I take two a day, when I get to work. I get a lot of energy (caffeine'll do that), and I don't particularly feel hungry anytime soon afterwards (though the bottle DOES say, eat within about a half hour). I can't really say whether they've had any effect on my weight loss, since I walk for about an hour a day (long before coming to work), so that's probably got a lot to do with it too. I do want to note one thing, though, for the people reading these reviews. I have one advantage over a lot of the people commenting here - I actually know what a "niacin flush" is, which IS one of the side effects the Zantrex-3 bottle warns of. Most of the bad symptoms that have been mentioned are just that -if you go buy yourself a bottle of niacin and take it, you'll get the same effect. This includes a coppery taste in the mouth, red flush and heat in the skin (first day I took the pills I looked in the mirror and thought I had got sunburned, then remembered...), mild nausea, and aches. This is not to say that these effects are harmless (NEVER take a big handful of niacin - you WILL regret it), but that they are explainable, and the bottle does actually note that they might happen. So, that's my two cents. I just wanted to make sure that this side of the story got told.

I've never tried a diet pill until zantrex 3. I thought what the heck? I was fine the first few days, taking only 1 or two servings. Right now I'm only taking 2 pills in the morning and I definetly see a change in my eating habits. I don't eat that much at all but even if I feel hungry I don't want to eat because I'm so naucious. The caffiene only makes me extremely restless, so much that I'm annoying my roomates. I feel to sick to exercise sometimes. I'm always in the bathroom for whatever reason, take your pick, nausia and vomitting, diarrhea, or taking a pee. At night I have extreme nausia and headaches. I started out feeling that I don't care what the side-effects were, I wanted to lsoe the weight. Now I'm not so sure. I still have yet to weigh myself offcially, when I hit a week. But so far I'm not that plussed about the product. I feel almost that I have to use it because I spent so much on it. I wished I had researched before hand, but since I've never done it before, it was something I had to experience for myself.

I have been taking Zantrex-3 for about 3 days now... I suggest that if you are taking this product that you only take 2 pills a day... For the 3 days i have taken Zantrex-3 I started out taking 2 pills with a glass of water 15 minutes before i ate a meal in the morning.. and then i took 2 more pills at night before dinner, and I had a severe Headache, and i had Nausea, i urinated a lot more, and i had hot sweats very badly. I passed out at work... I followed the directions... I am not an over wieght person, i just heard some good things about Zantrex-3 and i wanted to lose a couple pounds, so i bought it... I am 5'5 and i weigh 145 lbs, and i wanted to lose so weight.. I did notice a lot more energy... This is a good product that i have noticed so far, i would just recomend you to start out taking only 2 a day...

As soon as I took the pill, I had shivers, I felt energized, and I was no longer hungry.... I WAS SOOOO HAPPY.... on the second day I woke up in the middle of the night, I had trouble breathing and my heart was beating out of this world (I was having heart palpitations)... I called 911 because at that time I thought I was going to die, and I said I ain`t leaving my littel girl on this earth with no mommy..... I am ok now... but I wish I would of done some researche before taking the pills... AMEN I only took 1 pill a day and not 6!!!! WHAT THE??? I have been on the net all day and have not read of anyone who took 6 pills... (hmmm.. maybe because they are not alive to tell of their story!!!!!!! ???!!!!!) I rate this product DANGEROUS and DO NOT RECOMMEND IT...

I am not someone that is overweight or even slightly heavy, but I just wanted to tone up and maybe lose a few pounds for a trip coming up in March. I read about the product, didn't really compare it to anything else and thought, what the heck, I'll just try it. I have been using it for about a week. The first couple days I only took 2 pills a day and I felt no side effects. So a few days later took two pills in the morning before breakfast, and two pills before dinner. DO NOT DO THAT! I felt so sick. I was involuntarily shaking and I was extremely hot and had a massive headache. Eventually after about an hour I was back to normal so I went back to just 2 pills a day, much better. I work out about 5 days a week, and I take the pill to cut back little snacking that is unessary. I never skip a regular meal at all though. After only a week of using the product, I don't know if I have lost acutal pounds on the scale because I never weigh myself, but I feel like I look better, my jeans are fitting nicer and I feel better about myself. I guess I have noticed more energy that helps me with my workouts but I feel that the product is working. I would recommend this product to someone who is willing to exercise as well as eat sensibly to get the full effet of this pill. Do no use this pill and never exercise. The pill should not just be used so you can be lazy and let it do all the work. If you want to lose a few pounds maybe 5 to 10, I would use this and follow the direction, do not skip meals, exercise reguarly, and start SLOW! Do not overdose on these pills it will only hurt you and not help you. Be patient, this is no miracle pill, just an enhancer to help you reach your goal.

