of weight. After my baby was born I wanted to lose weight badly so I started working out 6 days a week and eating healthier. I'm 5'6" and weighed 180 lbs in December. I lost about 20 lbs just on my own working out and eating better but the weight loss was tapering off in February so I decided to try Trim Spa. It has really helped boost my weight loss again. I have been on it 2 weeks and lost another 10 lbs. (30lbs in 3 months! Sorry, I'm just really proud of myself!) I really like the Trim Spa because it doesn't really make me feel different. No jitters or sleeplessness like a couple of the other pills I tried a few months ago. I couldn't stay on those others because of all the side effects. With the Trim Spa I feel no real change in me but I am seeing the weight loss so I know it's working. I do recommend taking it and doing the exercise and healthy eating becuase I doubt you'd get as good results unless you do that too. My goal weight is 125, my pre-pregnancy weight, and I really do think I will reach it by summer. One last note I would give is that if you drink a lot of soda like I did this helps you give it up really easily. I grave water all the time and the green tea keeps me from having the withdrawl headaches that I would get when I tried to stop drinking soda cold turkey.
