Too fast!!

30 Aug 2008 - lori of IN, United states writes:

I thought this was so hard to follow. They go so fast with the dances and don't explain the moves, all I end up doing is getting frustrated.

So glad I tried this

26 Jun 2008 - Mattison of Los Angeles, USA writes:

Last year, I was bored and looking for a new workout, and I found that my mom had purchased the YBB Series. I tried them, not expecting them to do much... but the next day, I was sore (a good sore!) and because YBB is so incredibly fun, I just kept doing it day after day. I have continued to do it throughout the year, not daily because I go to the gym often and I do some other things, but I do it a lot. My body stays in great shape because of YBB. I love love love ittttt- don't hesitate to get this!

AMAZING

9 Apr 2008 - Meghan of Hot Springs, Arkansas, USA writes:

I love YBB. I got the Total Toning Basics, Hip Hop Abs, and Cardio Cabaret in November. I started using it 4 days a week in December and lost 10 pounds by Jan. (I also cut out sugars). The change in my muscle tone was amazing. I naturally have a lot of muscle (covered by fat:P) and I didn't bulk up, I got more slender. In Jan I purchased Goddess Abs, AM Latte, Goddess Booty and Yoga Core. These are a little more advanced and I have not really used them yet. I also purchased the GOGO dance and it is soooo much fun! omg-its my favorite. All the girls dvds are super effective and fun. You really don't get tired of them and they are always a challenge, because they show you different ways to modify the moves and make it more difficult. I almost always feel the workout the next day or two. They are very motivational and silly too. It makes it so much fun! It's def worth trying out!! (I got my 50 yr old mom hooked on it!)

YBB is great!

14 Mar 2008 - Jenna of GA, UGA writes:

I ordered these DVD's a week ago and have really enjoyed them. I am very fit, but still feel some burn in my thighs and buns. The basic workout is my favorite. You can add more weight in one segment which challenges my body. After this DVD I feel relaxed and energized, not completely drained. I have gotten more toned in a weeks time and my stomach has flattened. It doesn't feel like I'm challenging my body too much, yet I still see results! AMAZING! I highly recommend YBB~

fun, great for toning

21 Feb 2008 - Sheena of Virginia, USA writes:

YBB is fun! There are a lot of different steps and the pace changes often throughout the workout. I find that sometimes I'll do the workout & actually work harder than I realize. (but I feel it the next day). Yoga Booty truly is one of a kind. It works, it's just a matter of pressing the play button. I personally choose to use it in combination w/ my main programs (Turbo Jam & Treadclimber).

YBB is fun, no miracle

9 Nov 2007 - Anonymous of Louisiana, USA writes:

I bought YBB cardio cabaret and Hip Hop Abs. At first I really felt stupid, but getting used to it. If you're looking for a change-up in your workout routine, give it a try. I definitely like the three workouts combined- ballet, yoga, and burlesque (Cardio Cabaret) and yoga and ballet with hip hop dancning for the latter. note: it's not a "fusion" workout, by which i mean, you're not doing yoga/ballet/hip hop (of course) in one move- you start with yoga, then a lot of high energy dancing, then ballet, then back to yoga. I am the queen of returning or reselling workout products and dvds when i don't like them- this one is definitely for keepsies.

Give it a shot.

8 Sep 2007 - Jess of Michigan, USA writes:

For many years I have tried time after time to lose weight and inches, eating well, and sometimes working out multiple hours a day at the gym. But I have never seen results I could feel like I have with YBB. I bought it, tried it (with the proper diet recommended in the system) and 12 days later, my clothes are loose, I have so much more energy, and I`m always itching to stick the DVD in each day. The cardio is fun, the ballet gives you something you can feel, and the yoga is difficult. But it gets easier the more you do it. Even so, you always *feel* it. Gillian and Teigh help set you see the beauty inside of yourself, your divinity, and give the encouragement that is never condescending, but always uplifting. That, combined with the results, is what pushes you onward. And really, isn`t that the most important part of a program?

Great workout!

1 Aug 2007 - Victoria of Wisconsin, USA writes:

I bought YBB on a fluke and just started using it. I love the way that you can incorporate dance and yoga and get one heck of a workout. I have been doing the workout for two weeks now and find that my energy level has increased with each workout. I love the feeling of sore muscles the next day, but still being able to workout through the burn. I highly reccomend this system. I am totally hooked!

love it

25 Jul 2007 - Rosalind of Indiana, USA writes:

I really love ybb! its alot of fun! the aerobics are really easy and you dont have to worry about messing up the moves you can just be silly while you get a nice aerobic workout. the other thing i like about it is the mental aspect, setting your intention before the workout and doing a little yoga. it helps to stay focused on your goals not just while your working out either. im not one of those i weighed myself before and after, i just like to work out and try new stuff and ybb is really fun for me.

