i just purchased the videos about 2 weeks and i love them. i am 25 years old with 2 children and i also suffer from high blood pressure and migraines. since i have started this program i have noticed not only does my body feel better but my migraines have been very mild almost gone. i love it i started at 1 mile and did it for about a week and then moved to 2 mile. my next challenge is 3 miles. i can't wait to get the workout for the abs. i strongly suggest that if you are interested in buying this program that you at least give it a chance. try it once and you will be addicted.

I bought the 1 mile video after a co-worker told me how great it was & quick. I was doing it every day for the first week & then went to every other day when I noticed that my knees were hurting me all day longer. I stopped the video & have not had problems with my knees since. The concept is great thou even if we do need some more up beat music to walk to.

I purchase the Walk a away the pounds three tape set with the 2lb water weights. I wish I had just bought the 3 miles only. This is a awesome workout. Since I've been exercising for a while now I went for the 3 miles tape first. The instructor is really, really good. She shows you the steps in the beginning and does a great job of letting you know when she is going to change steps. I like how she has one person doing a modify version and when she starts using the weights half way through two ladies stop using the weights so that they can last to the end of the three miles. I do not us the weight because I do the Walk away the pounds on the days I lift weights. I feel it gets me ready for weight lifting. I do not recommend purchasing the set if you know for sure you can handle the 3 miles. Might as well save the money. I gave the one mile to someone who has never exercise and the 2 miles for someone to try out before buying.

I have been using Walk Away the Pounds for a year now. I love it! The tapes are not boring at all and don't require a big empty room to do. I started with the 1 mile as recommended and moved up to the 2 mile after two weeks. I'm still doing the 2 mile and I'm happy with that level, even after a year. I did try to move up to the 3 mile, and while I was able to do it, I truely don't have enough on me to "burn" for that level of exercise. I was left feeling very hollow and tired for a few days. I plan to just stay with the 2 mile to maintain what I have and keep my energy up.

I love this tape. I had a mild heart attack 3 years ago and have been looking for an easy, low-impact way to get some exercise without spending hours driving back and forth to clubs or walking around the same block time and time again. When I found this tape I was thrilled. It's fun, it's easy, and you can add simple weights to make it more interesting. I also bought it for my 78-year-old mother who set up a video player in the sitting room of her apartment building and she, along with several of her neighbours, work out every day. It really is for everyone.

I purchased this set just this week, and I feel great. I am on my third workout with tape one and I can really feel it. I am a mopm of two and my baby is almost three years old. I have done nothing since 1999 to better my body. I am flabby and out of shape, and about thirty or more pounds over weight. I am hoping that with a new diet and this exersize tape set that I can shape my body and tone my body and work on my cardio. I am only 27 and am tired of feeling so tired and crabby. I felt it the first video and I love them. So buy them...if not to lose weight just to feel better in general. I grade this product an A+

I love this system! I have tried so many exercise programs that worked for awhile but they got boring. I have been doing the Walk Away the Pounds since November and I haven't gotten bored yet! Thanks Leslie!

This is the first exercise tape that I have ever been able to complete, and it was FUN! I have already lost 30 pounds and lots and lots of inches. I am still walking and wanting to lose another 40 to 60 pounds and feel very confident of achieving this goal with these tapes. My doctor said whatever I was doing keep it up...Thank you Leslie.

I purchased a 3 tape set consisting of the 1, 2 and 3 mile tapes. I love them! The 1 mile is a great starter & fantastic if you want to get in a quick work out. The 2 & 3 are more challenging and great for longer work outs. My husband and I love to go for walks outside but when the weather is bad, it is great to pop in a tape and walk with Leslie. I get a total body work out and I feel great afterwards. I always follow with extra stretching while my muscles are still warm. Thanks Leslie!

I've been doing the 2 mile Walk Away The Pounds Video for one week now and have found energy I didn't know I had. After about 2 days my legs were so sore I could hardly stand it, but I continued with the program and the soreness went away (my son who is a weightlifter said that the workout must be working if my muscles are sore.) I like the tape as I can pop it in the VCR and in 30 minutes I've walked 2 miles whether it is raining, snowing, cold or hot. I have enjoyed Leslie and her encouraging words throughout the tape, but now after doing the tape for a week, I'm ready for less talk. I know to raise my leg up and step side to side - would be nice if we could fast forward to a 2 mile where there was less talk. But, I'm now ready to walk away the pounds by doing the 3 mile tape. Thanks Leslie!

I purchased these videos to go along with a popular weight loss program I was following. I had not done any exercise routinely for many, many years. I saw portions of the videos on television, and thought it looked pretty easy. I don't like "dancey" workouts, so this was right up my alley. I love the friendly way that Leslie interacts with her co-walkers and how she talks to the audience (me!). I have noticed that especially on the 3-mile tape that her cuing is off a little in a couple of places, but not enough to cause a major distraction. The combination of my weight-loss program and Walk Away the Pounds has help me successfully lose 65 pounds. I think it's a great program!

I live in a third floor apartment and am unable to use many of the cardio/step aerobic videos on the market as an at-home workout. I use the "Walk Away the Pounds" videos in the morning and they help give me energy throughout the day. They have been great as a supplemental workout to my regular exercise program. However, I have not experienced any loss of weight or inches. While I enjoy the workouts, I certainly would never use them as my primary fitness program.
