I have been using trim spa for about 2 weeks now taking 4 per day and eating about 1300 calories per day and working out at least 4 times per week if not every day. I have so far lost 12 pounds and feel great. I can tell that my stomach is smaller and my pants are already feeling looser. I dont understand how people expect to take a pill and loose weight I think Trimspa has given me the energy to exercise more and has helped with me not being hungry as much as well.. I would recomend this to everyone I know....I have actually recomended to a few friends who are trying it and it is working for them too!!!!

I am the Female Grand prize winner of Trimspas 2005 Million Dollar Makeover Challange 2005. I began taking Trimspa on Jan 3, 2005 to date I have lost 82 pounds. 62 during the 4 month duration of the contest. Before begining my Trimspa Journey I was a prisoner. A prisoner in my own body and only I held the key to free myself. I had a miserable life, was on the verge of divorce. I even sat in the car to watch my kids soccer games afraid of being in public and embarressing them. I was 5'8 215 pounds. Now I am 135. I have tried every diet there is and none worked. Trimspa combined with proper diet and exercise. Did it! I forever owe them my new life! It really works I am proof. I love Trimspa for saving me, and they can save you also.

I am currently 5'6" and 165lbs [goal weight is 135lbs]. I have just started using Trim Spa [on day 4] and so far so good. I take 2 in the morning, 1 in the afternoon and one in the evening & I drink LOTS of water. I haven't had any complications. It has helped in my over eating/un-necessary eating. I am not sure what the final results are going to be but I'm staying positive. I am eating right and drinking my water so I think my weight goal will be achieved by this summer. (Whoo-hoooo!!!)

i bought a bottle of the trimspa x32 from the local grocery store in hopes that my 5'4, 165lbs frame would drastically shrink. after religiously following the instructions and taking them when said so... i lost nothing. absolutely nothing. in fact, i may have gained weight. i dont believe this product works, and i have experimented with a ton of diet pills. this is a waste of $30.

I just started using the product yesterday. I used to be a personal trainer in college, so I have tried a lot of different supplements. Now that ephedrine is off of the market it is harder to find a good weight loss pill. However, I think Trim Spa is going to work. My appetite is definitely suppressed, which was my main reason for purchasing the product. My office has catered lunchs everyday and I needed something to curve my appetite. Trim Spa is working, and the cravings are gone!!

I started taking this 3 weeks ago. When I started I only took one pill a day, to see if I could tolerate it. Then a week and 1/2 ago I went up to 6 pills a day. One one pill I saw no change. But on 6 pills I have way more energy and have lost 6 lbs and a pant size! I love it. I don't understand those who lost nothing. However, I am eating healthier combined with the pills. You can't eat a cheeseburger and junk like that and expect to loose weight.

I felt that this product worked to surpress my appetite. As long as I didn't forget to take it! It was effective as long as you KEPT taking the pills. CONS: They smell really bad! And the pills are somewhat large. I also felt side effects of being irritable, and just plain b*tchy. I didn't like how I was treating people, so I stopped taking them.

I have tried Trim Spa for about two weeks. I am loosing an average of 2 pounds per week. It doesn't work by melting the fat away like some people would like to think, it worked on me by reducing the cravings.I still got hungry, which is good cause you still have to eat, but I felt as if I could control my eating more. This is the first pill which did not give me the jitters or made me crazy. I only take ONE PILL all day, that's all.

I weighed 135 at 5'5" when I bought Trim Spa. I took this product to lose the freshman 10 and it made me feel horrible. I was always on edge, my heart fluttered and I had trouble sleeping. My advice to any of you who are sensetive to caffeine or don't like the effects of ephedra stay away from this. It'll make you feel "tweaky" and give an energized feeling but not in a good way. I also felt achy and cold so working out was a drag. Time dragged on and I got a weird paranoid feeling too. It did curb my appetite a little bit but it was mostly due to the fact that I had way too much nervous energy. In result the only couple of pounds I lost were right back on and it was all water weight loss anyway. With a healthy diet and exercise routine I was able to drop the weight. It took 2 1/2 month to lose 12 lbs but it's stayed off. A reasonable diet (or even better a change in lifestyle you can stick with) will do the trick!

