I got turbo jam for this past christmas (2006). I had seen a commericial for it on tv and watched long enough to get interested. I thought it would be like all the other ones, that were boring and i would end up never using. Well i have been following the Turbo Jam 10 Day Jump start diet and doing Cardio almost every day along with Turbo Jam 20 Minute Workout / Turbo Ab Jam And i Already lost 5 lbs in a week! It REALLY WORKS. If you stick to it then you will DEFINITLY see results. The moves are not hard and the music is current and upbeat. You never get tired of it. If you want something that actually works- Turbo Jam is for you.

I have gained total 10 kilo during my 2nd pregnancy. I only have to loose 5 kilo after gave birth. I have tried TJ for one month, I do the Cardio Party & Ab Jam everyday but did not loose any lbs. I eat normal, less fat, less salt and no sugar. However, I still like TJ because it is not boring.

I have been useing Turbo Jam for over a year and I love it! I have tried a lot of different exercise programs over the years and this is the only one that I have not gotten bored with. After a year of doing these routines five or six days a week I still love it and continue to get results. I have definition in my abs for the first time in my life.

I caved in and bought Turbo Jam starter kit about 6 months ago.I enjoy it more than any of my other workouts and it's cheaper than a gym membership. I've lost 10lbs and 9 inches over the last 6 months and have toned up my mid-section. At first I was concerned because there isn't a lot of stretching, but now that I've adjusted I feel like I get a great cardio workout. I don't do the weights,I do 10-15 minutes on the yoga ball to lean myself up. I love the standing ab routine. I got bored a little while into the workout but since they state how fun it is all the time during the video I think I'm starting to believe it lol. Some of the "get funky with it free dancing" parts are tacky but I've managed to let loose and actually enjoy it.

i just had to say i bought turbo jam 2 weeks before christmas and was amazed at the buzz you get from the group along with the instructor.ive done it a few times but today i did the 45 min cardio one and i loved it.i cant wait to do again.the moves im hoping will become second nature. as of today tj is being put into my rountine along with the other classes i do at the gym. i just hope i get the results like others do. just one thing i have noticed today is you cant get onto to the website they talk about ([]).its changed to something called million dollar baby and you now have to pay. you would think ppl who buy the dvd's which dont come cheap would get a vip password to try it out. well anyway here's to 2007 and hopefully a stone lighter and a more toned body..

Instructor: The biggest plus for me is that she does the whole work out with you, so when it's burning, she genuinely sighswith relief when you do. Set: The layout is great, so you can always see the easier options-love the timer at the bottom of the screen so you can pace yourself. Music: At first I was disappointed with the music, but when I actually got up and did the video the next day...it was sooo much better. The moves are in time, so I actually feel like I'm at a party. It's strange, but it's true. The music is much better than other workouts music. Moves: They are not that complicated, especially since she adds another move to the sequence bit by bit. The intensity is as high as you want it to be, plus seeing the other people "busting" their own moves made me smile. I would definitely recommend this to others.

UPDATE: I am now on my 6th month of Turbo Jam- down 73 pounds (I have another 70+ to go. I do TJ every day- I may miss a day or 2 a month- depending on my body- When I had lost weight 5 years ago going to the gym 4-5x a week, I was at this weight but a size bigger and did not have the energy I have now- nor had my body transformed as it has now. Chalene and her crew are motivational,the energy is high and it's addicting. I was an insulin dependent diabetic with high cholesterol and high triglycerides. ALL of my labs are now normal. Try Turbo Jam...I was a size 24 when I started- I am now 16-18-and 14 in some clothing.

The Kicking Core dvd really works your mid section. I love how Chalene uses a stability ball in her new workouts.

I started TJ about 3 weeks ago and all I can say is that this is a phenomenal, very addictive, fun, and highly effective workout. I have tried all sorts of workout videos and DVDs including Tae Bo ( no offense...I still love TaeBO) but TK is undoubtedly more addictive. Charlene and her crew make the workouts fun so that the time just flies by. Yes, you have to do the work to get the results but having the two members perform the low impact versions and charlene motivating and cheering you in makes you keep going. The only problem I am having is that I can't seem to get enough of TJ...even on my day off, I really want to work out. Love it!!! Love it!!! Love it!!! TJ is worth it...you must try it.

I have been working out at home for 15 years, so I am always looking for new videos add to my rotation. I LOVE the TJ cardio party DVDs. Cardio Party 2 is my favorite, however 1 and 3 are also great cardio workouts. I get a great sweat along with good ab, arm and leg work. The music is great and the moves are effective. My heart rate gets up there and I feel the burn, especially with the weight gloves. I typically use the weighted gloves and 1 lb leg weights to make the workout more challenging. Chalene can be a bit annoying, but I have gotten used to her. I currently alternate between TJ and the new Firm Transfirmer/Jiggle Free workouts. It's a winning combination.

I have "Turbo Jam", and I have been using it for awhile. Here's what I liked about it: 1) You get fast results, especially through your stomach. 2) You get an effective, calorie-burning workout in about 45 minutes. YOU WILL SWEAT!! 3) I like to dance and I like the music, so this was fun for me. 4) The "Learn and Burn" shows how to do the moves and position the body to do them effectively. However, I do have issues: 1) The exercise is too intense for someone who is an absolute beginner or for someone who is very overweight, even with the "modification". Absolute beginners or very overweight people should start with a less-intense program, like Leslie Sansone or Richard Simmons, to build their fitness level BEFORE trying Turbo Jam. 2) The TJ DVD set featured A LOT OF filler. All due respect, I really don't give a care about watching dancers playing pranks, nor do I care about seeing the infomercial again.

