I have been taking Trim Spa for a few days and also noticed the drumming in one ear that only lasts a few seconds and also I get a little shaky and my hands are ice cold. I have lost a pound and will keep with it as long as the shakes aren't too bad. I'm only 5ft and about 140lbs, so perhaps I notice the effects more. Trim Spa definitely works well as an appetite suppressant...

I tried Atkins - it worked, but after 6 months, I could not stand the food, and my cholesterol went up. A few days after stopping Atkins, I started Trimspa. Yes, when combined with coffee, it does give the jitters, but I have found that it works very well. The appetite suppressant is great. I have been able to keep all the Atkins weight off, and now I eat whatever I want - including high carb desserts. If you take too much Trimspa, or double up on doses, it could give you a headache (I did this by accident once or twice). I highly recommend this.

Ive been on Trim Spa for a few days and Im getting off it because i can feel my pulse pounding through my chest and i always feel pain in my left ear. In my opinion this products has the same side effects as Xenadrine with a lesser dosage of Ephedrine.

I have been on Trim Spa for one week, and I have to tell everyone that it REALLY WORKS!! I have lost 6 pounds by taking one pill a day. The pill helps me reduce my caloric intake and also gives me the energy to work out. I was afraid that I would experience shakes, or an inability to focus (I am a law student, so this was a concern). I NEVER get the shakes, and the energy I have actually helps me get through a long day of studying! I highly recommend this product.

I tried this product, starting on a Friday. By Sunday evening I thought I was going to jump out of my skin and would have if I only could! I became very paranoid and was unable to calm myself down. My heart raced like a train and my breathing was hyper. I would never, ever recommend this to anyone especially if you have a heart condition. I'm physically, mentally and emotionally in balance but this product made me feel otherwise. It was a very scary experience for me. Be aware!

I promised to come back after a month of taking Trim Spa EF for an update... well, folks, I can happily and excitingly say I have lost 7 lbs. so far and I'm looking toned!!! I look better now than when I was skinny and/or working out! My muscles are actually getting lean, shaping it to form while it melts the unnecessary fat! Trim Spa not only melting my fat away it's making me eat healthy and not forcibly either! I've been taking TrimSpa since September 2002. I take 3 pills a day, as instructed and I have lost @ 25lbs. I feel & look great & have not experienced any adverse side effects. I was most impressed that TrimSpa doesn't give me the jitters at all. I have to make sure that I eat, however, as I found I was going entire days without eating which is not healthy, regardless of whether I'm losing weight or not. I'm not sure how this will work for everyone, but it has definitely worked for me!

I heard about Trim Spa through the radio and it sounded great.I was extremely excited about losing weight quickly like it claims to do. I used it for about 4 weeks and saw absolutely no results. I didn't even notice any appetite supression. I was very disappointed and have since quit using the product. I do not recommend it.

I have taken Trim Spa (with ephedra) for 2 1/2 months and have lost 31 lbs. I took 2 pills a day. I went off of Trim Spa for about 6 weeks and didn't gain any weight but I think that was because my eating habits changed while I was on Trim Spa. I am back on now and have lost another 8 lbs in 2 weeks. I did notice that when the pill starts to wear off that I get a little jittery. Not bad though. My energy has also increased. I am so happy with this product.

I have recently switched from ExtremeTrim to Trim Spa eventhough ET was working great for me ( I know what was I doing). I heard so many good things about TMSPA that I wanted to give it a try. I am not feeling as strong appitite control with TrimSpa. I can tell that my metabolism is working overtime. If eat any fatty foods I am finding that I am making a 40 yard dash to the nearest facilities. I am going to give it a full week and give it a another review.

I have been taking Trim Spa for almost seven months, along with a lower fat diet. I was 295lbs. when I started, I now weigh 214lbs. and Im still losing. This product is excellant, I take 5 days on 2 off, and if i occasionally eat junk food it seems to take care of it aslong as I eat well after. I should also mention that I only added exersize in the last few months.

I used it for a month and it did absolutely nothing for me! It didn't suppress my appetite or increase my heart rate or anything else. I followed the dosage of 2 pills per day and didn't lose an ounce. I wouldn't recommend it.

I have taken numerous weight loss pills in the past, Including trim spa. They seem to work for a while but once your body is used to it the product no longer works (or you have to up the dosage, which can get very expensive). I go to the gym 5 days a week and take 1 pill (hydroxycut ephedra free) prior to work and the results are wonderful. Hydroxycut is by far the best and I take less then the recommended dose! I dieted very hard this spring to try to get in "summer shape." I went from 240 lbs. to 225 lbs. in 8 weeks but I could not seem to get down to my target weight of 210 lbs. I bought TrimSpa after seeing the before and after pictures of Anna Nicole Smith. Purchased theh same exact formula she did. Used 2 TrimSpa tablets "for maximum results" 3 times daily, changed my diet, and even exercised but got bare minimum results. Very unhappy. The main purpose of this pill is to make you feel full and not hungry, but that part didn't even work! Horrible product.

I have been on Trimspa EF for a 2 weeks now, and have not noticed any results, even with working out 3 times a week. If anything, I have gained weight and have been extremely sleepy. I am 5'10 and 150 lbs, and want to drop 15 lbs, but I am definetly not going to get to down to my target weight of 135lbs, by buying this product. I am extremely disapointed and would not recommend this product to anyone. Thanks.
