I think the key to sucesss using this product is patience. It definately cut my cravings and appetite which in itself is terrific. Long term(6-12mos)for results. This is what worked for me.

What a WASTE of money! Ok...lets be serious.... I would have to guess that with Anna Nicole's money she had a personal trainer, liposuction, prescription drugs and a whole lot more to actually lose her weight. I can GUARANTEE that Trim Spa was not the ONLY thing she was doing... Don't bother...I work out religiously and didn't see ANY dramatic results with this product!

I began Trim Spa today, and I have to say that I like it so far. I've taken some other products that made me feel jittery, but Trim Spa did not. I plan on combining it with a healthy diet and exercise. Good luck to all who try it!

I started taking Trim Spa 14 days ago and must say that so far, I am pleased. I have lost a total of 7.2 pounds these past 2 weeks. My carb and sugar cravings are practically gone now. I can tell my metabolism has sped up because I do have more energy. I was leary about stepping on the scale yesterday because there were a few days this past week where I had the "munchies" like crazy and will admit that I pigged out. But that makes sense... if my metabolism is speeding up, my body required more food for energy. This week I'm going to start adding an exercise routine to my daily activities. If all goes well, I should be at my goal weight in no time! :) I highly recommend this product to everyone! It's not a get-skinny-quick pill, or miracle diet pill... it helps you out where you need it most! :)

I tried this product that before reading these reviews, I wish I would of kept my money and not spend it on this product. I'm not largely overweight I wanted to loose 15-20 lbs for the summer and to loose the extra weight I put on this past winter. I thought that since Anna Nicole can do it I could too! I changed my eating habits, and started exercising every day for 2 weeks before starting the pills; I wanted something to speed it along for me. The only thing the pill succeeded in doing is making me pee more frequently, let me tell you this product did NOTHING except lightened my wallet! I still had the same cravings for carbs and sugars and I did not notice ANY of the energy some other posters said it gave them. I do drink a lot of coffee and Pepsi during the day so maybe that had something to do with it. I originally brought 2 boxes of these pills as they wore buy one get one free which should have been the warning to me so I ended up using both boxes of them never feeling like I was taking anything more then a water pill! Save your $ this is NOT the miracle diet we are all waiting for!

I tried Trimspa for a month. My results were not really very good. I didn't lose any fat and I felt kind of sick. I can't really recommend it.

I tried Trimspa for 12 days and did not loose any weight. I cut out any junk food and snacks and still gained 3 pounds. I stopped taking this product. It didn't work!

I tried Trim Spa yesterday. I can't really tell if it decreases my hunger or not and I can't really tell if it gives me energy or not. However, it does make you pee alot which is a good thing. I've been drinking my water and maybe dance around for cardio exercise. I've eaten China food for lunch today, but that will be all that I eat today. I really can't tell much. The directions did say it takes about 6 days to get into your system. If it doesn't work, I will be really mad that I just spent nearly $100 on Trim Spa. I mean I weight right now 152lbs at 5.5FT tall. I would like to get down to 120lbs and then I would be happy. We'll see.

I have been taking TripSpa X32 for about 2 1/2 weeks now and I have lost 9 pounds. I take the recomendation amount as on the bottle, and it does curb my hunger. I just eat healthy 3 times daily with one snack and I dont eat after 7:00pm. I like this product so far, but you all have to remember it takes time to work, you cant just take it for a week or two and expect it to melt away fat . The major key to weight loss is what you eat and when you eat it! 85% is what you eat and only 15% is excercise. Good luck everyone!

I have been usng Trim Spa for about 1 year off and on. I have gone from 185 to 155. It is one of the best products I have ever used. However it is not instant. I did not feel anything for abou two weeks. After that I started eating for nutrition, as you should, and not for pleasure because I didnt have cravings. This product is great. I recommened it to friends whom have all so lost weight in the past!

I started taking this around the middle of February and I noticed a complete difference! I do not own a scale so when I went to my parents house on a Thursday, I had weighed in at 283 lbs. I had taken the recommended dose of 4-6 pills a day and by that following Sunday I weighed myself again and to my astonishment, I was already down to 272 lbs. In less than a week I had already lost 11 lbs.!!! I was totally amazed. My biggest problem is getting too big of portions and going back for seconds, thirds, you name it!! I noticed that I didn't have the appetite that I normally did and didn't crave the big portions, go back for more and I had more cravings for stuff like salads...the regular 'good' food just didn't taste good to me anymore and just didn't seem to settle too well. I would recommend this to anyone, but I also have to say that you need to make sure that you buy at least 3-4 packages of it because with having to take so many each day, you run out quick!! Overall, it's a winner!

Day 15 on trimspa. i started it on the 6th of April also started dieting and going to gym lost 5 pounds the first week. this week weighed myself and i had gained 1 lb back and i am so upset. 9 days ago i cut out all sugars, carbs, caffiene, alcohol, sodium and red meat too. i work out cardio 45 min to one hour every day at the gym. i am in my early 40's and felt my metabolism was slow and that trimspa would boost it. just found out that trimspa has sugars in the pills that convert to carbs. citrus, cocoa and glucos which totally is defeating my plan. i am done taking them as of today. i am going to keep doing what i am doing without the trimpsa and will go back on line in a few weeks. good luck to all of you.

Be patient for the trimspa to build up in your system, excersice at least 3 times a week 60 min each time, eat right, I cheat sometimes but very rarely. Follow the regimine and it will work.

This is the fifth day I'm taking trimspa, and I already see a difference. First of all it makes me feel happy, due to the fact that just this morning I refuse to eat donut. I'm not really overweight, I just need to loose 15 lbs and I could already feel that I'm getting lighter. I combine TrimSpaX32 with a my Elliptical machine for 30 minutes. I'm a really petite this is the first I took a diet pill due to my up coming wedding in July I'm getting desperate, so I decided to give TrimSpa a shot. I've tried all kinds of diet regime and non of them gave me this enthusiastic feeling of loosing weight. I still eat my favorite dish, but not as much I'm happy with smaller portion now. I took a picture of me now and will gladly post my after picture to their official website. I have glucose problem too, and amazingly enough this pill also helped my seasonal allergies, kind of strange but I guess it has different effects on people. All I can say this product ROCKS! It takes a lot of determination, will power and willingness to loose weight. I do believe that a combination of working out and eating healthy food is the key on loosing weight. I'm so excited for the future results, this would me my first time getting into the body that I ever dreamed of. I take 2 pills in the morning and then 2 in the mid afternoon. I can't take it at night because it keeps me up, but this works, for real. I don't have any jittery feeling or anything. I am very sensitive with pills, but I tell you this one feels natural to me. What it does is makes me eat the right portion of food and all the healthy ones. I think TRIMSPA will change my LIFE forever.

I just started taking it yesterday and I already feel the difference. I have ALOT more energy. I noticed when ever I climb the stairs I'm not out of breath and I didn't eat as much as I normally would. I'll weigh myself next week and see how its working. I feel great though. I'll report back next week.

started trimspa 6 days ago. i am completely the same. same hungers same weight. has not curbed my appetite at all. i am bloated all the time and has not given me energy. i hope it changes after a few weeks. i work out 5-7 days a week. i believe for the most part when something works for most its after they buy a product it makes them eat better and workout and that is what their weight loss is from not the pills itself.