Boring

19 Jul 2007 - Natalia of Quebec, Canada writes:

Boring, boring, They always said Namaste, or whatever name was. The workout is easy to follow, repeat the same movement in the entire cardio. The hip hop is not really hip-hop more of cowboy work out movement. Well at least I make my son laugh. I recomend this product only for beginner.

Like it

2 Jun 2007 - Sarah of Nevada, USA writes:

I like to do the YBB DVD's when I don't want to do a workout that is so structered. They are something to do when you just want to move around. I recommend buying them at [] or [], however, because they are cheaper and no S&H.

YBB I did!

19 May 2007 - Carrie of British Columbia, Canada writes:

First of all.. the infomercial makes this workout seem very cheesy and easy. Not so. I first rented a dvd to watch it for some new inspiration although I had stayed away from it initially because of the infomercial. YBB is exceptional in that it works your body in different ways throughout the tape. Just when you're ready to cave it's time to move to the next series. YBB is very based in Namaste Yoga and yes it does have mediation and intentions. Love that. It's not froofy lke the infomercial would have you believe. I ordered my own sets from Beachbody, who I've been with for a long time. They treat me very well and I never have any customer service issues that they don't jump to fix for me. I'm very fit and the YBB series had me sweating and yep, sore the next day. I say yes.

Love It!!!

15 May 2007 - Laticia of Kentucky, USA writes:

I love the YBB series, its for everyone. Obese and Slim. You have to give it more than just two weeks and it moves quick but thats just to get those calories burning. I have been using it for about 2 weeks and I have lost about 13 inches in total. I must say I love it. Don't get lazy because its fast. Pick it up and move your buns. Afterall thats why we WORKOUT right?

The best ever!

4 May 2007 - Emily of Virginia, USA writes:

when i first tried Yoga booty ballet i thought am i really working out here? but then i realized how much i was sweating and though 'wow! that was 45 minutes?" the dancing is great. they come up with fun dance routines that you actually want to keep going with. i never once wanted to stop like i do in other cardio programs. i loved the funky dance moves like 'eastern' and 'cowboy' they make it funny and enjoyable. plus the perky instructors keep you going! i hate the negative reviews on this because it really is a good product. within two weeks i saw noticeable differences. i'm still using the tapes. and am finally ready to be seen in a bikini :)

Sooo Much Fun!!

6 Mar 2007 - Stephanie of Ohio, USA writes:

I love YBB! I hate going to the gym and jogging bacause I get so bored half way through. But even after the first DVD I wanted to do the next one. It is so much fun, and challanging. I did ballet for 18 years, and quit about 4 years ago and I was definelty challanged when I began. It is a great workout, with a lot of room to grow and give yourself a great and fun way to get fitness into your life (no matter how busy)! It has been the best money I have ever spent on fitness DVD's! Yoga Booty Ballet Rocks!

YBB is Super if You have discipline. I HAVE!!

20 Feb 2007 - R.C. of Zuid-Holland, Netherlands writes:

I was overweight 46 pound. Before I started Ybb I did Pilates which got boring after a while but it helped me lose 20 pound. Before that I wasn't been able to excersise for years because of my weak knees. At first it was hard but the beat made me keep going on & like the blonde says;If you work on it ,you get better at it. Because I already had experience with a work out @ home I knew I had to be disciplined if I wanted to achieve results, for me it wasn't hard to go on with YBB because I have beat my depression with this program.I lost 26 pound,Im in a good mood after doing it.Im a healthier, happier person, without mood swings.YBB is great for me,I do it every day &I can't live without it anymore. Tx for making such a great program beach body. R.C.

Not What I Expected

16 Feb 2007 - Amber of Florida, USA writes:

I recently bought this product because i wanted to try yoga and wanted a fun workout. some of the moves were hard to follow since i have never done yoga before. i will say that it was a relaxing workout, but i do not believe it will five you great results. i gave up after about 2 weeks of being bored with the program and not seeing any results. this is not something i will keep going back to. since i purchaced it, it just sits in one of my spare closets collecting dust.
