I purchased it about a month ago. I am still unable to do the situps lying completely prone with the video. I can do crunches all day long. I didn't get anything out of it at all and should have sent it back.

A few years ago I was very overweight - busting out of my size 16 jeans and closing in on 30 yrs old. I did Winsor Pilates went down to a size 4 - sometimes even a 2. It was the first time in my life my legs every looked good - even from my athletic days. Since I've gained about 30lbs but I just ordered the new DVDs to start losing again! My goal is to be in my 4s by vacation in August!

A while ago, my sister and i purchaced the winsor pilates dvd's. Being only 16 and weighing over 200 pounds is difficult. I found it quite hard to do at first, but the modified verison is still very effective. i have lost almost 10 inches so far. I also eat healthy and mix up my workouts but so far i have been happy with this product.

What I wanted from this product was increased flexibility, muscle tone and energy levels. I did not want to lose weight. If you do want to lose lots of weight, you might be better off doing something more energetic. I found the 20 min workout to be relaxing and energising, just what I needed after a long day. The accelerated work out was way too advanced for me so I'll wait until I'm better before I try it again. Mari recommends doing some cardio everyday like walking for half an hour. The meal plan was a bit too fancy and compicated to be bothered with everyday. However I am very pleased with the Dvds, but it is a pity that none of the celebrities who endorse it are in the workouts.

I recently purchased the winsor pilates video and noticed results in the first week, more in the stomach area than my leg area, I wasnt to impressed with that. You definetely feel stronger and have more energy. 20 mins a day, thats nothing.. Beats sitting on your butt....

The workout was tough at first, but after about 6 sessions I started to notice a difference in my flexibility, then soon after I noticed my body becoming leaner and toned looking. I followed the diet plan and did the workout every day. In 15 weeks I lost 45lbs, I continue to follow the workout about three times a week. I don't follow the diet but eat sensibly and have lost a further 10lbs. I started the workouts 2 years ago and have kept it all off!

Windsor Pilates is a great program but you must do it exactly as instructed or you will not reap the benefits. I started using it but found that the 55 min. DVD was a lot more difficult for me at this time so I have cut back to the 20 min. one for now. On the other hand, my sister in law has done the prg. consistently for the last 1-1/2 yrs. & has done great with it. She alternates between the 55 min. & 20 min. programs & has lost about 35 lbs. & now has great abs. after 3 close pregnancies. It also has improved her energy level.

Winsor pilates are wonderful. I was always "thin", but for a long time I didn't feel toned. This workout is relaxing as well as intense. I did the accelerated tape for almost a year and then thought I would graduate on to some more intense weight/cardio tapes. Those worked well, but completely changed the way my body looked (in all of the wrong ways). I have recently gone back to my pilates tapes to get the long, lean look that I once had. I looked back at photos of myself during my year of pilates training and was shocked at how slender and toned I looked! Weight training made me look a little more boxy and the cardio made me too thin! Pilates is a great work out for someone who is all ready thin, but wants that little extra something....

I have had the tapes forever, I bought them at [], and I planned to use them on a regular basis. Unfortunately, I didn't do that. I am not sure why though, I am getting older and have notice that I am continually gaining weight, as I get older. I cannot say that I did the routine long enough to see any results of weight loss or inch loss. BUT' I did the routine three times in one week, every other day, and I felt much better. All the aches and pains you begin to feel as you get older and/or more sedimentary start to go away when you use this routine. I am not sure that the original plan includes enough cardio to cause major weight loss quickly, but it will tone your body if it isn't already tone. It also allows women in particular to strengthen their body without adding bulk, even if you work out in the gym (weightlifting) this will allow women to be long and lean instead of becoming bulky. I keep planning on starting again mainly because I feel better when I do it and I am more flexible and I have less aches and pains. I would say that this is not a weight loss miracle, but a plan to help you feel better and begin to be more healthy and toned.

I am not satisfied with the product. For me it did not work. I ordered it and I was expecting a miracle but it did not work. I was doing the 20 min workshop each day for 8 weeks, the 1 h programm 3 times a week and the 20 minutes with the band 4 times a week. I did not use her "diat" as I am vegetarian. So, after so many training hours I did not lost a pund or inch. Very disappoining:-(

After giving birth to 2 children, I found myself unmotivated and 30 lbs overweight. Having seen the Winsor Pilates commercial countless times I decided to order. I had really gotten in the right mind set to lose the weight. I have had outstanding results!!!! I did not expect it to be a miracle cure and I did not expect it to happen as fast as it did. I began Dec 4 2004 and reached my goal weight by Feb 14 2005!!! I did not follow her meal plan, I used Dr. Phil's Weight Loss Solution to retrain my eating habits. I also walk for at least 20 minutes a day 4 days a week. However most of the credit goes to Mari Winsor and her products!! I have gone from a size 14 to a size 6 (sometimes a 4) in 3 months!!! If that doesn't convince you nothing will.

im 15 years old, all my life ive been a little bit over weight but not really obease. i borrowed these dvd's from my aunt because she never used them so i figured i'd put them to some use. the first time i used them i really didnt feel anything until the next morning and the next time i used it. i used it for 2 weeks straight everyday (5days a week)and i could really feel the difference. i sat up straighter and didnt slouch and my stomach was tighter. also my legs were tighter. i would say its a overall great product if you keep up on it. it takes commitment but what dont now a days. you will see results if you keep up on it.

