I have been taking this pill for 2 weeks. One pill before my meals, total 3 pills a day. My appetite is definately suppressed and i feel an amazing energy, can't wait to work out feeling! This product does feel great on the inside but I have only lost 5lbs. Only feel nausea if i do not eat after. I do not know if i have lost the weight from my cardio half hour a day or from this pill. I am 26 and began working out two weeks ago and began eating a healthy diet. For two weeks I have hit the gym daily and walked for 30 minutes on the treadmill. I thought taking this product would give my body a little boost of energy and help kick start my weight loss. I took it for the first time today and took it as directed. One pill 15 minutes before my meal and TONS of water and when I say tons, three 16 oz bottles for one pill. I have NEVER had a negative reaction to caffeine. I use caffeine often to wake up and stay awake through out the day. I went to the gym tonight and did my regular routine, 30 minutes on the treadmill. 20 minutes into my workout I felt faint, dizzy, lightheaded, and my heart beat shot from 145 to 162 in a matter of seconds. This has NEVER happened before. The only thing I did different today than any day for the past two weeks was take ONE pill. I collapsed on the gym floor. An hour after the collapse, my heart rate was 97 and that was after two more bottles of water. It has been two hours since I left the gym and I am still shaky. This was terrifying. I have had my heart and the rest of my body, checked numerous times for the past 5 years, so this cannot be blamed on a heart condition. I've delivered 3 healthy babies with no problem in the past 4 years and I am very active. This WAS the pill. I have no doubts. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT OR TAKE IT AGAIN.

Okay, I've taken this product on and off for years and it's the only diet pill that's ever helped me. For everyone saying bad things about it, listen. It says on the bottle if you have bad side effects with caffiene DO NOT TAKE IT. If it's your first time taking a diet pill, take ONE. I take about 2 a day and I'm fine, never went to the hospital on it, and half of these reviews just sound stupid. It's only dangerous if you don't read the directions.

I really like this product...I was on it 6 months ago and I lost 31 pounds in 3 months. I left it for a while and I'm trying it again just to loose 20 more pounds. I didn't experience any side effects, so this product it really works for me.

I've been using Zantrex-3 for about a month and it felt like I was swallowing a pill filled with bad air. The only side effects I got from taking Zantrex was a canker sore starting from the minute the pill entered my system. I read the reviews and a lot of people had a problem taking 2 pills the first time they used it, so I tried taking 1 pill only. I experienced nothing but the canker sore. Took 1 pill per day for a week, and nothing. Second week, I upped my dosage to 2 pills a day, and I felt what might be a sense of jitteryness but for only 10 seconds. After taking the pill + eating low calorie meal, I tried exercising hoping it would maybe spark the pill to work its caffeine wonders on me. It did not. I continued using it until the bottle was empty and still had no side effects or signs of energy and weight loss. I wont be investing in Zantrex after this.

Ok I used Zantrax 3 a year or 2 ago, and it worked pretty good I needed a little boost to get me started any quicken my weight loss progress and it did that. I did experience side effects but that was bc I had taken the recommended dose of like 2-3 pills at a time, Dont do that! I went into caffeine overload and it was awful I wanted to die! But I started to take only 1 at a time and did much better and lost about 5 lbs in a week. Im getting back into my excercise kick and I'm going to start taking them again.

I tried this product a few years ago with incredible results. I had been obese most of my life and never found anything that gave results. When i started zantrex3 I weighed 265 pounds, within 4 months i was down to 175 pounds, although i did walk 1 mile 3 times a week, no other exercise was required. During these 4 months my roomate was taking zantrex as well, he lost about 40 pounds and we both kept it off for 3 years. This product may not be for everyone, but i have told everyone i know about it and have had a few people come back to me and say "that stuff works". But be cautioned that it will speed up your entire system, as well as make you spend a bit more time on the toilet. All in all i say its worth a try, who knows you may even get the results i did. 90 pounds can change your life...i know it changed mine, so i say this product rocks!!

I just started taking this and take one at a time, but I think I am going to start taking two at a time. It does not curb my appetite at all but gives me a little more energy. I will see if it helps me lose weight after I take it for a while. But I had no bad side effects from it.

I actually took these pills 2 years ago pretty ritualistically, and let me tell you I lost a lot of weight and kept it off during the time I was taking them, I don't exactly know how much because I never weighed myself or took my measurements. I was about a size 12 and went down to a size 8 without changing my habits, and for my body that is perfect. Let's just say after I stopped taking them I slowly started to put on the pounds and now I'm a size 16... so I'm going back on them. I never experienced serious side affects, maybe mild jitters. My friend tried just one of my pills, however, and almost immediately she was so jittery it was like she was FREAKING out... so yea... everybody will react differently... but I do think it works.

I've tried this product off and on. It makes me extremely jittery. I also have experienced some of the more serious side effects - depression - suicidal thoughts. It also makes me extremely irritable - and I go days with out sleep. If you can get past the negative side effects you will lose some serious poundage. I lost 40lbs - but as soon as I quit taking it I gained back 15lbs.

my best friend got ahold of a bottle this week, but was afraid to try them. so i agreed to do it with her, because i had a little weight to lose. the first day i took it, i swear to god we were high. we didnt feel much nausea but we were really hyper and jittery. so we took less and lost the high but kept the jitters. but at the end of the week, i lost 5 pounds. i guess its okay, and i'll keep using it, but i only need 1 pill instead of the recomended 2.

