I bought these tapes because I had already lost 20 lbs by doing just cardio and needed to tone up. The first day I did the Basic video, found that it wasn't very challenging for me, and then went ahead and the ENTIRE advanced workout. I couldn't move my mid-section for two days! But it was an awesome workout. Some reviews have cautioned that some positions are too hard. I thought this was true the first time, but they get easier to accomplish as you get stronger. These tapes are a fun and relaxing workout. i actually look forward to doing them! Note: I have not followed the meal plan, and have no plans to either, it's too restrictive and complicated - but I've already lost another 10 lbs from Pilates.

I must say that the exercises were difficult at first, but once you get the hang of it you'll be well on your way. This programm has helped me to BREAK my plateau. In just 2 1/2 weeks I lost 9lbs and some inches in areas that did not move for months. The Win in 10 plan is somewhat tedious, but i put forth the effort to prepare the tasty, unique meals. I stopped a few weeks ago, but plan to resume and continue until I reach my weight loss goal. THANK YOU MARI, THIS IS IT FOR ME!!!

I had seen the infomercial pretty regularly on the T.V. and made a comment to my husband about it, who decided he would buy it for me.  We started about a week ago, and already I can feel a difference in my abs.  Though my arms and legs are skinny, my abs have always been a problem area.  Already I can tell that they are flatter, and my husband has noticed too.  Also, I've noticed that I'm a bit stronger.  I have to do a lot of lifting at my job that usually required myself and another person, but I was able to do it by myself for the first time in months.   I highly recommend the Winsor Pilates system, though we decided not to use the meal plan.  We're already on a budget, and there are some meals that are just to out there for us picky eaters.

I bought Winsor Pilates on a whim. I'm a night-owl and constantly saw the infomercials, so I decided to try it. A friend of mine started doing Pilates just before I went out of town for a month, and when I came back she looked FABULOUS! This is definitely a product to use if you simply want to firm and tone. I wouldn't recommend it as an effective weight-loss aid. There is a diet involved, a diet that restricts to 1200 calories a day--which is NOT healthy. Anything UNDER 1200 is undereating, and I believe that unless you are on a special diet planned given to you by your doctor, you should strive to eat at least 1500 calories per day. Having done yoga for years, I understood the basics of the exercises. The pacing is wonderful. And if you aren't accustomed to working out, you will DEFINITELY feel this in your abs, thighs and even arms! It's tremendous for flexibility and toning. I adore it.

If you are extremely overweight, don't get this product. I can't manage half of the positions. I should have left this one to the pros.

I bought these tapes 2 weeks ago. I bought them because I wanted to be stronger and more flexible. The exercises were pretty difficult to begin with, but after only 2 weeks, I feel like I'm making a big improvement. As another reviewer stated, I agree that these tapes are not suited well for very overweight individuals. I'm of average weight for my height and I really enjoy the tapes.

I got Winsor Pilates 5 weeks ago and I LOVE it. I do it every morning when I get up, and I have so much energy for the rest of the day. It took (and is still taking) a while to get the positions down right, but there are modified positions. The meal plan (I think anyway) is really stupid. If a person actually ate that little of food, no kidding they'd lose weight. Otherwise, the videos are great!

I found this program to be an interesting new approach to losing weight and getting fit. However, it was difficult to structure enough time in the day to do the tapes. The recipes are very strange and weren't really foods we would eat a lot. However, her booklet on foods and how nutritious eating works was great reading. The exercises weren't hard, just boring when we found the time.

I was so impressed with the celebrity's backing this infomercial. They were people I enjoy and believed would tell the truth. I am sure they do believe what they said. However, after a week of trying this program I had to send it back. I was so bored and so uninspired! The instructor spoke so slow and over emphasized every precise movement. Her staff were like mechanical robots. There was no motivation, no excitement, no encouragement. It was torture. Sooooo Boring! Too bad because most people rave about Pilates.

