I started taking the zantrex 3 about 2 weeks ago and so far so good. I did not have jitters or racing heart beat or feel sick to my stomach, just a ton of energy!!! I take 2pills before each meal with a full glass of water , remember to eat or you will feel sick. I am caffeine sensative but my body handles the caffeine in zantrex very well. I eat about 1000-1500 calories per day, cardio for 30min and strength training for 30min. I've lost 10lbs in 2weeks, I've got 60 more to go,hopefully I don't hit a dead spot with the zantrex. Just remember to eat, drink plenty of water, and don't waste the energy it gives you. Theres no such thing as a miracle pill, you have to put in the effort but the zantrex gives me that extra edge i need to get my day moving and really put my all into my work outs. I Love it!

I found this product a few days ago at Wal-Mart for under 20 dollars a bottle. There is 84 capsules in the bottle, and makes for a good deal. I had been a long time Xenadrine user, but have not been able to find it in the stores. I picked up a bottle and so far I enjoy it. Things to remember are to eat at least 15 minutes after taking it. If you don't eat after two pills, you are going to feel very very sick to your stomach. Follow the printed instructions on the bottle and you should be fine. As with most pills it only helps if you put forth the effort. It gives you that needed edge that sometimes simple calorie counting won't do. Be careful and never take more than 2 pills at a time.

I randomly decided to try this because my [] had it for less than $20. I popped 2 about 15 minutes before dinner, then about an hour afterwards, I went to work out. The intensity level of my workout was sharply increased, so much so that I had to back off repeatedly as I went over my specified peak heart rate, and my leg began to cramp up several times. I didn't stop though, and got through almost 2 hours at the gym, still being energized afterwards. I barely was able to sleep, and I did feel slightly jittery. I think it's important to note that for this stuff to work properly, it uses MASSIVE AMOUNTS OF CAFFEINE. there are clearly labeled warnings about this on the product itself. they are NOT JOKING. Discontinue usage of coffee, soda/energy drinks, I've seen some people even say to not consume chocolate while on it. Caffine is a mild Diuretic, and will certainly increase your urge to urinate at these levels. Many of the headaches, dizziness, and nausea reported here can be contributed to the mild dehydration, and caffeine buzz they are getting because they are not changing their habits. DO NOT take more than 6pills daily, and I think that NOBODY should take more than 3 pills in a 12-hour period under any circumstances for at least the first 2 weeks. Conclusion(s): Drink water like a fish. don't gouge yourself by taking it all in at once, but don't stop either. EXERCISE. Trust me, this pill is supposed to HELP while you're exercising, It is not meant to wisk your body fat away while you sit or sleep. Otherwise, you will never find an outlet for the amount of energy it will give you. The pill's instructions state to take it prior to your main meals, and that food is needed to properly be taken into your system. It will curb your appetite, but do NOT skip out on Protein, and carbs. I'm not saying load up on them, but carbs are NECESSARY for your muscles to absorb all that water you need to be drinking. After only a day, with still taking in more food than i needed, I still managed to drop almost 3 lbs!!! This is coming from a +300lb, 5'11 male who has been heavyset, with back problems(unrelated to the weight) most of my life. As Long as you follow my suggestions, I think this pill will work out very well.

Hi, I have used Zantrax 3 about 4 times. With each bottle I've lost 10 lbs. I will use it about once every 6 months, and only use one bottle worth. I just started reusing the product yesterday, (for the first time in 8 months) and this time I'm going to try to lose 20 lbs. Since yesterday I've lost 5 lbs. This product does work, or at least has everytime for me. There are some drawbacks though. I would not suggest it if you're sensitive to caffeine. I have what I'd consider a basically average tolerance, (it usually takes me about 3 cups of coffee to get "jittery".) This product does make me jittery. I feel nasues after taking it, and always seem to be running to the bathroom. From what I hear this is what happens to most other people as well. I've always taken this product without exercising, and with eating junk food regularly and still lost weight. It does work for weight loss and definitely for energy, but it will make you ill sometimes. Usually I only get these effects for the first week or 2, then I'm fine. Also, I noticed that yesterday I only took one dosage (of 2 pills) before lunch, and 6 hours later I was still jittery. For weight loss it works GREAT, but be careful, especially if you are sensitive to caffiene. Also, I recently found it for $17.78 at a store, so you don't need to go spend $60.00 on it.

I started using Zantrax3 about a week ago. As it says on the bottle, drink lots of water. When it says how much to drink, double that amount. Certain ingredients in it will dehydrate you. It gave me an immediate energy boost. My workouts became more and more intense. I can run longer distances and for a prolonged amount of time. My weight training has also increased with use. I eat just as I did before. I never ate junk food before, so that might be a good thing anyway. I stopped drinking coffee in the morning, and if I continued to it would probably make me jittery. I've seen a drop in weight of about 5-6 pounds. And I've got about 5 more to go. But, as with any dietary supplement pill, it has to be used right to have the results you want. 1. Drink a lot of water and cut all other caffine out of your normal day. No coffee, no pop/soda, no chocolate. Each pill has the caffine of about 3 cups of coffee. You don't need any more than that. 2. Work out. You aren't going to lose weight in a healthy way by sitting on your couch. Plus, you need to find a release for the extra energy. 3. Lose weight and eat right. Junk food with lots of fat are not going to help your weight loss process. This is a supplement, not a miracle pill. But no matter what, drink a ton of water!

