I exercise regularly, and bought Turbo Jam because I wanted to vary my cardio. It looked like it might be both fun and challenging. I began doing the 20- and 40-minute DVDs. As an advanced exerciser, I found everything easy to follow, but too repetetive. The much-hyped "Elite 11" were really just a few variations on the same moves or poses. I sometimes had to work hard, including jumping, to keep the intensity up. Chalene Johnson is a little annoying. The music and the moves are well-coordinated, but I wasn't crazy about the music. I'm not a hip-hop fan. My abs burned while learning the moves, but even after doing the Ab Jam video, I didn't feel my abs the next day. I am a litte bit disappointed with the moves. I would not recommend this to anyone with seriously sensitive knees or who is very overweight and might hurt his or her knees doing this DVD.

I am medically diagnosed as "morbidly obese," but I love Turbo Jam. Yes, I get exhausted and sore, but I still keep doing it. No, the weight hasn't dropped off like I always dream it will, but I do feel better. My attention span is usually about as short as my skill level is low, but I'm learning the moves and it's keeping my attention. I appreciate the low-impact examples in the workouts, too.

Today was my first day of using the Turbo Jam Fitness Program and I have to say I loved it! I completed the Learn and Burn workout along with the 20 minute workout and I couldn't believe how quickly time flew by. I just received this product last night and completed the Learn and Burn CD. The moves are fun and I didn't realize that I was even working up a sweat until I looked in the mirror. I feel a little sore today, but it feels great! I am 40-50 pounds overweight and have not exercised for more than 6 years. This work out has me so excited that I can't wait to get home and do it again! So, from someone who has actually tried this cd, it is absolutely great. Its hard to believe that people who have never even seen the video are putting negative comments on this site. If you want to have fun and feel great, this is the work out to try!

I have been working out for years either in gyms or with videos, but Turbo Jam is at the top of my "Fun" workouts list. The music is great and even when you have other things to do, you just have to hear "Party- move your body" to motivate you! You will move, you will sweat(!), you will punch and kick. Best of all, you will keep coming back for more! That's the true test for a workout video!

When I first got Turbo Jam, I was really excited about it and started right away with Learn&Burn. I felt sore the next day and I LOVED THAT FEELING! Not only did it mean that I was doing the moves correctly, but that I am getting RESULTS! I just finished my third beginer's week and so far I've lost 5 lbs of fat and 2" off my waist. Turbo Jam is really an incredible workout that leaves you wanting more, you'll actually want to skip your rest days just to workout. It's amazing, I'm seeing results and I'm really glad I purchased it. I'll update you in a few weeks time with my results.

This workout is truly the best out of all the other workouts I've tried. I'm the type of person that usually quits after about 2 weeks of trying the workout. Maybe it's just because the videos get boring after awhile. But with Turbo Jam, that's a whole different story. I've actually been doing TJ for about 3 weeks now. Chalene's energy and enthusiasm makes it so much fun and exciting. It's just amazing how fast the time goes by. That's just how great it is. There is only one problem that I see with TJ. You can barely hear the music to really "move/groove to it". But other than that, TJ is all worth it. I truly hope that this review has helped push you closer to trying out Turbo Jam.

Ok, so I got my turbojam about a month ago and have lost 30 pounds in one month. I changed up my diet also and did this workout! I still have 70 pounds to go! I wake up in the morning singing "it's time to party, come on and move your body" - My husband thinks I'm a freak, but seriously, this is the best workout that I've done!!!! I'm going to start this month out with adding running to the workout and hopefully get some really good results!! I love the ab jam one and the cardio is the BOMB!!! TJ ROCKS!!!!

I have to say that like many others I LOVE TURBO JAM!! I have done other BeachBody workouts like Power 90 and Slim in 6 but Turbo Jam is by far my favorite!! I haven't sweat like that from any of the other workouts. It's so fun and Chalene's personality and energy are contagious. If you're bored with your current workout and want something new definitely try Turbo Jam!!

I bought Turbo Jam last month. Used it about three times before I broke my big toe. I was down for the count. Close to four weeks later I'm able to work out a bit more. Tonight was the first time I actually tried the Cardio Party. Even w/a mending toe and not being able to execute the moves 100% I got one major work out. Haven't sweat like that in years due to working out. Its too soon to chart results but I'll be back as soon as I do. The music is great. And just like everyone says its so fun the time flies by. Anyone can do this with a little coordination and determination. (It doesn't have to be perfect, just keep trying). If anyone is on the fence about purchasing this product, you should consider if you're looking for something to spice up your workout regimen.

I truly love Turbo Jam! It's fun, effective, gets me sweating, but yet keeps me coming back for more! The moves take a time or two to get down pat, but Chalene does an excellent job of teaching them in Learn & Burn. After that - it's ALL GOOD! This is the first workout I've used that I actually GENUINELY look forward to doing. I wake up and CANNOT WAIT to do my workout. I'm not going to lie: they say that it is so fun that it doesn't feel like you're working out - OH yes it does! You are still exercising and sweating your bottom off, but the energy of Chalene, her motivation, the music...it all makes it SOO enjoyable. And the results will come. I haven't lost much weight yet, but the inches were coming off in the first week. I highly recommend this to ANYONE.

After seeing several infomercials for Turbo Jam I decided to order the DVDs. On Day 1, I did the "Learn & Burn" CD. I was already feeling it work just learning the 11 elite moves. When the actual workout started and Chalene asks if you're ready to sweat, she means it! I could not believe how much I was sweating! The moves didn't look that intense, but as the old saying goes, "Looks can be deceiving!" I completed my 4th workout yesterday - still doing Learn & Burn until I get the moves down pat. My husband completely shocked me last night by saying he noticed my face and body looking a little thinner! And he does not know I am doing TJ! For the both of us to notice results after only 4 days is astonishing!I took all my pre-TJ measurements & recorded them on the card provided and for once am looking forward to the results after my 10th workout. I am on my first week, 4 days so far, I have lost 2 inches on my waist already! I can see the difference on my abs, getting tighter when I sit down and I can see the definition coming up which is amazing to me! I also do stationary bike for like 40 minutes before I start the videos! The first day I tried the videos, I did all the programs on video 1. Immediate results there, specially with the abs video! Cardio Party I found it to be very hard to follow for first timers but exciting at the same time! My body was completely sore afterwards, I am still sore but no pain, no gain right?

I love the Turbo Jam workouts! The music is fun and motivating, along with the moves combining kickboxing with dance and Tae Kwondo moves. I first learned about Turbo Jam while reading workout DVD reviews online. I was searching for a workout that would be fun and keep me motivated. After reading one review that mentioned getting a great ab workout while doing the routine standing up without ever hitting the ground, I got really excited because I really hate sit ups. I have been consistently working out to Turbo Jam for 8 consecutive weeks and I've lost 2-1/2 inches off my waist. And because the workouts are so fun and the music is so inspiring, I am a Turbo Jammer for life! This is truly a refreshing and motivational workout! As you can tell I love this product. I am obsessed with health but I get bored very easy. I was doing step aerobics for about two months and it was great but I was doing the same thing all the time. That's where Turbo Jam comes in. The variety of routines makes it hard to get bored. I AM NOT a morning person but when my alarm goes off at six A.M. I am up and out of the bed and doing my turbo jam. I just started 4 days ago and have stuck with the learn and burn dvd and plan to really kick it into high gear next week. I would recommend this to anyone who is serious about getting fit and who wants a change. I'M HOOKED!!!
