I have been using this product for 3 days, and I have lost 6 pounds. I took ephedra for over a year after the birth of my first child, and this gives me almost the same effects. Except for this awful taste in my mouth. I feel like I constantly have bad breath. I only took one at first, because I knew better than to use the dosage they give you on the bottle! When I take one in the morning, and then another around lunch, I am wired long into the night. This isn't good because I have a year old baby. I definetely feel like my brain doesn't work as good when I am using this product. I only took one today, and I think I may be able to sleep tonight. I will say this, though, the pills work. I cannot eat. Even my favorite soda doesn't taste good to me anymore. All I can really eat is dry cereal and crackers. I force myself to eat fruit also. I think maybe a week off, a week on would be a good way to take this product, but definitely not more than 2 pills a day, and not after 12 noon. I've noticed everyone who wrote reviews that said they weren't having side effects, had alot of trouble typing and spelling their words correctly!!! I'm going to continue this product for now. I sure would like to know what's really in it!!! Has anyone else had the bad taste/feeling of having bad breath?

I've been using Zantrex 3 for a couple of days now. I've been taking 6 a day, 2 before each meal. It does make me feel a little jittery until I eat something, but the jitters generally disappear 5-10 minutes after I get some food into my system. I was a die-hard for my morning cup of joe, but since the I read the label, I just take 2 in the morning with a full glass of water, I don't even want the coffee anymore. I usually do about 25 minutes of aerobics at home in the a.m, and I've noticed some chest pain, so I'm going to switch to one pill before each meal. Usually around ten pm my chest starts to feel heavier than usual. I've also noticed some depression, but it could very well just be pms. If you decide to try this, I would suggest that you really attentively read the label in its entirety. I doubt they'd put anything on there they don't mean. I drink tons of water, and gave up my coffee, but if I don't lose at least 5 lbs. within three weeks I'm calling it quits.

I actually began taking Zantrex 3 last night and I took one this morning. After reading some reviews, I'm worried about getting stomach pains and such. I do feel a bit jittery and I get the feeling like I need to vommit. I'm going to take it slow, like 2 pills a day and see how it goes.

Well i have been Taking zantrex-3 for about 3 days i was first taking Trim-spa but i was scared of the side effects...yesterday i was in the car and i was shaking uncontrolably..it was scary and ive been getting the worst head acs...also when i take them im still hungry so when i eat..i eat more so im Extra Stuffed...i would be carefull with this product!

Don't really want to burn a whole in my gut! Ulcer anyone? Caffeine is also a diuretic. It causes you to loose water weight fast. Which would explain the initial quick weight lose. Again likely this is water and not fat lose. You need to make sure you drink a lot of water or you will dehydrate! They say for every beverage that has caffeine you consume, you should have two glasses of water. Makes you wonder why they don't tell you, exactly how much caffeine this product contains?? Have a feeling it is not an amount any doctor would recommend. Going to seek a refund from Xantrex.

I took this product for about 3 weeks. I experienced high energy levels, however after the energy boosts I became very tired and irritable. I continued to take this product until my entire face broke out. I did not experience any "cracked-out feeling as some of the others say. But the acne was enough to make me say bye bye to Xantrex! When all said and done I gained weight, rather than lost. (I followed an everyday workout routine while on the pill). I do not reccomend this pill for anyone.

I have been taking zantrex 3 for only 3 days and have already lost 4 pounds! When i first began taking this product i did feel a little strange but i no longer have any side effects. I would recomend this product because it works if you take it the right way. I think zantrex 3 is a great product. Its working for me.

Please do not use this product. I started taking this because I wanted to lose a few pounds before my vacation. I was taking 6 pills a day at first and thought I was going to end up in a mental hospital after the way I was feeling. I was crying for no reason, throwing tantrums, and felt like I was going crazy. I could not sleep at all at night, I would stay up for 24 hours straight. I also got terrible acne from this product. I cut back to 4 a day, but one night about 2 weeks into taking it I was laying in bed, couldn't sleep, and it felt like I was having a brain anurism, the back of my head literally felt like it was exploding inside. My mom rushed me to the emergency room, where I had almost no blood pressure when the nurse went to test it. They gave a sedative and out me on an IV drip, I spent the night there. Worst experience of my life, I thought I was going to die that night.

I got severely sick on Zantrex Three. I had nausea, heartburn, migraine headahes, and constipation. I used it as recommended, but took only 3 a day and lots of water. I've been off for 3 days and I am still having some nausea, and constipation. I wouldn't recommend it.

I started to use the pill yesterday. I took only one pill, cause I know I'm very senstive to stimulants. Well I drank 8ounces of water with 1 zantrex pill 15minutes before eating (8:30pm) and I felt a bit strange for a couple of minutes (can't discribe) WEIRD. But then later, I went to bed at 12am, I felt heartburn (not heavy), stomach discomfort, and gasses. Finally get to sleep about 2:15am. Obviously it keeps you awake, so it shouldn't be consumed after 6pm. Happy I didn't felt any anxiety attack or whatsoever. Still, I'm concerned about it. So my advice: BE CAUTIOS; USE COMMON SENSE (don't drink coffe while consuming the pill); DRINKG PLENTY OF WATER AND DO NOT CONSUME THE PILL WITH AN EMPTY STOMACH; Prefferable start with ONE PILL PER MEAL and see how you feel. I have never tried a diet pill before. It really sounded good - weight loss and energy. I took 2 pills yesterday before breakfast, and 2 before lunch. Shortly after my lunch I felt very sick, vomitting, scared, feeling like I was dying - I felt that this is what chemo treatment must feel like. I had trouble sleeping. I was so sick yesterday that I did lose weight. I will continue this, however I will from now on start only with 1 pill in the morning. I will give it a couple of days before I start again just to flush out my system. I woke today feeling like I have a hangover, and this pill made me feel like I had no energy. I plan on taking not more than 3 - 4 pills in a week. I do feel that it helps me in the weight loss, I eat right and exercise, but am having trouble losing just 10-15 lbs. My recommendation - START SLOW.....

i bought this and actually used the whole bottle. as for weight loss it did not work at all but it did wonders for my engergy that is if you felt like getting out of bed with the severe cramps. it has too much caffiene in it wich causes the cramps, before this i used hydroxy cut which worked wonders i lost at least 15 pounds and suffered none of the side effects to caffiene. i went back to hydroxycut.

Well, I bought this product this morning and took two 15 minutes before my breakfast with 16 oz of water. I didn't feel full until I was almost done with my food. The immediately after, I felt STUFFED! It was great until the stomach cramps started. I felt nauseous for the next 4 hours. It was then time to eat again. This time I waited 20 minutes, same 16 oz of water, same naseau. Then I felt REALLY sick like I was going to throw up. As far as helping you not eat - I give it thumbs up, however, at the expense of having horrible stomach cramps, I'll stick to losing weight the traditional way.

Would not recomment this product to anyone who's not used to drinking 10 cups of coffee a day. Please start out slow with one pill a day. Even with one I got the jitters and real sick so I actually opened up a pill and took some of the stuff out till I got used to it and even to this day after using for 1 month I only take 1 pill at breakfast and 1 at lunch thats it!! Please be carefull when using and know your body and what it can handle.

DO NOT TAKE THIS PRODUCT! I tried 2 pills in the a.m. with lots of water all day (i couldn't help but drink it). I thought I was dying. The sweats, headache, stomach ache and mood swings were ridiculous. I've never done drugs before but this was definitely a "bad trip"!!