I' a 15-year-old girl and I've been doing the Winsor Pilates tapes on and off for about a year and a half. When I first got them, I was so excited to start since I had seen all the infomercials and success stories on T.V. I have to admit that I am pretty impacient when it somes to workouts. I want results and I want them relativly quickly. When I started with the basics tape, I found it to be a little slow, you really do need to learn the steps well. Once you get on to the other tapes, Mari makes almost no mention of the things you learned in that video. After doing it for about 3 months very regularly, I was very happy to see that my stomach looked a little flatter while trying on clothes in a store dressing room. Since I started high school, I have not been as diligent, but fully intend to start again.

I bought Windsor Pilates almost a year ago at a health store. It did not work for me at all since I did not eat healthy as they say you should. THEN, I joined [] and I can proudly say I that since I LOST OVER 30 POUNDS!!! [] is the KEY in losing the pounds! I totally recommend it! But in maintaing your weight is eating healthy and EXERCISING. So, I decided to use Windsor Pilates again plus cardio for better results.(biking, running, aerobics, etc.) But, UNFOTUNATELY, I found that I LOST MORE WEIGHT WITH CARDIO THAN THE WINDSOR PILATES. I noticed the comparison because my limbs, such as my arms and legs, are smaller but my core or mid-section is still bulging out. Windsor Pilates claim that is targets your abs with every workout. I only feel it the week I start using it again but I feel nothing the following week. Windsor Pilates WORKS FOR A WHILE but WEARS OUT IN THE LONG RUN. I recommend a more vigorous workout for your abs. Right now I am trying different workout videos/equipments that targets your abs such as Core Secrets and possibly the Original Ab Lounge. I'll let you all know how it goes.

I've had the videos for about a year now. When I first got them, I wrote down my measurements and followed the accelarated program for 10 weeks. After 10 weeks, there were no lost inches, but I definitely had a more toned body. I no longer use the videos, and instead go to the gym, but I think I'll start them up again and pair them with a cardio video like Taebo.. I think I'll see better results that way. All in all, you definitely feel 'the burn' after using the videos, but don't expect to have a smaller body by the end of it... I didn't use the food guide though, and I'm sure that would have changed the results, however I found the food guide very unrealistic on the long term...

I absolutely love Winsor Pilates. I lost 16 pounds and 4 inches in my waist in 6 weeks, with doing the 20 minute work out 5 days a week (along with eating healthy). For those who say the work outs are slow and boring, HELLO, it is pilates. It is supposed to be a slow calming work out (it is compared with yoga). That being said, I have never felt better with doing these work outs. I was in a better mood and my back pain was gone! Two thumbs up to Mari and her Winsor Pilates creation!!!

I started doing pilates at a gym with a certified instructor and had private sessions. I bought the tapes to do at home in between. My problem with Winsor pilates is that it's not completely in line with traditional pilates. I like the stott pilates tapes better (buy them [] they're cheaper) Stott's videos are much calmer and an even better workout.

I'm 14 years old and I felt that i needed to get toned again. I bought Winsor pilates to beneFIT myelf. There are times when I stopped doing it but i felt that I wont waste all my money on this if im not gonna even do it! so im keeping up my routine for everyday. Im schedualing my excersize and will comit to this everyday for 4 months. Im very desperate and I started my first year of highschool, i want to look good. At first i felt cramps but now i feel fine and its kinda hard keeping up with the positions but im a beginner and that will take some time. If u are reading my review, trust me, its worth the try. You cant sit around all day, watch tv, eat chips or go on the computer, u cant eat lots of calories and fatty foods. u have to actually eat a healthy meal and excersize regularly for the days. u cant juss depend on this program of juss loosing weight. theres lots of things tied in together that u have to be consistant of. u have to do more excersize then juss this program. i do walking and dancing etc, and add the winsor pilates along with it. U HAVE TO KEEP IT UP! to be hounest, i dont see results cuz there are times when i eat too much and stay on the computer for the whole day and plus iv been usuing it for only 12 days with LOTS of days off. but if i change my ways often then i will loose the extra fat. you guys have to try it, its the only way.

Hi everybody! I'm back! I got the new Winsor Pilates Fat burning DVD. To be honest the routine is a little intimidating at first. This is not your mother's simple "Jane Fonda" aerobics tape. The cons are :the steps are challenging to master but I was able to do the whole tape the first time without stopping. And Mari does not cue you to the moves each time. You have to be a fast learner. The pros are: The music is great! She has live drummers and as Mari says , "You can't help but move your body to the beat of the drums!" Also a BIG plus for me, I did the tape in the morning and I haven't had any back pain all day!
