UPDATE: I am updating again- I saw the TJ infomercial last May when I was in the hospital - I was in the hospital due to diabetic ketoacidosis. I bought TJ thinking it would collect dust- Well, I loved it from the first day- so much that I do my TJ every day- occasionally if I feel exhausted I will miss a day- I am now down 83 pounds- no longer need insulin or pills- all of my labs are normal- my glucose and cholesterol are perfect now w/ no meds. TJ is fun, and Chalene is a motivating, caring and excellent instructor.

I'm not one to like exercise. I do it because I know it's good for me, that's about it. I have tried many different programs.Usally I do it for a few months, then move onto the next new fad. I usually do this to keep myself interested. Done Tae Bo, its fun, Pilates..Brutal. I have only been doing TJ for a few days. So far, I think it's a lot of fun, and hard work( but thats a good thing). Hopefully it pays off. I'll keep you updated. My goal is to lose 15 pounds. I plan on acheiving my goal by doing TJ and following a balanced diet. As far as purchasing this program, it's only 30 dollars at [], I paid 60, but even so, that is cheap. Nothing in this world is free, so for the complainers out there, GET Over it!

Just got back to exercising after years off. Gained 40 lbs. in last 4 years. 46 years old. I have a huge collection of workout vids/dvds, have done Tae Bo but don't love it. Wanted something to motivate me so I don't stop after two weeks. I've been doing Turbo Jam for past 3 weeks (since late January 07) I've lost only 6 lbs but can definitely notice inches gone in waist and arms. Friends at work say they notice a difference. I get bored very easily but so far really like these dvd's - enough so that I just bought Punch,Kick & Jam and Cardio Party 3. It's all about not hating the music for me. I decided to believe the hype here and on amazon and am glad I did. I'm looking forward to being in great shape on the beach this summer. Highly recommended!

If you are one who is trying to decide if you should buy this product read on...I debated on purchasing this product for a while because of the price and worried it would be too hard etc. After doing TurboJam for a couple of months now and seeing excellent results I say go for it! Cheers to a new year and a new you for all who need a little motivation. Chalene is such a motivator I find myself just dancing around the house. Best of luck to you all!

Okay so I only tried it once and disliked it, but only because I come from a martial arts background and found all the dancy fluff irritating. More importantly my wife who already had a large collection of workout videos absolutely loves Turbo Jam. And I can't argue with the results either, she went from 180 lbs to 140 lbs over the course of several months. Turbo Jam wasn't the only workout we were getting but I do give it a lot of credit for getting my wife excited about fitness and health. She got so excited about Turbo Jam that she signed up for a Turbo Kick camp in LA. She had a blast at Turbo Kick camp and was even selected to be in the next informercial. She went down and filmed the infomercial but we haven't seen it yet because we don't watch TV except at the gym.

I have been using fitness videos at home for about 10 years now. I have tried Taebo... which I really like, dance workouts, Denise Austin, Kathy Smith, etc. I saw this on t.v. and decided to try it. It is by far my fav! It is fun, and depending on what I put into it, it is intense. When I use it, I lose weight, when I don't, I gain. I like using the 20 minute workout and the abjam on MWF and turbo scupt on TTh. It really works and you'll even have fun doing it. My neighbor loves it too. She has really slimmed down a lot.

Tough and fun workout, but really hard on the knees. I am 54 years old and in fairly good shape due to working out at home 5-6 days a week for the past 3 years, but had to return it because the routine contained too much twisting of the knees for me.

I bought the workout kit in the summer of 2006. It took a while for me to begin using it, but once I began, I enjoyed it. I have been exercising at home for almost 15 years and I am always looking for variety. I get an intense workout and in a short amount of time. During turbo sculpt, if the instructor does something I do not like, like dancing while holding weights, I don't do it, because it is awkward for me. I want to be able to get the most out of the weight training workout. I have and still enjoy Turbo Jam.

My club offered a "turbo-kick" class and I was hooked from the very first class. My membership expired and I had to find an alternative. My instructor told me about turbo jam since she gets her music and moves from the company. I watched the infomercial and decided to buy it. This is the best cardio I have ever done at home. It is a gym quality class and I feel as if I have found a replacement for my class at the club. I haven't lost weight but don't really need to...just maintain. This workout is a blast and keeps me motivated to workout at home which has always been a problem with me. I have had the DVD's since September and still love each time I use them.

