Wow! What can I say! I love this product! Took me a while to actually put the effort to do it at least everyday. It's been 3 months now. I've lost 6 inches of my waste. I was 38" currently am 32". My obliques are more noticeable. My abs are toning up! Love this product! I've lost 28lbs!

OMG!!! I love Turbo Jam! I just got mine in the mail a little more than a week ago and I can't stop doing it. It is sooo.... much fun. I was a cheerleader for 10 yrs and the music in combination with her energy reminds me of those days. I'm 26 yrs old 5'5 and weighed 160. I've already lost 3 lbs in my 1st week and can see a difference in my waist and can tell a difference in how my clothes fit. My goal is to lose another 27lbs and become a turbo jam instructor. I'm on my way and am so excited!!! I would suggest this product to anyone, if your thinking about it... go for it!!!

I am 27 years old, and I weigh 193 lbs. I bought turbo jam about 2 years ago and it took me a while to get motivated enough to try it, but once I did, i loved it! I actually started waking up early every day just to work out. I did it for about 2 months every day and lost 20 pounds! I truly found it addicting! I was definitely eating healthier too, but I didnt deprive myself by any means, and when I knew I would be going somewhere or doing soemthing that might put me in a position to eat more, I just made sure I worked out twice that day. It worked well for me and I never felt like I was over doing it. I just felt really, really good! I had some problems in my life a few months ago, and I regret to say that it did get me completely out of my regimen. Here I am though, back and ready to jam! I know it is the only thing that will help me get the weight off (again) and hopefully this time, I will stick to it and lose even more. I will check back in 1 month. Wish me luck!!!! I have been using Turbo Jam for 30 days now and have had very good results. I have lost 10 pounds and have lost 2 inches on my waist, my hips, and an inch off each leg and arm. The best part of TJ is that not only do you get good results if you stick with it (duh...you get results with any cardio workout that you stick with) it's that it is fun and motivating enough that it keeps you coming back. I have tried to work out and get into shape before, and I have about 50 pounds to get into ideal shape, and TJ is the first program that I have stuck with. I even have members of my family joining me when I work out. I can't wait for the next month to fly by and to post an update. By the way, I would recommend this to anyone and everyone!

I am about 14 years old. I have been overweight for as long as i can remember. One day, I was flipping through channels. This infomercial for TJ came on! I was, literally, entranced by this bubbly woman and her crazy backup dancers. I had my parents buy the Maximum Results package. I set it aside, thinking I'd never use it. Then, a few months later, I was babysitting and ate about a days worth of food. So, I got home and started Turbo Jam. I love it! I'm a natural dancer, so it didn't take me too long to get the steps down. I went from 184 lbs. to my current weight of 145 lbs. I still have a ways to go, being 5 foot 3. I didn't get the whole way with Turbo. I also worked in biking. My favorites are the Cardio Party Mixes #1 & 2. I just purchased the third Cardio Party. It's in the mail!

Well I have been using this product for about 7 weeks and eating healthy. I have lost 2 sizes already and i feel great, I workout an 1hr a day, i'm overweight and i don't stop till i'm done with it. Chalene is great! Keep going don't stop, just think about how you will look and feel at the end!!

I began Turbo Jamming 1 year ago, after the birth of my 4th child. I weighed 179lbs at 5ft tall. Today, 13 months after beginning the workouts, I weigh 117lbs. The results were so fast, I lost 3-4lbs a week for the first several months, then slowed to 2-3lbs a week after that. Currently, I'm losing about 1-2lbs a month (it gets harder to lose the smaller you get. I rotate the cardio with the strength training 6 days a week. Those of you who are not seeing results coudl try stepping-up your intensity during the workouts and journaling your food choices. Also, strength training is a MUST. I started with 3 pound weights and worked my way up to 8lb weights. I love this product --can't speak enough good things about it. I think 63lbs is proof of enough. :)

I ordered Turbo Jam on August 22nd and received it on the 29th. I started the 10 Day Turbo Slim on the 2nd of September and lost 3 pounds and 10 inches overall in the 10 short days. I've used it almost every day (different workouts each day) and am seeing some awesome results! I've already dropped 2 dress sizes in just two short weeks! I'm also following the meal plan. The meal plan is food that normal people actually eat! I have an eliptical machine that I used religiously before TJ and when I go back to it, I now work at a harder level and don't even notice it. TJ has boosted my endurance and strength. It's one heck of a sweat-fest, but it's fun so you don't notice so much. Make sure to have a towel handy when working out! I would recommend TJ to anyone who wants a REAL workout that is also fun. I can't wait for ChaLean Extreme this fall! (Chalene is the creater of Turbo Jam and she's coming out with a 90 extreme program).

