I "ve had this belt for about a month, initially when I didnt see any result I read over the manual to make sure I was doing it right, I mean how hard could it be I spent 45 min watching the infomercial before I decided to purchase it, I didn't sweat nor did I feel any different. It did leave my skin a little red, but that went away after a few days. It may work for some but it Certainly has not worked for me. This product is a waste of time and money. Save yourself the heartache. I'm sorry folks.I was real excited about it too.

I've been using the Sauna Belt for 1 week now and just love it. For those of you who said that it burned you, all you have to do is lower the heat. The first time I tried it, I had it on high and it did burn me, but after lowering the heat, it works great. I wear for 1 hour while walking on the tread mill and it makes me sweat like never before. I definately recommend using it with exercise.

What a crock of feces the infomercial is. No way will this thing ever make you sweat like the actors did. It gets hot on the outside, if you wear it loose like they say you don't even feel the heat. If you wear it tight you get burned. The only time it made me sweat was when it was turned off and I wore it in my sleep.

I bought this product 4 days a go, and have been using it repeatedly, targetting each problematic area twice a day, and I see the inches coming off. There is sweat, and I have lost at least 4 inches in my hips. Mind you I have a lot more to lose. My sister, who bought it 2 days before me, has found that it is sculpting her body. She is also very pleased with the product. TIP: Try eating spicy food, and then using it. You tend to sweat more.

At first tried it and only had slight sweating. I always use serran wrap when I run to work up an extra sweat so I decided to try it with this product and it had me sweating bullets. Next I'm gonna try it with the sauna suit as well to see if it generates enought heat to warm up my whole upper body. Great for women after all we retain alot more water weight than men. I currently have a 35" waistline and will post another review in 2 weeks to see how much progress I've made if any!!

I just purchased the sauna belt for only $13.00, and I love it. It really gets me sweating around my midsection. It has never burned me. This is just my second time using it, but i already have noticed that my pants are fitting a lot less sung. I measured myself the first time I used it and I am going to wait to measure again after a weeks use. I will keep you posted to let you know my progress.

I purchased this product about a month ago to use in lieu of a heating pad for a bad back. It works very well in that capacity. As for toning the abs, well...it takes some work, folks. Sitting around and letting it burn you won't help. After using it for a week, I decided to wear it while working out on my ski machine and during my ab routine. So far, I've lost noticeable inches, more noticeable than my previous routine of walking 5 miles a day. Don't expect miracles, folks. Watch what you eat, exercise, and just use this belt for some extra sweating.

This was the worst investment I have ever made. I didn't sweat very much at all and you can't do anyhting while wearing it except stand or lay down. And if you have stretch marks just forget it cause it'll just make them itch and burn. I don't recommend this product to anybody.

This product is bad. DO NOT BUY!!! All I got out of this was a burned stomach and no sweat. It does not do what it claims it does. It should be looked into and removed off the market. Very disappointed

I followed directions and yes it does work up a good sweat. I can't speak for anyone else but it works for me. I'm very pleased thus far.

The first time I used the belt, I guess I put it on too tightly beause I did noy sweat, only a little. But the next times I made sure it was a little looser and I got more of a result. All it pretty much does is heat, but my stomach and thighs feel smoother and I lost 3/4th an inch in the first 50 minutes. It works a lot better when I use it with serran wrap. It is not worth $80, but I got it [] and paid about $20, so I think if you can find it [] or for less than $30, give it a shot and make sure you follow the instructions.

I was very disappointed with the product. It is nothing more than a regular heating pad. I did not sweat even at mamimum. I returned mine.

The sauna belt by Velform works nicely! I don't sweat as much as those "actors" on the commercial, but my stomach is wet enough! People who complain that it doesn't work aren't using it properly. You have to follow instructions. Also, what seems to be a difference maker is this: THE HEATING PART DOES NOT TOUCH (OR BARELY DOES) MY SKIN!!! My skin does NOT burn. I didn't check before and after whether I lost an inch or not, but for sure I did sweat.

I ordered this product from another website that offered it at a lower price than the infomercial. I tried it twice. I'm already at a 28 inch waist, so I really didnt see a difference in inches after my usage. I didnt sweat, especially at the rate that the infomercial showed, but some have a good point, maybe the direct heat dried the sweat up. I do drink a lot of fluids everyday....I left it at the highest setting, the 2 coils on the hip area did burn me(itchy & blistered), but the ab area didnt feel as hot...This is like a heating pad...but I'll try some suggestions of the ab workout after using the beltif you're thinking about paying full price for this thing, DONT! And if you already did, I suggest we do all come up witha class action lawsuit... good luck people...

This is a terrible product and nothing more than a heating pad. I didn't sweat at all. I did get burned however. I had the setting on the lowest setting and still it was as hot as the highest setting! What they don't tell you is that you have to use the belt standing. It says in the manual not to sit or lay down. The cord is short, you can't move anywhere and have to stay in this spot for 50 minutes to get burned? I don't think so! I could have gotten the same results from my heating pad with was a fraction of the price. Can you say refund?

This product is not as bad as some of the other reviews on this site make it out to be! Yes, it can burn you if you do not turn down the heat when you feel it getting hot enough to burn your skin. If you read the directions and the warnings you should be fine. I didn't loose inches like the infomercial showed the first time but i didn't get burnt either.
