I love to workout and I am always trying different things to keep me motivated. A few I have tried are as follows: -Power 90 -Slim in Six -Hip Hop Abs -Windsor Pilates -Core Secrets -Billy Blanks -The firm As you can see I have tried a lot of popular workouts. Turbo Jam by far is the best total body workout I have ever done. The music is awesome and the results are even better. It is the best ab workout and you never get bored of doing it. Holla

I can only say that this is the best workout I have ever done. I am 33 years old and have managed to stay at a decent weight but have excess fat and the famous celulite around my legs and hips. Everytime I try a new workout I get bored after about 2 weeks. I have tried Richard Simmons, Pilates, Taebo, Slim in 6, etc. I purchased turbo jam and have been doing it for over 2 weeks and I can only say WOW, I love it. I just can't wait to get home and do the Cardio Jam program every evening. The music is incredible and that little turbo section in the program is amazing. Energy comes from I don't know where. I would recommend it to anybody that likes to be challenged with a workout. It's amazing and I will stick to it for life if possible. It really feels like you're in a party. Thank you Chalene !!!!

I borrowed these videos from a friend. I am totally glad that I did not purchase them myself. I felt nothing but a stomach ache from the ab moves (the ache was not from my muscles working)!!

Chalene's video is brilliant I would recommend it to anyone who is willing to try something different. Go Chalene Go!!!!!

I was in pretty good shape before buying turbo jam. So, I found it to be pretty boring and definitely not hard enough to make me sweat and feel like I was getting a better workout than getting on the treadmill. Not to mention she was extremely annoying and acted like she was working us so hard but I barely had my heart rate up. I can see that this might be a good workout for the beginner, but I would not recommend this for someone who is in pretty good shape and just looking for something new.

It's my 4th day using Turbo Jam and eating moderatley healthy. I haven't lost any weight yet but I definatley feel the burn without throwing my back out of place. She really gets my abs, sides, and legs feeling the burn and a satisfying soreness the next day. For once I really noticed my lower abs feeling sore without the back pain. It's a fun and interesting workout that I'm thrilled to continue with in hopes of toning this body of mine.

I love it. I am 17 and all my life I've been struggling to lose weight. I started Turbo Jam on July 5, 2007 (after July 4 because of all the eating). And though some of you might not believe me, I saw results the first day. On the third day of using Turbo Jam, my aunt noticed a change in my body although she saw me on July 4. Turbo Jam does work. I am on the 8th day and I feel I have lost inches. So far, I've lost 5lbs. My stomach is flatter. My thighs and butt are tighter. My arms are becoming toned. I love it. I recommend it to anyone.

After using the program for several months, I can understand why there are so many positive reviews regarding Turbo Jam. It is high-energy, easy to follow, and Chalene is very enthusiastic. It is a great product for the new or intermediate exerciser. However, it could be frustrating for advanced exercisers. The choreography, even with the "elite moves," is not enough of a challenge to sustain my attention. I found that after a couple of viewings I could easily use the "music pumped up" option, since I had no need to follow Chalene's instruction. The sculpting/toning session was a disappointment--too much attention seemed to be placed on developing the shoulder area. The other toning exercises that didn't focus on shoulders weren't that interesting either. So, for advanced exercisers--more challenging workouts can be found elsewhere. For everyone else, this might be a good program for you.

I don't get the whole voting on who thinks I am real or fake, I just had to come on this site and share who well this series has helped me. I started WW about 6 weeks ago and have had these DVD's for about a yr. I pulled them out and began using them regularly, (I occasionally use my P90 for strength training). Either way, in 6 weeks I have only lost 7.6 lbs but I have lost 13 3/4 inches all over. I am in clothes I could not wear prior to starting, and today I am in a pair of pants that 8 weeks ago I could not pull up and now they are baggy. I would say that is progress!!! I love most of the work outs, and they keep me motivated. Good luck to you!!!

I was up late one night & saw the Turbo Jam informercial on TV. I started with the 20 minute workout & worked up to the 40 min "Cardio Party" . I've always had problems with my knee's & some of the moves are a bit tough- but there are modifications you can do make them low impact (you watch different people in the video). I use this workout as well as Yoga Booty Ballet & in the last 2-3 months I've lost about 18 pounds and gone down two sizes. The moves in TJ are really intimidating at first, but it gets easier the more times you do the workout. I like the option of turning up the music so I don't have to listen to the same commentary over and over again too! Overall, TJ is a great cardio workout. I highly recommend this workout if you want great results quickly.

