Well I just want to say that I am very veryyy happy with turbo jam. :) I spent my teenage years as the round girl and anyone who has been there knows it isn't always fun...I have lost 5 lbs so far and I have only been using TJ for the past week and 2 days, and I feel GREAT! I know some ladies will know where I am coming from when I say that I feel muscles in my tush. Did u know there were muscles there? I sure didn't. :) I love dancing, and hate exercising...so Turbo Jam is now the solution for me. :) I love tae bo because Billy is the man!!, but TJ isn't as hard on my knees which aren't the best. This is such a fun and awesome workout! I look forward to exercising everyday now. The music is great and Chalene is a great motivator. I've been doing this workout for 6 weeks now and my body is more sculpted and defined. I became easily bored with other videos I have tried - but not Turbo Jam. I purchased all of the Turbo Jam DVDs about two months ago. While all of the work outs guarantee sweat and fun, I have still yet to see any "fat loss." I have noticed great muscle definition due to Turbo Sculpt and Lower Body Jam, but I was highly disappointed with Fat Blaster which promised results. I follow the low calorie diet, and exercise five to six times a week because I am completely addicted to Turbo Jam! While it has only been two months, I will continue to work out faithfully simply because I can't get enough of the DVDs. However, I also use Tae Bo for a bit more intensity. I recommend Turbo Jam to anyone who wants to work out and feel great. While the inches have not decreased (yet), my self-confidence has sky rocketed.

I have been doing TJ for about a month and love it so much!! I ordered the rest of TJ DVD. I have tried several exersice videos but TJ is the best! I love the music and most of all it is so much fun and great work out. Time just flys by. Especially the indicator on DVD shows that how much time you left for each section really helps me to look forward to keep going and complete the work out! I can tell that even though my diet hasn't realy changed, my body has been changing. I got more toned and lost inches. None of this kind of exersice can beat TJ. It is such motivating and effective. Turbo Jam is the BEST!!

I am an exercise video junkie. (Taebo, Core Secrets, Kathy Smith, Tamilee Web...) This is by far the best ever. For other videos, I can only bear 20 minutes 2-3 times a week. With Turbo Jam, I have been doing the full 43 minutes (Cardio Party) everyday. The music is awesome. You feel like you are dancing, not exercising. I look forward to it everyday. However, doing it every day may be tough on your knees. So last couple days, I have done the low impact version. I look really good now. I can't believe I can now can wear sleeveless shirt and Size 4p after having 2 kids. I am ordering Cardio Mix Party #2 and later probably #3.

After working out pretty consistently for about ten years, I lost my motivation. I needed a kick start and I definitely found that with TJ. I have been doing TJ for about 6 weeks now and my husband says my butt is the tightest it's ever been! I love this workout and find myself looking forward to my 5am workouts! Great music - fun moves - and I still feel sore and soaked after each workout!!!

I started with the 10 day program and lost 6 pounds but was glad when the 10 days were up because I was bored with the workouts. Despite Chalene’s claims, the music doesn’t make me forget I'm working out and no matter how many times Chalene insists you are having fun it's still just a workout. Chalene can be annoying, her cueing isn’t the best and I’ve done most of the “Elite 11” moves in other workouts. I did like that I was able to follow the choreography almost immediately and that I did sweat enough to feel I was getting an adequate workout. I also appreciate that I can do these workouts anywhere and don’t need a ton of equipment, making it a good workout to take when I need to travel. TJ won’t be my primary workout but I will keep it in rotation so I don’t feel like I wasted $70.

UPDATE: After 9 weeks of doing Turbo Jam, I have lost a total of 26 pounds, 2 dress sizes and even more gratifying are the amazing changes in the shape of my body. I am now buying sleeveless shirts because I am no longer ashamed to show my upper arms - I even bought a new bathing suit and did not have to immediately cover myself with a towel because I no longer am ashamed of my body! "It's time to party, come on and move your body"......All I have to do is sing these few words and my body starts to dance! I'm a 47yr old woman, mother of four who works part time so that I can also take care of my mom who has Alzheimer’s( and a list of other medical issues.) I get up early to work out that I can have some time for myself. I have found that Turbo Jam makes it easy to want to get up and exercise. I ‘m at the end of my third week with Turbo Jam and find it absolutely enjoyable! I find that I have so much more energy through out the day. I actually look forward to working out! I’d recommend this product to anyone who wants to firm up, lose some weight and get more energy, and most of all….have FUN while you’re doing it!

I did my first turbo jam workout about 6 weeks ago. I have been hooked ever since. I do it in the morning as soon as I wake up and then I rush home after work to do it again. I've lost 10 pounds, and am just amazed how my body has responded. I noticed changes after only 4 workouts. I just bought the rest of the videos so that I can mix things up. I have taught aerobics and personal trained for the last 15 years and in about a month or so I plan to add turbo jam classes to my teaching schedule (I can't wait)! I know the woman in my class will love it too! I tell everyone they should be doing this workout.