Hi there, I have taken Zantrex 3 for 3 days only. I have definitely noticed the increased energy, which is good. The side effects for me is incredibly similiar to taking "Dance Pills". You do get increased energy but after a while you feel a bit sickly. Although I'm hoping this will pass. I'm going to try to take for a month. I only take 2 a day because I feel 4 a day would keep me up at nights.

I took two bottles of zantrex and saw no weight loss results. I did have an increase of energy and a decrease in appetite, but it was not enough to cause weight loss. I used the pills to help me stay awake at work during the night. It was a good energy booster but that was all I got from it. The only side effect I had was feeling jittery if I didn't eat for a while after taking the pill. Energy=10 weightloss=0

I've teken Zantrex3 before and I lost about 12 to 15 pounds. I did have mild side effects like nervousnes and unable to sleep, but it went away in about 2 days. I have started again and so far its been good no bad side effects. I have noticed that it gives me a nice pink glow on my cheeks but that just makes me look healthy. I dont know how many pounds I have lost but its working I can tell.

I have tried Zantrex-3 for about 3 weeks. It does boost energy as well as curb your appetite. It makes me feel full and food appears unappetizing. I have followed the directions and take it 15-30 minutes before main meals, but only one tablet, not 2 as the bottle suggests (I am sensitive to large amounts of caffeine). I have lost about 5/6 pounds. I have not exercised the past two weeks, due to being really busy at work. If you take this product, use it according to the directions! It will work.

I have tried Zantrex 3 for one day as of right now. It does not give me heart palpitations and dizziness like other supplements. It has increased my energy quite a bit. As far as an appetite suppressant, it is not all I expected, but it does curb my cravings for sweets and carbs. I am in shape and also exercise regularly and try to eat pretty good. I tried this only because of some of the reviews I have read and I want to drop a few pounds, (not many though)even though I am not "overweight" by any means. I was not looking for a "magic pill" or anything like that, just something to control cravings. I would recommend this if you want more energy and are just trying to lose a small amount of weight. It was a bit on the "spendy" side for me, but I am glad it didn't give me the bad side effects like other supplements have in the past that were close in that price range. I also hear Lipovarin is very good, but I was not willing to spend that much money for a SMALL amount of weight loss.

I have been using Zantrex-3 for about 3 weeks now. Due to the intensity of just one pill I take one in the morning and one before lunch, 15 minutes before I eat. I have had a couple jittery moments and at first I did get a dizzy spell for about 15 minutes...but they were both fairly mild. I still count my calories every day and workout 4-5 times a week. I am up to a loss of 10 lbs! I don't think that I will ever exceed 2 pills in one day...but it sure does help the energy levels. With any product, I would be carefull...some work better than others...it all depends on your body's chemistry. I will continue to take Zantrex-3 and share any good or bad information that I encounter. Good luck all!

Basically, eat reasonably healthy, exercise a little and take these pills. u should lose weight. They are overaggerated but do work. ive been sensible the last few days and have noticed some weight loss. I have used many ephedra products and never had any problems, so I was excited when this new poduct came out. the first day I tried it I had a horrible stomach pain after about 45 minutes. I thought maybe it was b/c I had an empty stomac. the next morning I ate and then took it and I still had the horrible stomach pain along with red blotches all over my entire body and the shakes. This is the worst product ever and this is coming from someone who has taken every diet pill on the market. DO NOT BUY!!!

I took Xantrex for about 5 days and while I did have an increase in energy, I felt bloated and like I had a painful gas bubble in my stomach that lasted for hours. I thought maybe it was a change in diet but the feeling stopped the day that I quit taking Xantrex. I did lose about 2 lbs in the 5 days that I was taking it.