I started taking this product to help boost my motivation to shed the extra pounds I've put on. I've never taking any kind of diet pill so I thought I'd give it a shot. My first day I took 1 tablet right before dinner, I noticed I was alittle jittery but nothing out of the ordinary. I'm on my 2nd day and I took 2 tablets before breakfast and ate about 20 mins later. It's been about 4 hours since I've taking it and I feel fine. I have alittle more energy but that's about it. I'm sorry that some people are having negative side effects but with any pill everyone's different. I would advise anyone to try it for themselves and see how you like/dislike it. So far so good, I'll keep you updated. Good luck to those who are trying it, just remember start slow to see how it effects you.

I bought Zantrex approx 4 years ago, and used half of the tub. I honestly couldnt remember what results I had, but know that I took it with no ill effects. I had a baby last year, and now have about 40lbs to lose so thought I would give it another go as I still had half the tub left. I drink alot of caffienated drinks, and take pro plus on occasion so know I am ok with caffiene. I took one tablet at 7am with 2 full glasses of water and then had my breakfast 15 mins later. I felt very nauseous after about half an hour, although certainley more awake. It got to the point that when my 7mo old went for a nap, I went for a lie down aswell, and spent the next two hours feeling very sorry for myself. I also had to get up 4 times to have a wee and twice to have a glass of water in that time. I then had to go out at about 12pm, and after walking for 20mins or so had to stop at a shop and buy a drink and chocolate bar as I was feeling quite dizzy and faint. Never one to give up easily, I thought I would try again at lunch, and give my body chance to adjust, I had another tablet at 1pm and lunch 15 mins later. It is now 3.30pm and I have had another 3 glasses of water and feel very nauseous again. I have since been sick twice.. a nice blue colour from the shell of the Zantrex. I understand that caffiene is a diuretic, and I have weighing scales that measure the amount of water in your body, I have checked a couple of times, and instead of the normal healthy 50%, I have only been able to raise it to 45% with drinking all this water. The symptoms I have are probably dehydration related, but I am unable to rehydrate myself to the level needed, my stomach is already very swollen and uncomfortable because of all the extra water. I have no idea why Zantrex has affected me differently to last time I took it, or why I feel so ill now, but I will be putting the rest of them in the bin. If this is something you want to try, by all means do it, but do so when you do not have to go out or do anything important incase it doesnt agree with you.

I am Currently using Zantrex and it is working great! I started using it almost 3 months ago and I have lost 30lbs!!!! I am still doing 1 pill before each meal NOT 2! I tried taking 2 and my heart was racing. I eat twice a day and also go to the gym 5 times a day. This pill gives you tremendous amount of energy and should only be taken by those who are serious. I think that people that experience side effects are just taking it and letting all that energy go to waste! Dont expect to take the pill and sit around all day waiting to lose weight! As long as your exercising and eating right, you should experience great results!!

Well I must say, this product so far is doing me some good. I only been using this product for one day and can tell a difference in things. My appetite has been curved dramatically. I can only eat small portions now and feel full. Also, I seem to be able to concentrate at work a lil better and I just feel somewhat great. As for the weight loss, it's only been a day, but like I said, so far so good. This product does make me thirsty pretty often though, lol.

My husband and I both tried. He had palpatations and was on edge. I like it because it gave me energy to work out but the side effects were not worth it. It gave me zero tolerance for everyhing and I was mean. I am prone to headaches but these pills contributed. We were both thirsty. Sopped for a few days then retried and same thing happened. If I finish the bottle I will have one at a time or 2 at lunch and none for rest of day. Although m instinct tells me to chuck the remaining pills before I make enemies.

This has been just what I needed when I had a big day with a lot to get done. One pill in the morning before breakfast. I was able to get a lot done and focus better than usual. I was surprised about being able to focus. I am grateful for this pill. I will never take the 2 before breakfast and 2 before lunch, as my body wouldn't tolerate it, but 1 in the am before breakfast and 1 in the pm before lunch works well for me and wears off for bedtime. And if not other activities could help wear it off. It's nice to have energy to work out, as days are so busy, we are usually too tired to exercise, but this helps with motivation.

I take zantrex with double the recommended amount of water, and eat a banana and head to the gym. And I have so much energy to do high intensity cardio for a longer time so I burn way more calories. Zantrex also cuts my appetite and I feel full off normal portion sizes, so it helps to limit my calorie intake. Zantrex however does not help with greed or emotional eating. I lost 35lbs in 30days, with daily workouts of at least 45mins and eating about 1100 calories a day. The key to not feeling zonked or irritable, is drinking plenty of water and finding an outlet to expend the energy. When I didn't work out, I was too wired to sleep. When I stopped taking them, I did experience withdrawal symptoms, but within a few days and with increased water I was back to normal. I still work out but the weight loss is quite modest 8.5lbs in comparison.
