i have tried a lot of different excercises but this is the only one that i thought was both fun AND challenging. i used to take kickboxing classes and do Taebo, which i loved b/c it gets out your agression & stress. but it defintiely feels like you are working out which after a while, can be a bummer and i lost interest. i've been dancing my whole life (jazz, modern, cheerleading) and i love to get my groove on. chalene found a perfect way to make a worth-while work-out really fun, and by worth-while, i mean you WILL feel this the next day. your whole core will say "i've been worked to death!" but in a good way! she has a great personality, positive, but not annoying. i highly recommend this to EVERYONE!it's the only thing i have been able to stick with b/c it is addictive!

After my first pregnancy I could not lose any weight no matter what I tried...extreme workouts, starvation diets, etc. About 10 months after my son was born I learned about TJ and decided to order it. Within a few months I had lost the 20 pounds I was unable to lose and was back at my pre-pregnancy weight. Well, I'm pregnant again and can't wait to start my TJ routine again after my next child is born. I'm forever grateful!

I'm in my third week of TJ. After trying Maximum Results, I ordered ALL of the TJ workouts from BB. They are the best and most fun workouts I have ever done, and I have tried a lot. I am seeing my abs get really toned for the first time in my life. At 52 I have more energy and look better than in my 20s. GREAT!!!

I got turbo jam over a year ago and love it! No other video that I have compares to the high energy and fabulous music that Chalene has! I was able to lose 15 lbs after my first pregnancy with turbo jam. I almost got done to my prepregnancy weight but....here I am again...pregnant with baby 2. But I will definetly not stop jamming. I started Turbo Slim 9 days ago and tommaros my last day. I see a little bit of sculpting but not alot. I like working out w/ TJ and I LOVE the food but the squats on cardio party is to fast and I can never catch up. I didnt get huge results from the workout but the eating plan really tought me alot about what foods to choose at Kroger and to eat small porportions. I'm already small in size so mabyee thats why it didnt work + I'm under 14 years old so that could be also why it didn't work.

I have been accustomed to high impact workouts (eg. Cathe step) but had suffered an ankle injury which made those exercises unsuitable. I decided to try turbo jam after glimpsing the infomercial. I have to say I enjoy it thoroughly. The moves were easy to catch and were FUN!!!! The music was so catchy that my sisters started to use the dvds too. It began to get easy. Then I started to use the weighted hand gloves and trust me, that took the workouts to an all new level. I love it now. I'm planning to buy a couple other tj workouts. Although I've recoverd from my injury I'm so hooked on tj, that i haven't done any step for 2 months now. My thighs are toned, arms have definition (with gloves) and waist getting smaller. I love it.

I have had turbo jam for almost a year now, just staring at it. However, I am a recovering addict and I have 50lbs to prove it. Ask any recovering addict and they'll tell you getting up the motivation to take off the recovery weight it very tough. I finally popped in a turbo jam DVD being that it's 3 months to my wedding about three weeks ago. I have already lost 12lbs!! Chalene's cute and energetic personality really motivates me! And when they say you forget you're working out, it is so true. I started slow with the 20 minute Jam to get up my endurance and moved on to the Cardio Party mix and it is just so much fun. Before I know it, I'm sweating and jumping around. Let's be honest, when I saw that 40 minute clock my heart dropped. I thought, I cannot do this, but the time went so fast, because I was just having so much fun! The only thing I would say is that when you first start, you have to get used to the moves, so you may be standing there watching, but the moves are easy to get used to and it's like second nature. Thank you Chalene! I no longer need drugs to feel good about myself!!!!

Turbo Jam is just a copycat of Taebo.. I know it, Chalene knows it and I'm sure everyone that has tried this product knows it as well. I did not lose any weight and the music was horrible. I did Turbo Jam for 2 months with no progress. After that I switched back to Taebo and for the past two week I have lost 5 inches on my body and 9 pounds. I am so excited that I went back to old faithful (Taebo) and I will never switch again. LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, IF YOU WANT REAL RESULTS GO BACK TO THE ORIGINAL AND LEAVE THE COPYCATS ALONE...

I bought TJ a couple of months ago and have fallen in love. Since then I have bought all of her DVD's! I have always been athletic but this workout makes me sweat! I recently got a calorie and heart monitor watch that I use to workout, and in an hour, I usually burn between 700-1000 calories...that is insane!!! I would reccomend this workout to anyone interested in a challenge and getting into great shape..thanks Chalene!

I have to say TJ has been a great experience over the last two weeks. Having just recieved and initiatied the routines I feel great. I did have some frustration getting up to speed with the rhythm and choreography, but that seemed to disappear in just a couple of workout sessions. I really looked forward to trying all of the different sessions the DVD had to offer. Already I have had extended workouts and the days when I didnt feel I had the time or the desire to workout. That's when the simple 20 minute Burn comes in. I am 36, 5'11 and 170lbs, and in decent shape. These routines make you perspire!! I have developed a stronger, more toned core quickly. Good Stuff....

I started doing Turbo Jam Cardio Party a month ago. At first, it can be a little difficult to follow because it's rather fast. But after a few sessions, i was able to follow the moves. I have knee problems so I follow the low- impact participants when the moves aggravate my knees. I also suggest that you use your own discretion and listen to your body - do the moves a little slower for better form to avoid injury. Overall, I think if used on a consistent basis, it can be an effective workout. And a good fat burner when combined with toning exercises.

I started Turbo Slim this Mon. (today is Thurs.) The Turbo Slim program promises you'll lose 10 lbs. and 10" in 10 days. I do TJ Cardio Party every morning and either Ab Jam or 20 min. work-out in the afternoon. I couldn't help it, but I weighed myself this morning and I have already lost 7 lbs! And that's in 3 days! I've followed my doctor's recommended diet, and I am thrilled! I wonder how much I'll lose by the time 10 days goes by!! The work outs are energizing and I don't ever feel like I don't want to work out. Plus, 40 min. goes by quickly, you are on your way for the rest of the day before you know it! Thank you Chalene!!

I have bought all the Turbo Jam DVD's. I workout 4 to 6 times a week. When I began, I weighted 143 pounds and 4 months later, I weight 116! I'm 5'2. My legs and arms are thin and my stomach is flat. I have never felt so fit in my life!!!!!! I look better then when I was in high school. I have improved my eating (portion control) and I drink water all day. Try it, stick to it and you will see results fast!

I am an avid runner and have been running for 6 yrs. now. I decided to do more sculpting exercises due to my knees. I bought turbo jam and it is AWESOME!!!! I love turbo sculpt. I thought I was in great shape but after doing the 40 min. turbo sculpt I was really sore. I combine cardio and turbo sculpt one night and the next night combine cardio and ab jam. My knees feel better and I feel great.I also use weights one the videos which also makes it harder and more challenging. I am just hoping to have a 6 pack by summer. I'm sure it won't take long.

UPDATE: I ordered Turbo Jam in May of 2006 and am down 123 pounds, with the help also of weight watchers. TJ is so much fun and I believe saved my life. Please give Chalene Johnson and TJ a chance- it is fun- she is fun- the energy and music are great. I got rid of diabetes and high cholesterol, sleep apnea with this weight loss.

I am on my second week of Turbo Jammin' and I love it!! Chalene is great and so is her team! I burn just over 700 calories during the Cardio Party workout!! I look forward to my workouts and the time flies by! I am not very coordinated but found the moves easy to follow. I love the music and the freestyle dance moves you get to add in! The energy is great. I recommend this to anyone who just likes to have fun when the workout!!! Jam it out!
