I have tried evrydiet pill under the sun, but I keep coming back to this one. I have been using this pill on and off for a year. I use it when I need to lose a few pounds very quickly. It doe make me jittery, but after a while you learn how to control your body. ABout 15 minutes after I take it, if I don't eat anything, I get that flushed itchy feeling, but I'm sensitive to the vitamin b-3. Other than that...works for me.

These are great for energy pills, but leave you really tired by the end of the day. I mean my heart would be racing 90MPH. Every now and then I get one that has alot of Niacin in it and get really flushed and red but that is pretty rare. Would not use again.

I used this product for 2 weeks so far. I am 5-7. 124 pounds. I walk about 30 mins and workout about 1hr a day, 5 days a week. I eat around 1200 calorie a day. I bought Zantrex-3 and was hoping to lose about 10 pounds. I don't drink coffee at all, so I decided to take only 1 pill a day before lunch. It makes me drink tons of water and decreased my appetite. I've noticed that I don't craving for sugar anymore. I kept my old workout plan but i didn't get the energy boost like many people did. I've been feeling extremly tired and sleepy the past two weeks.I had serious diarrhea the first week. However, just 1 pill a day, for 2 weeks, I lost 5 pounds already, I am really excited. highly recommend to people who's situation is similar to mine.

I love this product. I started taking it 4 days ago, and lost 3 pounds. The first few days I only took 1 pill to get used to the high amount of caffeine, then I upped it to 2 pills. Other than being a little jittery, that wears off after you eat a meal. My performance throughout the day is much better, I seem more attentive. I would highly recommend this product to everyone, just take it slow to begin with and you'll be good to go.

I've used Zantrex-3 on and off for about a year. Doesn't really help for weight loss, but I keep a few in my purse for when I find myself falling asleep at my desk. It doesn't curb my appetite, in fact, sometimes the nervous feeling makes me look for something to munch on. It does give me a boost so I can get through a day. If you take it past 3 or 4 pm, forget sleep. You can sleep an hour or two, but can't stay asleep. When others say, start slow, listen to that advise. When I started taking it, and it didn't curb my appetite, I thought I needed to take 2 in the morning. I got the weirdest reaction. The heebie jeebies is the only way to describe it. Felt like a million little needles all over and my face got bright red. Only lasted 1/2 hour, thank goodness, but I never did that again.

I have been on zantrex-3 for about a month now I have tried a frew other brands and no luck. Three days after starting the product I lost 5 pounds I have been on it for about a month no and have lost 16 lbs. I really like it and I think it works, the only problem is after I eat I feel sick to my stomach and if i eat to much i feel like I have to run to the bathroom imediatly but the way I see it if I want to loose weight then a little pain shouldn't matter.

I weighed 200 pounds at first.After the first four days I lost 6 pounds.It gives you lots of air in your stomach and lots of gas. I drink water with lemon and eat right for my blood type a strict diet to help your personal digestive system.I use the Bodywedge 21 everyday for exersize. Though it makes sick the results are worth it I have lost inches around my waist and 6 pounds so far though I feel like a preggie again because of the nausea,childbirth was alot worse I think.Make sure you eat something during the day it makes you feel really full because of the air left in your stomach. Im going to continue the product twice a day at lunch and dinner chew your food well too.

This product is dangerous!! I started taking this last week, and while I have lost 10 pounds, I have never felt so sick. I have been throwing up, shaking, and been seriously depressed. all this in just one week. I stopped taking these pills yesterday and am waiting for this to get out of my system. I almost felt like I needed to be rushed to a mental hospital due to these side effects. Word to the wise, diet and exercise. This product is NOT worth it!!!

I became quite sick the first day on this supplement, and I only took two pills (one before breakfast and one before lunch). Very upset stomach, was naseous with headaches, heartburn, a strange feeling, and had a very difficult time sleeping. It took 24 hours for me to feel back to normal again. I wish I had found this site before I made my purchase. I wasted $33 but learned a valuable lesson. No more diet supplements for me. Old-fashioned diet and exercise are the only way to go.

I tried this produst for a few days and the first day that I stopped taking it I had a huge migrane. I could not even walk, it felt like my head was going to explode. Probally from the caffiene, but I only took it for 3 days. This pill is crazy.

This is my second day with Zantrex3 and i have HAD amazing results, in one day i lost 3 lbs. it did make me a little jittery but no pain or aches anywhere, i did only start with 1 pill in the am and 1 before lunch. I eat healthy and work out 4 days aweek, but i have seen great results, it has helped me out ALOT!!! i love it!

I used this product with recomended dosage for 4 weeks and more, the full dosage made me dizzy and I felt like vomiting, it really makes you sick and I did not loose any weight at wall, I did worked out and also lowered my carb intake. I have been using this product for 3 days, and I have lost 6 pounds. I took ephedra for over a year after the birth of my first child, and this gives me almost the same effects. Except for this awful taste in my mouth. I feel like I constantly have bad breath. I only took one at first, because I knew better than to use the dosage they give you on the bottle! When I take one in the morning, and then another around lunch, I am wired long into the night. This isn't good because I have a year old baby. I definetely feel like my brain doesn't work as good when I am using this product. I only took one today, and I think I may be able to sleep tonight. I will say this, though, the pills work. I cannot eat. Even my favorite soda doesn't taste good to me anymore. All I can really eat is dry cereal and crackers. I force myself to eat fruit also. I think maybe a week off, a week on would be a good way to take this product, but definitely not more than 2 pills a day, and not after 12 noon. I've noticed everyone who wrote reviews that said they weren't having side effects, had alot of trouble typing and spelling their words correctly!!! I'm going to continue this product for now. I sure would like to know what's really in it!!! Has anyone else had the bad taste/feeling of having bad breath?

I've been using Zantrex 3 for a couple of days now. I've been taking 6 a day, 2 before each meal. It does make me feel a little jittery until I eat something, but the jitters generally disappear 5-10 minutes after I get some food into my system. I was a die-hard for my morning cup of joe, but since the I read the label, I just take 2 in the morning with a full glass of water, I don't even want the coffee anymore. I usually do about 25 minutes of aerobics at home in the a.m, and I've noticed some chest pain, so I'm going to switch to one pill before each meal. Usually around ten pm my chest starts to feel heavier than usual. I've also noticed some depression, but it could very well just be pms. If you decide to try this, I would suggest that you really attentively read the label in its entirety. I doubt they'd put anything on there they don't mean. I drink tons of water, and gave up my coffee, but if I don't lose at least 5 lbs. within three weeks I'm calling it quits.

Don't really want to burn a whole in my gut! Ulcer anyone? Caffeine is also a diuretic. It causes you to loose water weight fast. Which would explain the initial quick weight lose. Again likely this is water and not fat lose. You need to make sure you drink a lot of water or you will dehydrate! They say for every beverage that has caffeine you consume, you should have two glasses of water. Makes you wonder why they don't tell you, exactly how much caffeine this product contains?? Have a feeling it is not an amount any doctor would recommend. Going to seek a refund from Xantrex.
