UPDATE: I have never wrote any type of reviews for any other fitness product. However, I felt compelled to share my personal enthusiasm because of some of the negative review that I have read on this site. I can’t believe that BB is being accused of falsely supplying multiple reviews about this product. They have a wide fan base of Turbo Jam from real customers, so why would they have to? I have found that not only are her DVD's addictive, but so are the words that she uses to explain how great Turbo Jam is. I'm ordering more workouts as soon as I'm done typing this as a matter of fact. So am I happy with Turbo Jam results and effectiveness? Phenomenally Yes!!!

Once I received them, WOW what a Dream:) I never thought I would look forward to exercising like I do with these work outs. I have a lot of weight to loose, about 80lbs. to reach my goal of 130lbs. I'm 5'5 and am already down 15 lbs. in one month from eating healthy choices and doing the Turbo Jam DVD's 5-6 days/wk. They are so addictive that on the days that I need to let my muscles rebuild, I have to fight my desires to do one. I have hade multiple knee surgeries &a herniated disc in my lower back & I do Turbo Jam easily, plus I have so much Fun! She has 2 ladies do every move in a low impact style the whole time to cater to all needs. The music is outstanding and the whole cast is energetic. It feels great to know I have spent my $ well! To be Continued:)

Wow! I tried everything : taebo, aerobics, jogging, name it! But Turbo Jam training is amazing. I'm in the 9th day of the kick start 10 days program and I can already see and feel the results. I lost 3 pounds, look already leaner and I'm never tired. I'm not hurt anywhere and I don't feel hungry even if I follow the high-protein diet. This works!!!

I'm extremely critical of most things, I thought TJ would be a disappointment like so many others, but I was wrong. You can do most workout programs, walk, run, use an elliptical machine or whatever - if you remain consistent you will see weight loss. The key is remaining consistent. TJ makes me want to do my other workout programs. I know it's strange, but it's true. Don't get me wrong TJ is off the hook - the exercises are sound and she is an awesome instructor in my estimation. But the most appealing part TJ is that Chalene makes me want to come back for more. The FIRM, Taebo or any other workout video has NEVER made me want to come back for more. They are good and I get a good workout when I'm done, but I return to the workout with a level of dread.

Make sure you are well aware of the return policy on this product. There have been reviews of Turbo Jam almost every single day which strikes me as suspect. I was considering purchasing the product but when I see shameless endorsement at this level, with each reviewer saying basically the same thing, I become a skeptic. The only thing that can be said is that if you are working out at a fast speed for 45 minutes a day you will burn calories. Is it really going to help anyone get off their butts when they are sick of the same workouts day after day? I doubt it. It all gets boring after a while. If the reviews are by actual users of the product, give it some time and the novelty will wear off.

I love the turbo jam.. it's great, and I can already see results in the 1st week. It's very motivating. It's actually a program i know I can stick to, and it won't get boring like most things I have tried. Love it.. worth every penny!

Hello everyone! I love reading these reviews everyday and seeing that there are so many people that love this product. I have been doing the workout for a few months now, however I've been doing it consistently ( 4-6 times a week) since January. I have seen such great results in my arms and abs! A friend of mine loaned me the Slim in 6 workouts and I couldn't get through them- I'm so used to TJ and the upbeat music in the workouts, that I honestly can say that no other workout compares to it! I find other workouts boring and repetitive. Its intersting to see that a few people don't like the workouts; but to each their own. I highly recommend this workout to anyone!

An OK intermediate workout, but personally I found these workouts annoying more than anything else. I definately got suckered in by the hype. I bet a lot of these reviews are planted. Mine got sent back to Beachbody

I recieved my Turbo Jam on Tuesday and have done it the last 2 nights and I love this workout. I have been doing Tae Bo/Bootcamp for almost a year 6days a week and Turbo Jam compliments it perfectly. I love it. Believe it or not I skipped the intro stuff and went right to the 45cardio party. I have done both the 45 and the Ab Jam both nights. You will love ab jam.....I am sore... This is one of those workouts that you can do back to back and forget you are working out...lol. I plan on doing the 45 2x tonight followed by Ab Jam. I am going to get the upgrade packages too. I am hooked.........This is an awesome workout!

Well, let me tell you. I love Turbo Jam because it's fun, motivating, and challenging. I'm a 5'9 300lb woman who lost over 2 inches in my waist the first 6 days! And if I can do these tapes almost anyone can. I can't say enough about these workouts, there is variety, encouraging mental reminders, great music, and Charlene's attitude is awesome! Did I mention I lost 9.5lbs the first week! Turbo Jam has become the medicine I take every morning for my depression, more energy, disciplined eating and positive attitude. If I miss a day everyone knows! It's the BEST work out ever, it's fun, motivating and gives you results, and never boring. What more could you ask for? You've tried the rest now try the best! Peace, Love and TURBO JAM your way to a happier healthier life. Moniesa from Washington

First of all I HATE to workout and get extremely bored fast with workout videos, yes even with The Firm and Taebo. But MY GOD Turbo Jam is of the hook!!!! It truly is an amazing workout, really fun to do and boy its a workout. Trust me don't waste money on anything else. Put your money in TURBO JAM!!! You will not regret it.