I tried this, and while its okay, I've found better. It just seems a bit to cutesy for me, to choreographed or something. It seemed to much like dancing, and I would be embarassed to do those workouts outside where my neighbors could watch. I only lost two inches off my waist in three months [@ 298 lbs.] I gave up on it and tried TaeBo. Lost 6 inches from waist in three months. Felt far stronger, saw better results. TJ's nice, TaeBo's better. Just my opinion, don't shoot me for it. :)

UPDATE: I've been using Turbo Jam to augment my strength training workouts since mid-March of this year, and I can happily say I've lost 3-1/2 inches off my waist. Turbo Jam is remarkably motivating because it's just so much fun! I especially love that while I'm burning fat, I'm also working on my Abs, which are now well-define. The music is fun, upbeat, and oh so motivating! I do the entire workout barefoot on my 4-foot-wide trampoline, eliminating any impact on my knees and joints. I also like how personable Chalene and her crew are to the audience, which helps me feel "connected." I am so lucky I found Turbo Jam. I bought all the tapes but my favorites are the original routines. I am a fan for life! I can't wait to give an update next year! Chalene, thanks again for putting the fun back into working out. I am a true believer in Turbo Jam! I am not a "plant", but a 38-year-old woman who was tired of wearing a size 16. I gained 65 lbs from being on disability for 18 months. I was so depressed because when I went back to work because nothing in my closet fit! One morning, I saw the Turbo Jam infomercial for the 10th time and I finally decided to buy it. I followed Chalene's 10-day workout/eating plan and lost 9 lbs and 10 inches. I admit that I went right into doing the Cardio Party daily and Turbo Sculpt every other day and I think that is why I got such quick results. That might not be the best for everyone, but it worked for me. 2 months into Turbo Jam, I have lost 25 pounds w/o going hungry - that's the truth. I love the workouts and am never bored. I just focus on how great I feel when I'm done.

I have been using this workout for a about a month now. This workout kept me motivated and invigorated every minute. This is the longest that I have ever stuck to a workout regime and there is never a dull moment. I have always been a size 8-10, but last week I bought a size 4 pant. I couldn't believe it! I am just as real as the next person and Turbo Jam DELIVERS as much as Chalene says it will. And that's another thing...Chalene is so goofy and fun that SHE keeps me motivated, because sometimes during the workout, I feel as if I can't keep going. But as she says, your energy is mental. And she is sooooo right about that. I just keep thinking to myself that it is worth it and I just keep pushing myself. So coming from someone who has tried every other workout, this workout is totally worth it. Trust me!

UPDATE: It has been exactly one month since I have been using Turbo Jam and I can truly say now that this is the best at home exercise program! I bought ALL of the DVDs without regret and work out 40 minutes to 2 hours every day because it's so fun. In a month I have lost 5 lbs. and 8 1/4" all over my body and I'm more toned! I love this program because it just makes you feel energized afterwards. I had really bad arthritis in my knees especially when I began but now that my leg muscles are so much stronger, I can deal with the joint pain much better than I had before. TRY it if you haven't. I'm still excited when I'm working out. It's effective and FUN most of all. Plenty of exercise programs are effective if you stay consistent, but none are FUN.

I watched the infomercial for over a year before I decided to take the plunge. I felt like TJ would be a great work out but what really struck me was the genuiness of Chalene. She's real and you can tell that she really believes in her program. Instructors who are so in your face and hyper just leave me cold. The music is great. I don't watch the clock & actually look forward to the workout. As a former fitness instructor, music was key to the classes. This a program doesn't bother my knees. I know how to modify the moves for that problem but Chalene is great about giving modification tips. I don't have a problem with the cost; a gym membership costs much more, especially if you don't go consistently or at all. I highly recommend TJ if you really want to sweat, firm and lose.

I've never enjoyed exercising (treadmills, stationary bikes etc.) but Chalene and her crew make these workouts so enjoyable! Now I actually look forward to waking up in the morning to do Turbo Jam, and believe me, I am NOT a morning person! The moves are fun and the music is really upbeat. I highly recommend Turbo Jam to anyone looking to lose some weight, tone up, or just become healthier in general. The workouts plus the meal plan that comes with the starter kit have really changed my attitude about becoming healthy. Now I workout everyday and I eat a lot healthier and I actually enjoy it! All I can say is that I am totally hooked on Turbo Jam!

The music is good enough, that I don't mind if it's stuck in my head. I sweat like never before. If you don't think it's hard enough, adjust your energy. Too hard?, just do what you can until you can do more. After 3 weeks, boredom is no where in site! All I've done is the Burn, and the 20 min w/o. I've lost 7 lbs., 2" in the waist, and had fun doing it. Look, I'm recovering from a heart attack, and have bad knees from a motorcycle accident, if I can do it, so can you!

The music is actually a bit annoying... but I do enjoy the workouts. I've done 5 and am already seeing results. The 40 minutes goes by quickly and I'm sweating up a storm by the end. I was a bit skeptical but I'm glad I ordered it - by far it's the most fun I've had working out with an at home program. It was too expensive though - expect a LOT of add-ons when you call. It ends up being far more than $60. Overall - very good but not amazing. I'll comment again after a month and hopefully see more results.