Hi! I've been using Turbo Jam for 1 1/2 months now and thus far, I've lost 22 lbs. I was overweight before and trimmed down (a lot) due to anorexia but it was not healthy. I then gained ALL those weight I've lost (86 lbs). Then, I came to find Turbo Jam. Rarely you will see a very motivational exercise video, fit for everyone's fitness level. Just remember, it will help you A LOT if you help yourself first. ^_^

Ok I have Turbo Jam and I love it, recomended it to my sister and she has lost 8lbs in 2 weeks, she does the cardio party everyday, and she does watch what she eats. She is very impressed, wished she had bought it last summer when I told her about it.

I do Turbo Jam 5 days a week. I alternate between the 40 min Cardio Party and the 40 min sculpt. I've been doing it for one month and I've followed the recipes and diet provided with the plan. I weigh 140lbs @ 5'6. I haven't seen ANY changes. Even after the 10 day plan, I didn't lose any weight or inches. I've been following everything they tell you to eat, I've been working really hard at everything and I've seen ZERO results. Turbo Jam sucks. Don't buy it. So not worth the effort. Any idea what I'm doing wrong???!

WOW! I am completely in LOVE with Turbo Jam. I'm 25, an intermediate excersiser, have lost 45 pounds and on goal to lose 45 more by June. I needed something challenging but fun and funky to add to my dvd collection. I have found that in Turbo Jam! The LEARN & BURN is the perfect beginning. You learn her 11 specialized steps. Then you put it together in BURN for a 15 min cardio workout. 20 min workout is AWESOME. It's a nice next step after you've gotten BURN down pat. I combine both BURN and 20 MINUTE as 1 excersise to up the challenge TURBO SCULPT - I was wary of how'd she do with sculpting (gunnar - core secrets fan) but it is awesome! You definitely feel it working! AB - Havent tried yet Cardio Party - Havent tried yet All in all - buy it! You will not regret it. You'll have a great time!

I bought the first TJ package 7 months ago, and have been doing the workouts most days since then. I also love the maximum results TJ package. I have never been in better shape in my life! This is the only workout that I will get up and do at 5:30am, before I go to work. The music is great! All the workouts are fun, motivating, and haven't caused back pain like some other cardio kickboxing workouts I've tried. I also like that the instructor (Chalene Johnson) encourages you to work at your own fitness level. There is always a low impact alternative for every move. The workouts are varied but still use the elite 11 moves, which helps the user develop good technique. I usually get bored with doing the same type of workout routines, but no sign of that with TJ!

i've been doing turbojam for about 2 months now and i'm really surprised at the results. Not only am i losing the fat, but i can see that i'm starting to build muscle. I only do one workout a day and maybe two on a weekend and the results are amazing. Turbo Jam is not only for girls, i'm continuing Turbo Jam, and I love it because i'm continuing to lose weight

I got turbo jam for this past christmas (2006). I had seen a commericial for it on tv and watched long enough to get interested. I thought it would be like all the other ones, that were boring and i would end up never using. Well i have been following the Turbo Jam 10 Day Jump start diet and doing Cardio almost every day along with Turbo Jam 20 Minute Workout / Turbo Ab Jam And i Already lost 5 lbs in a week! It REALLY WORKS. If you stick to it then you will DEFINITLY see results. The moves are not hard and the music is current and upbeat. You never get tired of it. If you want something that actually works- Turbo Jam is for you.

I have gained total 10 kilo during my 2nd pregnancy. I only have to loose 5 kilo after gave birth. I have tried TJ for one month, I do the Cardio Party & Ab Jam everyday but did not loose any lbs. I eat normal, less fat, less salt and no sugar. However, I still like TJ because it is not boring.

I have been useing Turbo Jam for over a year and I love it! I have tried a lot of different exercise programs over the years and this is the only one that I have not gotten bored with. After a year of doing these routines five or six days a week I still love it and continue to get results. I have definition in my abs for the first time in my life.

I caved in and bought Turbo Jam starter kit about 6 months ago.I enjoy it more than any of my other workouts and it's cheaper than a gym membership. I've lost 10lbs and 9 inches over the last 6 months and have toned up my mid-section. At first I was concerned because there isn't a lot of stretching, but now that I've adjusted I feel like I get a great cardio workout. I don't do the weights,I do 10-15 minutes on the yoga ball to lean myself up. I love the standing ab routine. I got bored a little while into the workout but since they state how fun it is all the time during the video I think I'm starting to believe it lol. Some of the "get funky with it free dancing" parts are tacky but I've managed to let loose and actually enjoy it.
