This is an amazing product. I got out of college cheerleading a little over a year ago and decided that I needed to begin working out again. I tried Yoga Booty Ballet but it wasn't the same as Turbo Jam. I love it, it is fun, upbeat and time goes by extremely fast & not to mention you feel great in the end. I have lost 8 pounds in 6 days and feel great! I would suggest this product to anyone.

I've tried many infomercial workouts and this is by far the best. I love the 20 minute Turbo Jam workout and the music on the Turbo Sculpt is great. I bought this workout about six weeks ago and for a 48 year old, it's gotten me back into shape. My daughter had been after me to try her Turbo Kickboxing class at her gym, which I was reluctant to do as I didn't want to embarass myself or her, after doing Turbo Jam for six weeks, I went to her class last weekend and I kept up with the class for the full hour. My daughter was very impressed with my endurance, all thanks to Turbo Jam! UPDATE: well i'm done with my second week which I started with the advanced schedule and I love it I only lost 1" off my waist and a total of 3 lbs. but let me tell you I didn't diet at all this was just by doing the TJ as directed well actually not becuase one day out of the week I did it twice and i did it today too which is sunday (day off) I just love this program so much that I had to do it. I actually wake up looking forward to doing the videos I just love them so much. I'll keep u updated....

I started with Turbo Jam a week a go. I haven't lose not a single pound nor an inch but come on It's only been a week. So Far this is the best program I've ever done, It's fun and time goes fast so quickly by the time u remember you're all done with the video. I've done a lot of videos and none of them worked for me the Power 90 is just crazy and the guy is so annoying, the only program that really worked for me was the firm but it really hurt one of my knees with it. This one is just different I started with the beginner schedule and I was supposed to be off friday, saturday and sunday but I just loved it so much that I did the 20 min workout on firday and sunday. I'm sure I'll see results with time. This program is the best...

I have been doing Turbo Jam for a little over a month now and WOW!!!! Before Turbo Jam, I worked out in the evenings because I just wasn't enthusiastic about exercising in the mornings. Now....I wake up singing and excited about starting my Turbo Jam workout. It is so motivational and it produces real results if you stick with it!

This is the best home workout I have ever done. The music is great and Charlene keeps you going. It almost doesn't feel like you're working out. It takes a few times for you to get the hang of things, but after that it's easy. Turbo Jam works muscles you didn't even know you have. It's amazing the amount of calories you burn with this program. But most of all it's a lot of fun. I would recommend it to everyone. Give it a try, you'll love it! Good luck! :}

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE CHARLENE! Being in my early 20s I think she is the bomb. I'm not big on techno music but it's alright I guess. I have to admit I am a BAD BAD BAD EATER! I think if I ate better I would probably lose more. I've been doing this about 2 weeks, loving it, and I can already see some definition. I feel a little tighter. My shoulders have so much definition because of all the punches. I haven't gotten into the other tapes but what I usually do is the 20 minute workout then I do the first half of the ab jam everyday. I take breaks on sat and sun. I definitely recommend this.Even with my bad eating and chocolate binging I am seeing results. All you need is just to do the 20 minute work out everyday with weekends off. It is worth it but beach body customer care is just awful!

I love this work out--- Out of all the pills, machines and videos Ive bought over the years. This actually works for me. I have had what seems like ADD when it comes to exercise, I’m into it for the first few days or so and then its just junk that piles up in my house. I finally bought it a month or so ago and I have used it most everyday. I have to make myself take a day off to rest. I work out 6 days a week. And if you had told me that I would be working out 6 days a week doing 40 minute cardio exercise, because I want to, I would have laughed in you face. Turbo Jam Is great . It really works for me, that “turbo Tuck” gets definition showing up quickly to your abs. Its Wonderful

I absolutely LOVE this workout! I have Osteoarthritis in BOTH of my knees and found this NOT so bothersome on my knees that's a blessing. I love watching Anna Rita do the moves because it's easy for me to follow her BUT it's VERY tough workout lol. Chalene dosen't have you doing some crazy Power yoga or doing some crazy moves or steps. It's just pure and plain cardio fun. It will get your heart rate up and get you to sweat! You will enjoy her workout as well as .

I saw an infomercial for Turbo Jam a few months ago. I really wanted to try it, but wanted to save up some money. In the meantime, I did the Billy Blanks Bootcamp for about 3 months. I could definitely see definition in my arms, but I wanted to see results in my stomach, hips and waist. I finally ordered Turbo Jam and got several DVD's. The day I received it, I worked out immediately. I am pretty fit, so I didn't know what to expect. Although I still eat pretty bad at times, I can DEFINITELY see a difference, and I only have done these workouts for 2 weeks. I recommend this product to anyone who wants their workout to fly by. Most of the time, I do two workouts a night, even though I know one will do the trick. I just like it that much, I guess!!

I did the 10 day program and didn't see the 10 results, but do see some positive results. CardioParty 2 is much better than 1 in my opinion. I like this program so much, I do it nearly every day.

I love Turbo Jam! I admit that I was one of those people that didn't think I'd be into this because I really don't like to dance. I never have. But once I started doing the moves, wow! Unbelievable how hard my abs are now! I work out almost every day and still find her workouts to be challenging, but definitely motivating and fun. I've always had problems with my mid-section and I think this might finally get me my results. I've been using TJ now for about two and a half weeks. LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT!

From the first moment that I started Turbo Jam I loved it! As a past Tae Bo fanatic I have to say that these two workouts are completely different. I like Chalene because she doesn't stop to walk around the room to see if everyone has the "proper" form. I think many instructors do this to take a break. I love Chalene's enthusiasm and her jokes. The music and the moves make it feel like you are dancing and not working out. I just recently had my second child and have seen tremendous result (16 pounds lost). I have recommended this product to my friends.

If you're trying to decide whether you should buy this, bear in mind that any review posted by someone who "heard about" this product is probably not accurate. I have tried it and really, really like it. I feel the work I've done in my abs, arms, shoulders, back and legs. I worked hard and can feel/see payoff...and it was high-energy and fun. I would say chose an instructor with energy over one who treats you like an army recruit or worse, an instructor WITHOUT energy. And hey, if you don't like it, that's what return policies are for. But you won't know until you try (and I'll bet most of you will like it).

I actually really like this workout video, and the main reason is because I feel motivated to do it. I've tried other videos, and by the last fifteen minutes I am counting down the time until its over. The music is alright, not my favorite but not bad. The instructor isn't too annoying, except when she tries to pretend like she is a "gangsta". I would recommend it because it is motivating and fun. I feel like I over-paid though.

I've tried 'em all and this is the best by far. If you're a fan of intense cardio work, like the original Tae Bo, but were bored with the music or the seriousness of it all, this is your workout. Firm Believers you will be a Jammer in no time. I must admit I used to bash Turbo when people described it to me and pretended to have tried it. I'm eating my crow. I read that you had to actually try it and that person was right. The instructor is soooo fun and the music is so good you'll find yourself singing the songs all day. Here's the most unbelievable part..you'll actually look forward to working out.

I don't think the workout is that difficult but it is very motivating!! I do feel my abs working. I ordered the new Turbo Jam three. I hope is a more challenging! I just want to say that I absolutely love this workout. Its energizing and I followed it along fairly well after only one time of doing it. I recommend watching it before you actually get up and do the workout! You will be able to get up and get moving the next time you put it in and start burning calories.