I tried this product last year. took 2 in the morning and two in the afternoon. I was severly nauseated and vomited and went to the bathroom for the first two days. I tried again and the same thing happened especially if I didn't drink enough water. I promised to throw the pills out but didn't. I am trying again now but this time I tried one pill in the morning and one in the afternoon. It gave me the energy boost that I heard about and I also felt a little cut in my appetite. As a matter of fact I was sweating when I wasn't doing any thing. It seems to me that this pill works according to each individuals' body type.

I've been taking these supplements, for about a week, and I've lost a half an inch, all over, however, you can't take these, and just sit. The only side efects I've experienced, are the jitters, and the crash. which if course is what happens when you take alot of caffeine. And this product is basically that caffeine. I have a bit of trouble believing that anyone would experience seizures, using this product. Each pill is the equivalent of 3 cups of coffee, and I've never heard of anyone developing seizures from caffeine, unless they have a sensitivity to caffeine. It clearly states on the bottle that if you have a sensitivity to caffeine, or stimulants, then do NOT take it. You also have to follow the instructions. Eat within 15-30 minutes of taking the supplement and drink LOTS of water. And get moving. Start below the recommened dosage to gauge your reaction, and if it doesn't agree with you, then don't take it. Simple as that.

I purchased this product, and it made me feel a little jittery in the beginning and only helped my appetite the first 10 days. After that I gained the 5 lbs back even though I was still dieting. This product didn't help at all.

I've bben using this since January. When I started using it I was 247lbs, now i'm 195lbs. After I started to notice the weight coming off I started eating right and working out more, now i'm addicted to taking care of my new body. By the way i'm 5'10 and still have a ways to go. It has worked 4 me.

I have had great results with this product. I researched the contents, read some reviews, and tried a 3 week trial. It does give you a energy increase. The side effects are clearly stated, and you must consider your body type and tolorence. It is not a miracle pill, it is simply an aide for healthy activity. Everyone knows there body, and the amount of work it takes to poroduce results. In saying that it is hard to work with little energy from reducing food intake. This supplement gives you a replacement source, but you must be smart enough to realize that your body needs nutrition. So if you take this supplement, and sit there staring in the mirror waiting for the pounds to fall of then yes you will probably trip out! So go do something, get out and exercise. Do not expect results, you must acheive them.

I won't lie-this pill DOES work. I did not experience some of the serious side affects I read about such as depression or suicidal thoughts, I did however experience extreme nausea. I used the pill correctly, ate healthy and in moderation, and exercised. I did not find myself hungry or snacking, but mainly because I felt so nauseated that I couldn't. So it works...but it doesn't make you feel great.

I have been taking this product for about 4 months and have lost 25 pounds of course I work out and eat less thanks to the pills yes the pill have side effects if YOU don't use them right. start with one pill a day and see how your body handles it. I was up to 5 pills a day two in the morning two in the afternoon and one in the evening, but then I stopped just to give my body a break I have just started up again taking ONE pill in the morning and it last all day read the labels you can clearly see there is alot of caffine in this product. AND STOP please everyone stop taking these pills if you are not going to bother getting off the couch I am sure if you actually did something you would not be freaking out it is th. I hope this pill stays on the market because it really works for me.

This product is horrible. Please do not use it. I took this product for a week. I drank plenty of water and ate afterwards. The first time I took it I felt great. I took one in the morning and one in the early afternoon. I had tons of energy and felt soooooo happy. It actually gave me some kind of high. Like I was on a psychiatric drug or something. I could not concentrate and had trouble driving. Luckily for me I made it to work okay. Once there I became nervous that I could not talk right. I felt like I could not respond correctly. I felt a bit paranoid but overall very good. By paranoid I mean that I felt I was talking funny to my coworkers and they would think I was on something. No one said anything so I take it I acting normal and it was all in my head. I took this product a few other times and felt and rush of energy, but did not feel strange or very happy. I did feel dizzy once. Then came last friday. I took the two pills like I normally did. One in the morning and one in the afternoon. I felt fine at first. No problems. Then toward the afternoon it hit me. My chest hurt so bad. I'm 28 years old and healthy. I never had any chest pains. My chest so bad I thought I was having a heart attack. I felt very nauseous. This continually nauseous feeling lasted until Sunday. It is now Wednesday and I still feel nauseous off and on even though I did not touch the pills since Friday. Friday night I had insomnia and also on Saturday and somewhat on Sunday. On Friday night I had chills. I was freezing. Then I had hot flashes where I was sweating. I had minor muscle aches. I could not concentrate and had to keep walking around and doing different things. I felt dizzy all day. Now as bad as everything I experienced physically I still have not described the worst part. I am a very happy positive person. I have no anxieties or depression. These pills caused me MASSIVE depression and anxiety. I had suicidal thoughts the whole Friday night into Saturday night. I had racing thoughts and tons of anxiety. I never in my life felt like that. Even when I experienced stressful or sad events in my life. It is now Wednesday and I still have no appetite. I forced myself to eat some yesterday and the day before. But I ate very little. I still feel a little anxiety and depressive thoughts but they come and go. I had anxiety attacks all day Saturday thru Tuesday. I slowly experienced them less each day and less in the severity. I was extremely jittery and still could not concentrate. I have no idea how those pill could affect me for so long. But they did. I assume they threw off my chemical balance or something of that nature. The strange thing is I took the pills for days w/o all the very negative side effects. My mom suggested that since the pills are not regulated maybe certain pills here and there are filled with way more drugs than some of the other pills by mistake. I dont know. I would have gone to the emergency room but do not have health insurance so did not want the big bill. But I honestly should have went to the emergency room. I hope no one else will go thru what I went thru. I am hoping that the drug did not cause any permanent damage to my body since I still do not feel 100% normal.
