I have been taking this product for a little over a week. Weight has not gone down but maybe a pound but I definitely look slimmer. However, I got excrutiating stomach pain even when I did eat. Kept drinking water and more water and felt awful from heartburn. I quit taking it for 2 days thinking it was just something I ate, but went back on it and the pain has returned.

UPDATE: Well Ive been taking it now 2 weeks.. I have to say the caffine rush wears off, im back to drinking coffee and what not, Im down a few lbs the only negative I have to say is I agree with Melissa you need to eat 15-20 minutes after.. and I did get some heartburn.. Im taking a couple of days off, I did hear some people try 2 days on 2 days off I was up to 4 pills a day Ill update more in a few days

there is something very important for everyone considering! Make sure you eat right away when the 15-20 mins is up! You can get excruciating pain, worse than labor pains! trust me, I had two kids without drugs As long as you eat you should be fine but if you still get the pains the best advice I can give you is eat something very plain very, fast! Keep eating something like cheerios no matter how bad the pain is, it will subside. The bottle says you must eat b/c it will basically burn the wrong calories, I believe its true,Just have some cheerios for after you eat your meal, just incase, believe me the pain can be excruciating if you get it like I did.Everyone is Try 1 first few days or so. First time I tried I lost weight taking 1 a day.

UPDATE: Ok, Day 2 got on the scale.. 2 lbs lighter.. I did not take 2 b4 meals just one, followed WW core plan as well as took Zantrex..Im hyper & full of energy, I feel alive - Im no longer sluggish adn lacking the desire to move and No bad side effects AT all, I did give up my coffee and ice tea habbit, So the Zantrex is giving me my load of caffine.. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!! Ill update as time goes on... :o)

I mean common sense I took my first Zantrex about 3 hours ago 20 minutes before dinner Im used to drinking coffee @ night I took my 1st pill had 2 FULL glasses of water AND 20 mins later ATE A FULL MEAL Im not jittery wired or jumping outa my skin, no palps I do have a bit of energy I will review this As Im trying it, I also follow [] program and wanted a boost Im sure NO product will help you if you take a pill and eat a box of Ho-hos and pig out at the all you can eat.. You have to eat sensibly. Im hoping this gives me a boost

It so works! i agree.. it does irritate the stomach, but it gives people so much energy. the first night i took it, i could not sleep. But then my body got use to it. in a month i lost 10 pds. i realized everything i ate..it digested super speed and i felt hungry again..with zantr i can eat all i want and not worry abt gaining weight..i have tried trimspa and other green tea pills to lose weight and nothin has worked miracles as zantr has.i love it!

I used this product twice first time I used it for 2 months and lost 20 pounds second time I used if for 1 month with absolutely no results. The side effects of this product were extreme irritability and severe headaches when I wasn't taking it. I would also recomend to anyone trying this product to only take 1 in the morning before breakfast and 1 in the afternoon before lunch. Taking the full amount gave me a very jittery feeling and tingling in my stomach.

i have been taking zantrex 3 for 5 days now... just like it said on the bottle, 15 miutes before a meal but all thats happened are bad side effects such as restlesness headahces stomachaches depression and i cant fall asleep... my average nightly sleep is about 2 hours if i get lucky... be very careful with this pill

After using Zantrex3 just over a year ago for about 6 weeks i have just ordered some more. I lost the weight before my wedding and looked amazing. Yes i had the side affects but the good deffinately outdid the bad. I had the energy and motivation to go to the gym even after a 12 hour shift. Ihavn't put all the weight back on just a little and i put that down to me being lazy, i dont have the energy to go to the gym. I tried another pill a few months ago and saw no results whats so ever and instead of suppresing my appitite it seem to make it larger. Icant wait to receive my next bottle of zantrex3.

i started this product 2day @ 11am (almost 12hours ago now) & i took 1 pill with 10 ounces of water & i fell asleep 20 mins later (doesn't this pill have caffine?). Whilst sleepin I could feel my stomach fillin with gas & felt hungry(?!). i ate around 1hr afta takin da pill (was 2 tired 2 eat afta pill). During my day i had a dry mouth & slight foamin @ the corners of my mouth. symptoms went once i drank water. I didn't feel energised. I ate again at 6pm and fell asleep AGAIN. I was very upset b/ i felt as if i wasted my money but i just realised i ate twice & small amounts! i didn't even notice. But i'm still confused as 2 y i kept sleepin! I'm also scared 2 take 2 pills in the morning as it could mean double trouble p.s. takin 6 servings of a pill that has no definition of how much ingredients it contains is suicide.

You have to be hydrated. I've been using Zantrex-3 (not daily) for a couple of years. I originally purchased it to use for weight loss, but quickly realized it was better as an energy supplement when going out drinking. I only take 1 for a boost and love it b/c you'll never get a hangover from drinking! Each person is different... Most of the negative reviews on here are symtomatic of dehydration. I don't remember the exact statistic, but the majority of American adults are severly dehydrated. You MUST drink lots of water when taking this (or any similar product) and don't take in additional caffeine (coffee, sodas, etc).

I began by taking one because the huge pills were hard to swallow. The one pill made me nauseous and unable to eat for three days! This may sound like a good thing but not if you have to go to work or care on a normal life. I tried them again about two weeks later to make sure and the same thing happened. I however did not lose any weight because after three days when my appetite came back I ate everything in sight! Desired results, increased energy, remarkable weight loss... I think not!

I bought the Zantrex 3 about a year ago. I quit taking it and couldn't remember why, today I tried it again. It all came back to me...I felt fine all day energized not hungry. About 5 o'clock I started feeling tired but restless and nauseated. I feel as if I need to eat something to make me feel better. I have a splitting headache and am shaky. Never again will I use this product.

I started taking Zantrex-3 a couple of weeks ago in a effort to lose 5-6 pounds before my wedding in July. I began noticing bouts of depression, acid reflux, nausea and headaches. I was familiar with the ingredients in the product and I was prepared for the "flush" from the vitamin B and the potential palpitations from the caffeine. I obviously limited my additional caffeine intake. I originally started taking two capsules, then increased the dosage to four daily. Today I took two before lunch, and it really through me for a loop. Within one hour I noticed a marked dip in my state of mind. Deep, dark depression. I decided to do an internet search linking depression with Zantrex-3, & bam!! There it was. So many posts discussing all of the symptoms I have been having. Very, very dangerous product! It goes to show you that there are no such things as "quick fixes". Diet and exercise is the answer!

It was a horrible experience with Zantrex-3 after taking first 2 pills before lunch. I was shaking, extremely nauseous, increasingly upset stomach, feeling cold for the rest of the day during summer time. I threw away nearly-filled Zantrex-3 bottle, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND for everyone not just people with sensitive stomach

This product is not worth it. SERIOUSLY, diet and exercise is the way to go. After taking this product, i felt like i ws going to puke. THe feeling would not go away. Thinking that it would give me some extra energy at the gym, this pill has actually slowed me down. And I only started off with 1 tablet. Do not buy this product.