I have been working out at home for the past 5 years, mostly with The Firm and go to the gym about 2 times a week. BUT, my favorite workouts are TJ. I never had so much fun working out. Even though I think of them mostly as my cardio workout (use heavy weights once a week), I still feel I am sculpting my body, particularly when I use the band in Lower Body Sculpt. Her new On the Ball workouts are great too. I love Chalene. When I first saw the info I thought I would hate her, but I truly admire her enthusiasm. She is for real. Oh, I also agree with another poster that it's not a good idea to "shake it up" when you're using weights. I use two sets because when I work my delts I must use very light and I go heavy for my legs.

THE BEST out there by far. Not only do I work out in a gym.... I work for a gym now!(partially thanks to Turbo Jam, the results I saw inspired me to keep going!). I never get tired of this workout, if you follow the plan and mixt the Cardio,Abs & Toning... you'll see results even faster. I lost 10 pound in the first month! Don't let anyone deter you from trying this workout. Those who are downing it are just not doing it and it's sitting in their house collecting dust. This will work for you by far. I even got my lazy hubby up and hour early to do it before work!

I bought the original set of TJ this past summer. I used if for one month and didn't follow a diet. I gave up because of time and didn't believe in myself. I decided to pick up TJ again. I was tired of doing NOTHING. After one month I've lost two inches in my waist, abs are forming, and legs seem thinner. I eat healthy and run a mile a day on top of TJ. TJ is fun! The music is really up-beat and fun to work out to. It takes a little longer to see results with TJ, but I promise it's worth your time. It gets you motivated and it's easier than going to the gym. I've worked out in my PJ's, you don't have a monthly fee to pay, and you still get results! I encourage everyone to try it. Be proud about your body!

I bought Turbo Jam because I loved aerobics, but didn't enjoy 'step' segments that have been a part of workouts for the last 6-7 years. I loved that there was going to be some 'great' music as a part of the tapes. They did a good job interviewing the people involved in the taping - and Chalene and her football husband. I am only 15 lbs overweight, but this tape never motivated me as a person who in the past had quite a bit of exercise in their regular schedule. My advice is if you are similar to me, you skip the video-workouts and just get back to the gym where you did so well in the past! This looks-easy video won't work, and the music is really no reason to buy...yikes. I'm sorry to be a downer too, but the recipes are just average, nothing exciting that they include.

I recently purchased TJ and lost 4 pounds the first week. I've tried many other products and videos, but this is the only one I actually look forward to every day--I actually want to exercise (which NEVER happens with me). My knees have started bothering me after the workout, so I'm keeping to the low impact variations and make it a point to stretch well afterward. I've still got about 100 pounds to lose, but Chalene is so motivating that for once I really feel like I can do it! After almost every workout I like to sit there and watch the extra features videos--I just can't get enough. I'm especially motivated by the girls who have lost 40 or 70 pounds themselves and are now featured in the workouts. Anyone who needs to lose weight or who wants to tone their muscles and reshape their body must try Turbo Jam.

I have been using Turbo Jam DVD's for around six months now and own both the original set (TJ Ab Jam, Cardio Sculpt, Learn & Burn, 20 Min Workout, Cardio Party 1 & 2) and the Maximum Results set (Cardio Party 3, Punch Kick & Jam, Fat Blaster, 3T). These are addictive. They are fun, the music is great and you will get results if you use them regularly. I am currently 4 months pregnant and can still do the workouts (just doing the low impact options). My arms and shoulders are in the best shape of my life and my legs are developing great definition, although this always takes more work and a longer time period. Get these DVD's - you won't be disappointed! I tried some other kickboxing workouts just to see if they would add variety, but once you have worked out with Chalene everything else is just way too boring.

This is a really good workout. In fact, a great workout. Just be careful about the "internet access" option. It is "free" for a couple of months but then $50+ every three months after that. I forgot and there was nothing I could do about it. Cost me more for the Internet charge than the whole video kit.

I purchased Turbo Jam in September and just recently purchased the Maximum Results. While I didn't lose the 10" in 10 days I have been able to lose weight and tone my body and feel great doing it! I love turbo jam. It's upbeat and you should be able to get the hang of the moves within a few tries. Chalene is very motivating. I will feel myself dragging and she'll say something and the next thing I know I'm back in action. I like how she'll bring your heart rate up then slow the moves down a little so you can safely lower it back down. You don't feel like you are dying when it's over you feel great (tired but great)! I highly recommend Turbo Jam but definitely start with the initial videos to learn the moves then add on from there!

ihave been using this product for 10 days. The results are amazing. I have lost about 10 lbs and tons of inches. I cannot believe the cellulite on my arms is almost gone. My butt is firmer and higher. The turbo sculp is amazing and my favourite. You should see my waist it is so much smaller. I am going away on the 30th 19 days away. I am doing sureslim and losing a pound a day. With both of these I am so pleased. I will never excercise without using a weight program again. Because I need results quickly due to my trip so I have been excercising twice a day. Cardio Mix 2 and tourbo scupt. I started at 192 and am now 181. My goal is 150 but will settle for 165 I still look good at that weight. Hope this helped.