I start to take Trim Spa 3 days ago, but I'm kind of scared because the 2nd day I felt this stomach aid that I start to vomiting and it was kind of horrible flavor more acid than the gastric fluids and now I have like a chest pain especially if I take a deep breath. I am not going to take them anymore.

At my highest weight, I was 200lbs, I am now down to 137lbs. it's been a process of about 2 years, but I have lost that weight thanks to trim spa. I wouldn't say it curbs the appetite, but I think the energy it gives you helps boost your metabolism. I've tried other diet pills and other diet programs and this is the one that works for me. I swear by it. I have an old picture of me that I carry around so I never get back to where I was. I thank trim spa for that.

Hi: I took the product one year ago after the birth of my first child and nothing happened. I gained 38 lbs total after the pregnancy. I lost 19 lbs easy after the delivery but was not able to lose anything else. Trim Spa did NOT work. I just felt jittery, heart pounding. I only took 1 pill in the morning and 1 in the afternoon. 1 month ago I went to my physican to try and lose the weight. He did a full physical. The physician made me wait 1 week for the results and then he prescribed me pills that were not covered by insurance. My dr. suggested a diet (he gave me a daily menu) and excercise but I did not follow the diet thinking that if it was to stay off I need to keep my normal eating habits because I have no will power. After taking those pills I lost 11 lbs in 1 month without diet and excercise. I recommend going to your physican and explaining your weight struggles so you stay healthy and something CAN work. I am hoping that next month with another prescription and exercise I can loose all the weight I gained from the pregnancy. If Trim Spa works for you more power to you. For me the best thing I did was go to my doctor to "lose the "vanity" weight. Hope this helps.

This product is a lie, just like Anna Nicole Smith. I tried the product and I have never had anything make me so hungry as this product. Hoodia caused extreme hunger. I gained weight taking this product. Also, Anna Nicole Smith lied to everyone when she claims that she lost weight taking Trim spa. It is obvious she had gastric bypass surgery, and the lie will catch up to her, lies always do. Also, you cannot lose 70 to 80 pounds and have a tight flat stomach like she does. She had to have a tummy tuck after she lost all of her weight from her gastric bypass surgery. As far as my experience goes, Trim Spa is a worthless product.

I've been using Trimspa for a week and a half and so far I've seen good results. I've been following a healthy diet at the same time. I eat Lean Cuisine dinners for Lunch and I drink a large bowl of soup at nights. I know it is not only Trim spa that made me loose weight, I believe it has to do with the healthy habits I now have, but Trimspa does motivate me to eat less and more healthy. So far I've lost 7 punds. I used to weigh 142 (5'5) and now I weight 135. My goal is 125. So I will update in about a month. I also have to comment on the fact that I am not exercising at the moment, I plan to start next week after I would shed off a few water pounds. As advice I would reccomend it because I believe it has helped me. Also keep in mind that for every 3,500 calories that you dont consume in a period of time, you loose one pound. So I try to everyday consume 800 calories less than before and that accounts for about two pounds a week. Give Trimspa a try!

I've been taking trim spa for a couple of weeks now and defiantly see a loss in my appetite. I was taking the recommended dosage on the bottle. 2 in the morning, 1 @ midday and 1 in the evening, I havent seen much of a weight come off but I did see an increase in my mood swings. I'm VERY easily agitated now. I feel like I want to attack anybody that wants to open their mouth and this is very unusual for me. I do like the loss in appetite but I'm not sure it's safe at my friends expense. I was looking to see if these pills affected anyone else like this?

TrimSpa prevents water retention, so the initial weight loss is water. It also helped to reduce my appetite. I'd like to know what else Nicole Smith did to lose all that weight. Does anyone know?

I know the product works because I took it for about two weeks and lost a few pounds. However, for me it acted as a laxative because I would have to go to the bathroom up to 7 times a day. I wouldn't recommend it.