I'm a 37 y/o mother of 2 and I've used other workout DVDs, but Turbo Jam is the best one I've ever encountered! I love the music and I love Chalene's spirit! She makes these workouts extremely fun-you're done before you know it! I rotate my workouts to keep from getting bored: day 1: 20-Minute Workout, Turbo Sculpt, 14 minutes of stretch and Ab Jam; day 2: Cardio Party and 14 minutes of stretch. When I started (the weekend after July 4th, 2008) I was 131 Ibs. I'm down to 116 Ibs. One more pound to go!! I love the way I look! I truly believe that making eatting healthy and working out a change for life instead of them being a temporary thing will make you a happier person and you will reach your weight loss goals!

After my friend saw awesome results w/TJ (lost 10+ inches), I purchased it in April '08. I used it (Cardio Party 1)every day for weeks to the point I wore a string bikini this past summer(goodbye MOM Suit). My husband said it has really changed my body. I was already in pretty good shape & have been exercising regularly for the past 4+ years but needed something more. I lost 4lbs and approx. 4 in overall. I am still jammin' and I do mix in some walking/jogging to mix it up a little since I only workout at home. I just ordered TJ Live and can't wait for it to come (I was looking for something around 30min). Chalene's choices of music are awesome and I never get tired of watching or listening to her. I bought Turbo Jam when my 2nd daughter turned 7 mo. old. I wish I had bought it sooner. I lost 5 pounds in 4 weeks and 3 inches off of my hips (currently 145 pounds). I would have probably lost more if my diet was better. It is a sweatfest, but a fun one. The moves are not hard and the modifications are great to follow until cardio endurance is built up. I like it so much that I wake up every morning at 4:30 to do this workout. If you are willing to work hard to lose weight and build cardio strength, buy this!!!

I bought Turbo Jam over a year ago and the first time I tried it I lost 5 pounds. I just started using it again about two weeks ago and have already lost 5 pounds. Its not a miracle, nothing is. Loosing weight is hard work, you will never see results over night. You have to change your eating habits and work out hard to see results. Don't believe everything you read that is negative, I recomend this tape to everyone, it does work if you stick to it and it is fun so you will not get bored. The eating plan they provide is not the best in my opinion, I think eating healthy is the best way to go. If you go on a Diet for two weeks, once you go off it, you will just gain all that weight back. You have to change your eating habbits and learn to eat healthy all the time. You will see results if you stick with it, promise.

I also take some their vitamins they offer and that has also boost my energy and it also help you burn fat better. Four months ago, I never would have guessed that my body could look the way it does now. I've never been overweight, just hippy, but that hippy-ness has caused a lot of unhappy days in front of my closet. I never wanted to show off my stomach or legs but after the 20 min and cardio party I am incredibly confident in my appearance. The work outs are hard but easy to follow and you really do get so caught up in the movements that you hardly realize you're even working out (the sweating lets you know you are though!), and I'm an athletic girl, but they are so much more fun than any sport I've played. I LOVE ab jam, that thing is for real! It doesn't even hurt that bad, (but yes it does hurt a little). I don't mind it though, because at the end of the day, my body is sculpted and incredibly sexy. Chalene is incredible, her workout is incredible. I am so hooked!

I have most of the turbo jam tapes including the get on the ball series. I used to do a variety of workouts but now I only stick to TJ. Everything else seems like such a bore in comparison. My favorite is the get on the ball series. I just love the routines in Kickin' Core. I started out weighing roughly between 245-250 and now I'm done to 205. To NOT be in the 200s would make me the happiest woman in the world. I've only done TJ for 3 months!!! I didn't change my diet and I'm sure if I did I would be done a lot but I can't help it. I'm a pizza and junk food fanatic. I just have to work on that. I just highly recommend this. I truly feel you get faster results with the get on the ball series. I hate free weights but the ball is super fun!

Where do I start? 5 months ago, I was a sluggish 46 year-old with about 35 lbs to lose. I have lost about 25 of those lbs (its slower from me as I am peri-menopausal) and look better than I have in years. My resting heart rate is right around 60 and I can see definition in my abs that I haven't seen even when I was 20 lbs lighter than I am now. I love the music and have always loved to dance, so its fun for me to get up and feel like I'm shakin' it AND losing weight at the same time. my husband can not believe the changes in my body. I find Chalene very motivational and have not tired of her or the routines I have the maximum results package and do most of the vids in these last 5 months. This workout makes me feel strong, powerful, and beautiful. I know I am gushing, but this is the only thing I have ever stuck with for this long and I feel great- wanted to share!

TB is a good start for people who don't want to go to the gym. Workouts are fun - repetitive but fun nevertheless. Beginners - stick with the Learn & Burn and slowly transition to the Cardio Party & 20 min workouts, which take time to master. The gloves are excellent.