I absolutely love these tapes! The strengthening and toning comes with controlled, slow, strong movements. Quick movements will benefit you less. I feel great after doing the accelerated workout and hope even more accelerated ones come out soon! Thanks Mari! I have beach ready abs in less than a month!

I really enjoy the Winsor Pilates system. My husband and I have been doing them everyday and within just one week we have increased our flexibility. Initially when I asked my husband to do them with me, he thought that it was a wimpy workout but about 2 minutes in he was straining just to lift his own legs, that's when he started doing the modifications! The only downfall for the tapes is that Mari goes SO slow explaining the correct position. The targeting tapes are great. Also you could do one different tape every day and have a nice workout that doesn't get boring.

I love these tapes. I have had them for about three weeks and have moved on to the accelerated tapes already. I still struggle along but I can feel myself getting stronger. Mari herself speaks very slowly and I sometimes wish she moved faster and kept the pace going. Otherwise the tapes are wonderful.

I have just received my order of the winsors pilates tapes. Mari does go slow and the tapes aren't upbeat but I am still working with them. They are like stretching routines. They don't really "work you out" but I'm sure they will make me flexible. Also the eating plan stinks, if she made it with foods people would actually eat it would be great. They are so off the wall, I will never use that part of the system.

I saw the infomercial for this product and was impressed by the number of celebrities promoting it. Well, I gave it an honest shot and gotta say that it is really slow and boring. Some of the moves are really awkward and uncomfortable and I realized that I'd rather learn pilates in a studio than follow the videos. It does firm up your abs a bit and does give you more flexibility but you would have to keep at it forever to get real strength. I am already asking people if they would like to have my winsor pilates videos, for it is taking up space in my house.

I've had the Pilates tapes for about 4 weeks, and I absolutely love them. I do them every morning, and I feel great about myself. The ab sculpting tape is the best for me. I've already lost 3-4 inches in my "spare tire." I don't recommend it for severely overweight individuals, maybe try some other tapes first to shed a few pounds before you jump into pilates. As for the slowness of Mari's voice, I find it soothing. Bouncing around the living room gives me a head ache. I wouldn't give up my tapes for the world!!!

I purchased the video set approx. 3 weeks ago and in order to see what it could achieve on it's own, I stopped cardio for 2 weeks. I am extremely happy with the results! I truly believe the "after 10 sessions... after 20 sessions..." etc - it really has made a visible different (I've been doing the 50 minute workout about 5 times per week for 2 weeks) - not 'dieting' - and others have noticed the change too. I'm tighter through my midsection and butt/thighs. I should probably mention I've been weight training and a gym rat for 20 years, so I do know what works for my body and what doesn't. The Winsor Pilates definitely works for me!

Was very excited to start this program but after a few weeks became easily bored. I do love that the program forces me to stretch my body and I have noticed a slight difference in my abs but it is definitely too slow paced which I think makes it harder to want to stick to longterm. I wouldn't suggest the program to someone wanting to really lose weight.  I'd suggest it more as a toning/stretching exercise.

My father bought the winsor Pilates videos about two weeks ago. He tried them once and thought they were a great exercise. I tried them once and now I am hooked! I do the accelerated body sculpting video almost everyday and I can see the difference in my abs. I am a dancer so I did not see much difference in my legs but I could feel them getting a little more muscular. I was actually very fit to begin with but now I am even more fit! This is wonderful! Anyone who is looking to get fit, this is the product for you!

Winsor pilates is amazing. I do it 6 to 7 days a week and I can say after a month the improvement is wonderful. I never follow an eating plan but I do exercise everyday and this was the best I have ever tried.

I got the tapes about a month ago after watching the infomercial about 10 times. I have to say that I am so excited about doing this. I do the accelerated tape about 2 times a week and try to do the 20 minute tape 3 times a week. This exercise makes me feel taller and leaner. I have lost about 6 inches overall. I have just ordered the Abs and Bun & Thigh tapes. I feel like this is something I can stick with. I just makes me feel good.