I have been working out since the "20 Minute Workout" days, lol. I have a bookshelf of different workouts...kickboxing, Pilates, the Firm, Donna Richardson, etc. While all of these workouts are great and effective, Chalene's Turbo Jam is the BEST workout I have ever done!!! Her enthusiasm is infectious. Some may call her goofy, but she is just having fun while doing what she loves. Besides...look at her body! Look at her crew! I'm doing the 10-day Turbo-Slim and working out everyday...sometimes 2X per day because I can't get enough and feel great. I think no matter what size you are (again, look at her crew) if you give this workout a chance, you'll not only fall in love, but see awesome results!!!

Well, like so many of the other posters I have a bunch of workout videos, but Turbo Jam is by far the best. I have many FIRM tapes and Taebo videos. I will still use these products because I don't like wasting money, but Turbo Jam is the only one that I cannot wait to do. I've NEVER felt this way about a workout program. The music, Charlene's motivation and enthusiasm, the mixed races (this one is really important), I've never seen an African American woman in the FIRM videos I've purchased. The beautiful and more full-figure lady in the video. She is fit just like her thinner workout partners. Being healthy is the key, not just being thin. I cannot wait to order more TJ videos and wished there was a live class being offered in my area.

After trying this workout for a few days, I must warn people that this is not for those who struggle with low back pain. Like Tae Bo, you must be in fairly good shape to maintain good body mechanics when doing the kicks to the rear and the hip thrusting. This type of work out is okay if you already have a good core foundation, but if you have flabby abs, this may not be the program to start with. She works the abs, but until the strength is there, the possibility of spinal damage is very real. Buy a ball, which supports the lower spine, and start gently.

Somebody said they're about as lazy as they come but they haven't met me. When it comes to exercise, I just dread it and won't do it. Until Turbo Jam that is. I can't believe I actually get up in the morning and throw on my workout clothes without even thinking. Since I'm working on my consistency, I just do the 20 minute workout everyday (almost). I'm starting my fourth week and I've stuck with it. A first for me. I don't care that the music isn't screaming loud because personally, I need to hear the instructor for direction. If you're one that has a hard time sticking to anything to get any real results, just give this one a try and do like me and just do the 20-minute everyday until exercise becomes a habit and then move up to the other workouts in the program. Also even just doing the short one, I've been noticing my pants are getting looser. You still work up a good sweat.

I absolutely love it! It is fun, it is entertaining, it is motivating! There are 5 different work outs, so you can choose any of these for your daily mood. Chalene and her girls are amazing! You look at them and you want to be like them SO much! Music is wonderful! All moves are hot! After working out the level of endorphins in the blood so high that I want to cry because I am so happy! After every exercise I am already looking forward to another one. And, girls, it is working! Yes! Yes! Yes!

Out of all the workouts I have tried, this is absolutely the most fun. I use Turbo Jam to break up the monotony of The Firm and Core Secrets. Ab Jam is wonderful! It really works the core muscles and I like the fact that it includes standing ab exercises and floor exercises. I totally disagree with the comment that it is a Tae Bo copycat. I have always found Billy Blanks annoying with his pleading and begging the viewer throughout the workout. I have his Bootcamp and it still does not compare to Turbo Jam because it is not at all this fun! Anyone would benefit from using Turbo Jam, even if they dread exercising.

1000x better than Tae Bo! Chalene wasn't lying when she said it's so much fun that you forget that you are exercising. The music is great and really makes you want to keep moving. I like that the cast is all shapes, sizes and colors and they look healthy and "real". They aren't the emaciated robots that are featured in another popular home workout. Buy it! You won't regret it. Shake and Shed!

I've been using Turbo Jam for 1 month now, and I can't get enough! I've been exercising faithfully for almost 10 years, and I've used all kinds of equipment and fitness videos. This is definately one of my favorites. However, I do enjoy dancing and aerobic classes. If you prefer strictly cardio equipment like treadmills, elipticals, etc. you might not enjoy this workout, as the moves change rapidly. My advice is to use common sense when considering this workout program-if you love aerobic classes and are looking for some challenge, you'll probably love this. If you feel you are "uncoordinated" and prefer single-movement cardio (treadmills and such) this may not be what you want.