I have always been active, workout videos and going to the gym.I loved the turbo jam workout. My knees started to hurt when I was walking or even sitting.Did what I could of my Turbo jam workout. No longer bend down or get back up.I couldnt sleep cause the pain and I couldnt bend knee.I had a bad limp and could hardly walk anymore. Went to the hospital and was diagonosed with petelloformal. This is where a new activity can causes cartilege to wear down quickly. If continued activity the tendons will rip and knee surgery will be needed. I had to go to physio and with follow up the doctor said it was from turbo jam workout.Missed two weeks of work. Knees still hurt and I can little activities anymore. This is just a warning to other people whose knees hurt from the workout.I am not old by the way I am only 22.

UPDATE: This is an update of an update- but I can't say enough great things about turbo jam! Saw TJ on an infomercial last year while I was in the hospital for diabetes- Ordered it- I am now down 98 pounds-went from size 24 to 14 so far-also on weight watchers. It is fun, upbeat and after a year I am not bored. I still have about 55 pounds to lose- but I am getting there and my diabetes, high cholesterol and snoring are all gone. I am 54 and have worked out for the last 24 years. I love this dvd except I have never had knee problems before and now my Dr. told me not to do all the lunges and kicks and twisting involving my knees. I did the diet that comes with the dvd and I really started to see unbelievable results. I was loosing weight and feeling great except for my knees. I continued doing the dvds even when my knees hurt because I wanted to burn calories and I just thought that it was muscular from doing different types of excerise. I wish had been more careful before starting this regime. I really loved it but not what happened to my knees. Be careful not to overdo it. Good Luck.

I've had TJ for a while, but just had it laying around for a while. Well last week I started using it and its loads of fun. I've done about 3 workouts and my body HURTS (in a good way)...I'm gonna keep at it for about a month or two before I expect to see any major results.

I adore TJ! At 22, I felt I had to be at the peak of my health and fitness, not the lowest which I had been struggling with for about two years. So I picked up TJ and at first was like "who the heck is this jumpy blonde lady...?". But the music is so intense it got me really interested. So I took the initial measurements. In two weeks time I finally remeasured myself and I was stunned! I lost an over all 11.5 inches in 15 days. I do TJ every day cause its a great stress reliever. I love how it makes me feel. Most importantly, I'm going to get my optimum health back. Thanks Chalene for making cardio fun again!

This is AMAZING. After 2 kids, I didn't think I'd get back to my 'normal' size. After my 2nd preg July 06, size 4. However, I wanted to TONE UP & not lose weight. At 130 lbs,5'5, I just wanted to tone. After 2 mos of Turbo Jam, I've gone from a 4 to a 0 (don’t weigh myself). My hips went 36 to 33, thighs 21 to 17.5 & waist 26 to 23; I've lost 10+ inches! I've shape to calves, thighs & butt is lifted! I've a 6-pack & dont look like I've had 2 kids! I get compliments & thank Chalene & Turbo Jam. It's hard at first, but the music, the moves are so enticing & keeps you wanting more! 45 min never went so fast! I love it & after 2 months, I don't get bored (of course, I have 7 DVD's so I can change it up anytime). I haven't changed eating habits. It's all about moderation & exercise. I recommend it. Fun, upbeat & addictive! Just do it!

UPDATE: I have been using TJ now for 2 months. There's no difference in my measurements. I see a difference in my body though. Of course in areas I didn't measure! Right now in the rear end and upper rib section. I have to admit though, I did gain 4 lbs but everyone said it was probably muscle mass. I hope so. But since then I've gone back down and have lost 3 lbs from where I started. I'm not giving up..I'll give another update in another month :)

I find the move-sequences have no flow. The pace is so fast, a beginner should be pre-warned of the number of the next move, and the number of reps being done. i found myself giving up in confusion when I first did the vid. On a positive note the mood is quite up tempo. It would be nice if the music on exercise videos is fast paced top ten songs we could sing along to. Then exercise would be a blast of fun!
